My new dog had an accident in our guest bedroom. I had Bill come to the house and he not only cleaned the guest room, but also picked up the little dirt paw prints that occured over the winter months. Bill took the time to do this right. He was here for over an hour and had this suction hose that deep cleaned my failed attempts. He also took the time to educate me on proper carpet care and some tricks if certain things happen (like dog pee). The rate was extremely affordable and I will be recommending him to all of my friends. Note to military: he does extend a military discount. My dog was not so nice to him and instead of being upset, Bill was very professional while I put the dogs outside. I will have Bill back for the next carpet clean soon!! read more

Like Emily, we also had stains from pets (Three of them). To say, "It was bad" would be an understatement. 2+ years of ridiculous amounts of wear and puppy's. We also tried to get it up with one of those rented machines, look okay for a day, basically a waste of my time and energy. I met bill at my restaurant and asked him about cleaning my carpets. We scheduled an appointment and he showed up on time, a task sometimes harder than it sounds for some past services I've encountered. Not to ramble, but Bill and Magic Carpet are worth your time. Bill was absolutely amazing!!! I had some VERY TOUGH spots that needed to be cleaned out. We both talked about realistic expectations which I was fine with. But OH MY GOODNESS!!! Bill cleaned several tough areas in my house that had been damaged by my pets. There were several stains that I had made worse by trying to clean them myself with our home carpet cleaner and he was able to correct them. He also was very upfront and truthful with me when he said that some of the stains and smell would not go away, but I was still amazed with what he was able to do. He even was able to dramatically decrease a paint stain on the carpet from a dropped roller brush. He was affordable, thorough, and completely trustworthy, and did a much better job than another company we had previously hired a few months ago. Bill also offers a military discount. My house is not kept in pristine condition and my carpets and seen 12 plus years of my kids and lots of their friends making themselves at home. I really thought that I would probably have to replace the carpet but just wasn't ready to do that. Magic Carpet did an amazing job getting out stains and making it all look so fresh again. Even better was Bill's management of my expectations time-wise. He had given me a 30 minute window of when he expected to be there but that morning something had happened to throw him off schedule. Most companies just expect you to wait if they are running late or give you a bigger range so they have more flexibility but you are left waiting for hours. Bill didn't do this. Instead, he called and kept me very up-to-date about their revised arrival time. This allowed me to get other things done and was very appreciated. We had our master bedroom done and the carpet has never had a thorough cleaning since its installation in 2004. Needless to say it needed it. Bill did an exceptional job. I thought we'd have to replace it all together but Bill made it look brand new again. He took the time to really make sure he didn't miss a spot.
