Due to my stupidity I failed to notice that you were locked into the contract if you did not cancel within 3 days. The work took a total of about 6 hours which translated into an hourly rate of $500. Mr Freeman states that this is his standard hourly rate. If you have money to burn then by all means contract with Sir Grout. On the other hand if you wish to be more frugal, I suggest that you hire 2 handymen who are experienced in tile cleaning and grout repair and pay them $100 an hour and you would have accomplished the job at half the price.
