Exceptional cleaning service!…read more This is a top notch cleaning service. They continuously provide outstanding attention to detail and thorough cleaning of our home. Initially, I needed a professional deep cleaning. I was impressed with my discussion with the owner, Bryan. He provided a quote and I hired his team to go for it. It was an efficient and incredibly thorough job. We couldn't be happier with the results! After the deep cleaning, I realized I should hire Kracken Home Services for my go-to regular cleaners. They now send a quality team of cleaners and take exceptional care of our home on a scheduled basis. I enjoy working with them. I highly recommend Kracken for anyone seeking reliable and high-quality cleaning. They are the real deal!!!!!

I reached…read moreout to a cleaning service so my house would be ready and clean for a much needed weekend away. Let me begin by saying the owner responded quickly to the request of the job and showed up the date they said they would. However, obvious spots were missed with a simple swing of a vacuum &/or dust cloth. The dust & dirt that were left behind were completely obvious, I am talking elementary level. Upon discovering this I called to ask about getting a partial refund but the owner wanted to send someone back out so I could point out the issues. At that point I was completely disappointed & already there and could do it myself, second, I shouldn't have to point out what was missed, it should have been handled the first time. The owner was completely unprofessional and disrespectful on the phone. I was taken advantage of, there's no other way to explain. Never again, Bryan Collison & Kraken cleaners, nope.
