It was estimated to be more than the original quote and after a quick call with DNY Cleaning a new agreement was reached and the crew got to work immediately. They were a stand-in while my regular service was unavailable due to family issues. They did a good job but charged me twice what I usually pay for the same/similar services. And I say "similar" services because I only had them clean 3 bathrooms, one bedroom and the common areas - my regular company does all that plus two additional rooms for half the price. I messaged on Friday around 2:00, urgently needing a deep clean by Sunday (as the original person that was supposed to clean it suddenly couldn't). DNY messaged me back immediately and told me that they could be here at 9:00 Saturday morning. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! A crew showed up and worked all day and my house is immaculate!!! I could not be more please and I can't recommend them enough! I want to start off by saying DNY, is literally the best home services I've came across ! I can tell she's passionate and very meticulous about a clean home. She arrived at my home on time , I only really wanted a room clean/organization... but she literally did my room my laundry and organized it so neatly , also she did my daughters room both my bathrooms my kitchen and living even my outside windows! I high recommend her for any home services I was looking last minute and I found someone who meet my needs then some, I appreciate people who take pride in their work and services it really builds their business. She came at Noon & finished at 4pm on the dot . I felt so bad because I wanted to help but she refused and tackled the job like the pro she is ! I'll be going to her from here on out. Amazing service! They took their time and methodically cleaned the house + did the dishes. They dusted and cleaned places I wouldn't have even thought about! Degny texts me every evening before my scheduled day. DNY has been cleaning for me for 6-7 months every two weeks. There are usually 2-4 people and they get it done in approximately 2 hours (1900sq ft.) They are thorough and do a great job. She asked me to leave a review a long time ago but I just wanted to see how things went for a while so I could give the most useful information. There are occasionally a few things I notice that they missed perhaps because I am very detail oriented. However, I am overall very happy with what they do for me it is a huge stress relief that allows me to focus on work and school and my 5 yr old . I think the price is fair when I consider that I would not do all the things they do for that price at someone else's house. I hired one other individual to clean for me once and if you want cheap, then you get what you pay for. I do feel like what Dengy said in another post about them treating your place like their own is true, I am sometimes home for lunch while they're there and once I noticed a sweetheart contemplating how to arrange the stuffed animals and pillows on my daughters bed. I do not speak Spanish, I wish I did, that would help because there is a slight language barrier at times but nothing that has caused a problem. Highly recommend . read more
