I made a mistake and thought my grills needed replacing so told the guy not to bother cleaning them and realized they did NOT need replacing. They ended up coming back out to put them back in for me (I cleaned them myself because I felt bad that they had to return again.) They sent photos of the inside of my system to show me how clean it looks - like new! It is comforting to know the system in my home is healthy and will bring in fresh clean air.
