Donnie, Ronnie, Neal, Andrew, Paul, Ira and John were all courteous, respectful of our home and belongings, and were very capable. When it came to move into our new home and placing furniture and boxes, they were equally professional and respectful. We've moved several times in the past 25 years but this was the most stress free move we can recall. We would give them 10 stars if we could. Hank and Sue Sent from my iPhone

I can finally have dinner at my dining room table again without being overwhelmed with stress. They even cleaned my fridge out. I live in Northern Va and took on the role facilitating the rebuild of my parents' home remotely because they are both in their golden years. Southern Leisure Builders and more specifically employee, Paul Andryshak, were a true blessing. Paul Andryshak and his staff went out of their way to completely replace the patio covering on the home and they also went the extra step in referring us to a general contractor that could rebuild the parts of the home which were not in scope for what Southern Leisure Builders focused on. You truly have to respect a company that is going to give your 5-Star quality service and work while at the same time having the integrity to admit where they to do specialize and refer you out to another quality company. I will definitely refer this outstanding company to anyone who is looking to have patio repaired or replaced. The patio on my parents' home is the area where the family gathers when we are all home for holiday occasions and we depend on it to provide comfort from the sun and shade. Southern Leisure Builders recommended that we install a ceiling fan within the patio and we are very happy that we did. The ceiling fan added just the right touch of class to make the patio look amazing as an attachment on the home. Integrity, honesty and fairness with 5-Star work is not often found in once company but you will find it in Southern Leisure Builders.

You can totally just say "3" of this item that comes in 'sets of 10' and you're not getting "30" but "3" of course you're definitely only paying for "3"..........right? Don't forget line pricing is not provided so really who knows what you're paying for? Not me that's for certain. I dared to ask for clarification about this I was told I was DEFINITELY wrong, because obviously they have a totally special just for them inventory and ordering system that would NEVER read "Qty 3" as "3" cartons. Never. No. Not them. Don't you worry tho, that was not the only thing I was wrong about!!! I am also clueless about how many carpet-to-tile transitions are in MY house and therefore how many transition pieces would be needed in MY house. The house I built. The house I live in. For some very strange reason they absolutely insisted I need 6 as I have 6 doorways with tiHad my house not been modified and the original plan applied then maybe they would be correct, however that is very much not the case and instead of saying ""the STOCK plan we have for your house says 6 is there an area you won't be putting laminate in or was there modifications made?"" But alas they did not. They insisted I needed 6 transitions when I definitely need 5.
