You learn something new every day!! Like when I learned that when an item says ""10EA/ct"" it…read moredoesn't actually mean you're ordering "10" per one carton. Apparently. You can totally just say "3" of this item that comes in 'sets of 10' and you're not getting "30" but "3" of course you're definitely only paying for "3"..........right? Don't forget line pricing is not provided so really who knows what you're paying for? Not me that's for certain. I dared to ask for clarification about this I was told I was DEFINITELY wrong, because obviously they have a totally special just for them inventory and ordering system that would NEVER read "Qty 3" as "3" cartons. Never. No. Not them. Don't you worry tho, that was not the only thing I was wrong about!!! I am also clueless about how many carpet-to-tile transitions are in MY house and therefore how many transition pieces would be needed in MY house. The house I built. The house I live in. For some very strange reason they absolutely insisted I need 6 as I have 6 doorways with tiHad my house not been modified and the original plan applied then maybe they would be correct, however that is very much not the case and instead of saying ""the STOCK plan we have for your house says 6 is there an area you won't be putting laminate in or was there modifications made?"" But alas they did not. They insisted I needed 6 transitions when I definitely need 5.

I've had reglazing done a few times in the past. It was for me a bad experience every time. So when…read moresomeone suggested that I could reglaze a mid-century house's bathroom, shower and back sink to save it from demolition I was more than a little skeptical. This would be the most reglazing I have ever attempted and the most important because it is for my mom's house which we are preparing to sell. Well, I looked around and saw Eternity Tub Reglazing here on Yelp with many good reviews and thought I would at least see what they were about, again with much skepticism. Matt arrived on time and with plenty of samples for me to check out his work. I was floored by the potential looks that were available. After Matt's thorough explanation of the process, I was sold on the attempt for the fix. Long story short, Matt impressed with promptness, professionalism and the totally outstanding final result. All areas look fantastic. Not to mention he was able to save a triple glazed/bondo "fixed" tub that was for only the strong willed. Matt made it look like new money. My faith in professional reglazers is established, (or at least in Matt and Eternity Reglazing).

Matt worked his magic in both bathrooms and in less than a week transformed them into masterpieces for the future! Beautiful! Can't thank you enough Matt. 5 stars!

I spoke with Allen who was very friendly and professional. I had a pleasant conversation with him. I explained what was going on and he had Brianna call me to go over everything. Brianna was very thorough and professional. She quoted me a price to repair my roof and she sent Josh out to my house this past Saturday. When he arrived he took time to answer all my questions (and I had a few). He checked my roof and my attic. He found the problem within a few minutes of arriving. Apparently, one staple popped up and as a result my roof was leaking. He pulled the staple out and sealed the holes. I was very pleased with the professionalism shown by the staff. When the repair took less than estimated, Allen immediately refunded me the difference. There was zero hassle. I really appreciate a stress free, proper repair. I am so happy I used R&J. I highly recommend them!
