In January of this…read moreyear, I noticed a warped floorboard and what looks like a pebble starting to crack the board and protrude through it. It must have gotten stuck under the floorboard during installation. Shortly after, I called Justin to come out and fix it. We scheduled 2 different times for him to come out and fix it. Justin was a no-show both times without notification or explanation. When I called him after the second no-show, my calls went directly to voicemail without a response. My boyfriend tried calling Justin from his phone number and Justin picked up immediately leading me to believe that Justin must have blocked my number. When my boyfriend told Justin he was calling to ask about the no-show, Justin claimed he would be there in 45 minutes to an hour, then proceeded to hang up. Justin never showed up for the third time and then blocked my boyfriend's number. I've been strung along for over 2 months trying to get Justin to my house to fix the board and honor the 1-year installation warranty. This is just a heads up to anyone looking to get flooring done. Look elsewhere.

They are priced competitively with online competitors but you can also get deals when you watch the sales. We were disappointed with the quality of the brand of product we bought, but we were buying budget quality. The directions to put them together were terrible, and often wrong or incomplete. However, we are handy and YouTube videos made the lack of good instructions mute. If you've ever built Sauder-style furniture, you can do this. It is easier than IKEA too. Use some wood glue (despite the instructions never mentioning it) and the cabinets will hold up well for years. They also have flooring, internal racks organizers, and countertops if you need any of that. You can go in with basic measurements and some ideas, and they can design and create a parts list for you. But only one client can get that at a time, so prepare to wait if other people are in the store, too.
