They are very careful to get your…read moreinstallation right and may make a couple of visits to your project location to double-check measurements. We are very happy with the results that look like they belong and were always part of the well-installed design. Our main drawback was in details about how they organize themselves. For example, they never told us, nor did any of their paperwork indicate that you have to come in and authorize the installation after you made the purchase, and they had come out to measure, and you signed stuff then, too. So we kept calling and calling about when the installation was going to happen, and they could never give us a date. We had to come in to learn that they had not scheduled us because they wanted us to come in and sign more paperwork. Only none of the people we talked to seemed to think they needed to share that. The phone number on the top of the form is to another location where they don't pass information along to this location. One guy was bragging about how he had been there for years and knew all their processes inside and out, but he had never noticed the phone number on the top of the form he uses every day was wrong. The showroom has lots of examples, but it feels sparse because the space is really too big for the displays they have on hand. In the end, we were very happy with the installation, and the quality of work was great, but the sales process has a lot of bugs and bad processes that are easily fixed if anyone took the time to care about it. I'm sure they lose sales for a lack of clear directions straightforward paperwork, and it really should all be available online. There is no reason to make us drive into the store anymore.

In a panic started looking for other options, happened to stumble across this place and went in and talked to Loren. He was very upfront and educated me on what product would be best for a rental even though it wasn't the most expensive option. He even pointed us to a color option that would look great with our kitchen. He came out the following day and conducted the initial measurement. From the time I walked into the store until installation it was about 2 weeks. This was very fast and Loren is very responsive. We now have Granite counter tops that look great and weren't much more expensive than the Laminate quote from Lowe's. Highly recommend this place and would definitely do business with Loren again!

When it did and the contractor was working on the remodeling, he discovered a box of tile that was in matte finish. The order in this color was only in polished. Long story, and too many people interjecting, we returned the box that was mis-shipped. But was told to wait and so we picked it up again. Okay. My husband dropped it off once the job was done, and in speaking, I was told it was our fault based on what he said. Since we waited weeks for the order to come in... The matte finish has been a known issue but...I tried calling. I am used to having conversations where people take turns speaking. At least that is what I teach my students to do. I was constantly talked over and her voiced raised. When I asked to speak when she was finished, I started and was spoken over again repeatedly. I wish there could have been a responsible and reasonable conversation. I finally had to end the call from being yelled at and over constantly. I was given a check for the amount of what they said the box of wrongly shipped tile cost ($88). Thank you. The wrong item was shipped and they did repay but that was painful to do. You sure could say a lot of things and she said them, but I thought Kindness Matters. For $88 bucks, not worth the conversation to understand nor interact again. I wish them the best but now cannot recommend them. I wish them the best and I am heading to elsewhere. I did want to support local. Make Good Choices.

They responded quickly to my inquiry and scheduled an estimate. Chris came out and did a thorough review of the project and walked me through every detail explaining exactly what he recommended. I received a final quote in a timely manner and schedule for work. They basically rebuilt my deck and did a great job! It looks awesome and more importantly, it's sturdy and safe. I'm so pleased and have received a lot of compliments with people asking me for their contact information. They were so prompt and efficient, finishing the job in 2 days, just as quoted. They were so nice and professional. Chris said they would arrive at 8am to start the job and did exactly that on both days. I have already recommended them to a couple of people and asked them to do an estimate for a bathroom remodel.
