Not to mention they left a hole in the sub flooring and covered it with vinyl. This lead to black mold throughout our house with our 2 new babies. They refused to pay to fix it. It was thousands in damage and we were miss placed for months. When they did come to replace a small portion (not all that was damaged) they used super glue and brad nails to keep the floor from cupping to not have to replace nor did they level off the redone sub flooring. A truly negative life experience, especially for a young military family.

In late April 2025, I hired Justin Lee to install laminate flooring in my house. In January of this…read moreyear, I noticed a warped floorboard and what looks like a pebble starting to crack the board and protrude through it. It must have gotten stuck under the floorboard during installation. Shortly after, I called Justin to come out and fix it. We scheduled 2 different times for him to come out and fix it. Justin was a no-show both times without notification or explanation. When I called him after the second no-show, my calls went directly to voicemail without a response. My boyfriend tried calling Justin from his phone number and Justin picked up immediately leading me to believe that Justin must have blocked my number. When my boyfriend told Justin he was calling to ask about the no-show, Justin claimed he would be there in 45 minutes to an hour, then proceeded to hang up. Justin never showed up for the third time and then blocked my boyfriend's number. I've been strung along for over 2 months trying to get Justin to my house to fix the board and honor the 1-year installation warranty. This is just a heads up to anyone looking to get flooring done. Look elsewhere.
