Our carpets are light-colored, contractor-grade carpeting, and after several years of having multiple dogs in the house, we honestly didn't expect them to look much better. We also had a lingering musty odor in one bedroom closet after two 1.5-gallon jugs of water slowly leaked onto a cabinet where we were storing hurricane supplies. We were amazed by the results! The carpets look like new, and the entire house smells fresh and clean--including the closet that had the odor. The pricing was also very reasonable. We truly appreciated how quickly they were able to fit us into their schedule, as well as their professionalism and excellent service. They are priced competitively with online competitors but you can also get deals when you watch the sales. We were disappointed with the quality of the brand of product we bought, but we were buying budget quality. The directions to put them together were terrible, and often wrong or incomplete. However, we are handy and YouTube videos made the lack of good instructions mute. If you've ever built Sauder-style furniture, you can do this. It is easier than IKEA too. Use some wood glue (despite the instructions never mentioning it) and the cabinets will hold up well for years. They also have flooring, internal racks organizers, and countertops if you need any of that. You can go in with basic measurements and some ideas, and they can design and create a parts list for you. But only one client can get that at a time, so prepare to wait if other people are in the store, too.
