The food consisted of mad spicy chicken and noodles which was spicy enough for my hubby who typically has to liberally use his own personal supply of hot spices. I took a taste of his, one was plenty for me as i prefer my Tofu, brown rice and veggies which were cabbage. His chicken looked like pork, so well prepared along with the seasoned noodles. Mine was bland though I did add the separate teriyaki sauce. Small clean dining space so the restaurant is suitable for take out but waiting as other meals were being made was why I rated it 4 stars. First time ordering from here and was very pleasantly surprised. Download the app and ordered online - a very easy process allowing for order customization. I arrived earlier than expected, which caused a minor issue as the counter person was not aware he had to send the order to the cooks, which left me sitting for an extra fifteen minutes. Training issue, which shouldn't happen again. I was very pleased with the amount of spice in my bowl...didn't have to add extra hot sauces (which I often do). Ive been visiting Williamsburg for years and i think this place may be newish....well to me. I was looking for a quick option for food while my family went to Panera and came across this location. I loved the different options and the ability to choose white meat for chicken. I ended up getting the teriyaki chicken with rice and veggies and even though i got a medium the portion was still enough for 2 servings. There is a larger option like a jumbo size and i swear it could feed 3 people. LOl I thought the food was pretty good and would def try them again in the future. read more

Ever since Teriyaki Madness opened, it's become our go-to stir fry/Asian food takeaway place. I usually get the spicy teriyaki chicken with fried rice and veggies while my husband gets the same, only non-spicy. The chicken smells and tastes like it was cooked on a grill or over a fire. The spicy chicken has a little bit of spice and I would be interested to see if there is a spicier option. The rice is usually very good too, where you get the individual grains. During our last visit, we must have gotten a bad batch of rice because it was mush, but we don't think that's the norm. Usually, when we order online, the food is ready in about 15 minutes. It's impressive they are this well-oiled so soon after opening (about a month ago). The inside looks clean and is small, so if you're going to order here, get it to go. read more

Well I'm sad to say I was quite disappointed after the build up from watching TikTok. First the positives, staff was very friendly, restaurant was clean and had a nice setup and the chicken was fresh. Unfortunately the noodles were bad and the fried rice(can you call it fried rice) was very mushy. Potstickers 2 out of 10, not as good as the generic brand at Walmart. End up throwing both the fried rice and 7 potstickers in the trash and I hate to waste food. If I go back it will be for the chicken and maybe I'll try white rice, if I do I will leave a follow up review. read more

We recently placed an order through a catering website not knowing how it would go, it was superb! From the food to the service it was a great experience! The young lady who brought us our food was very friendly and helpful with explaining what was what whilst setting the food out for us. Waited 35 min for the worst chicken and rice dishes. It stinks because I was so looking forward to this. Got home my order was wrong I was suppose to not have vegetables just white rice. . Ordered a 2 protein noodle bowl. Was given only one protein in the bowl and with fried rice instead.

When my husdband and I ordered, we were not expecting to pay $50 for our meals, but, once we got our food, it was worth every penny. We got medium bowl combos...mine was the Steak Teriyaki (spicy) with yakisoba noodles and veggies (pictured) and his was Chicken Teriyaki with veggies and fried rice (I forgot to take a pic if his). With the combo came a side (we chose egg rolls) and a drink. Plus we ordered a 4 piece crab rangoon. They have small, medium, and large bowls. My wife and I visited Teriyaki Madness 4 days after their grand opening. We stopped for lunch, and we were very pleased. My wife got Spicy Steak Teriyaki with veggies and Yakisoba noodles. I got chicken Teriyaki with veggies and fried rice. Initially, we both thought that it was a bit pricey for the amount of food we received, but we were surprised that neither of us could finish our bowls. There was enough food for 2 meals in the bowl. The place was clean and well staffed for a Friday afternoon. The girl was nice and friendly who took our order at the register. The food was very good but the veggies were mostly cabbage and hardly any broccoli at all. There was also some zucchini and onions which were tasty. We ordered the large steak bowl with white rice and veggies $15.59 and the large chicken katsu bowl with all veggies $13.89 and 2 regular fountain drinks (not combo meals). They were really really good the first few times I went. The last couple of times the tofu was cut up really big with a lot less flavor. I always get the Salmon too bit the seasoning was just off. The only thing that stayed the same in taste was the edamame. I most likely will give it a break for a couple months. read more

They claim to serve "fresh" food but the chicken is held warm so not sure what's going on there. Chicken is also dry because of this.
