I think there was weekly that just ended or something else as it was a bunch of younger boys with their parents grabbing boosters and other TCG accessories. The staff members here were patient and conversing with the parents and child which I always appreciate when the kiddos are included. They were also friendly and helpful to not only us but the other customers too. They had quite a bit of different products to browse from TCGs, comics, board games and much more. The prices were fair too! They have a refrigerator with lots of different types of beverages. I also asked if they were dog friendly, which they are as long as they don't make a mess so I brought in our two fur babies who got some pets from the staff. The store is organized well as well as plenty of room to walk around. They had a few long tables and chairs for weeklies or just casual hang outs as there were some players just opening One Piece packs.

They have back issues for cheap which is nice but I'd much rather go to a shop fully focused around comics. They also have a bunch of randomly graded comics hanging up throughout the store and like most of them aren't super valuable as far as I can tell they seem pretty random for the most part. Idk if your looking for board game stuff I'm sure you'll be fine but if your looking for comics go somewhere else

I was looking for Sanrio and Tokidoki merch. It was a limited selection of a few trinkets. However, there were plenty of BTS and LINE friend merchandise. I had not been out here in a while and was looking for a winter coat in summer, having envisioned miles of aisles of coats. I was wrong. There is no coat factory any more, just an out-of-the-way store full of things you don't really need. I was really disappointed. I was looking for a store that I could go into to buy a coat rather than shop online, because I wanted to try my new would-be coat on. I'm a big man with a 58" chest and it is hard to find a nice coat in my size. And I'm loathe to go downtown and overpay. So I guess the deal is you have to wait for winter to buy winter coats so they can charge you more. At least one or two coats that are on sale in my size. But not at Burlington. She was extremely rude in how she asked and then proceeded to literally argue with me in the store because I tried to explain that those were the books we came to the store to look at. I have never had an experience with an employee like that literally anywhere in my entire life!! That woman should not be interacting with customers in any way shape or form. I didn't say anything to another employee and we just left because it was so upsetting.
