outstanding menu!

11/10 service, ambiance, food. All absolutely gorgeous & wonderful. Thank you so much. Best cookies ever, as well!

Brussels Sprout Hash and menu

This was probably the BEST BREAKFAST I've ever had. EVER!! Brussels Sprout Hash!! OMG!! Of course, it was complimented by my order of AMAZING FRENCH PRESS COFFEE. They just don't do this where I live. This quaint in-neighborhood restaurant is SO WORTH checking out. We just happened to be in the area and stumbled upon it. At this point? I'd come here from MILES AWAY. It truly was that good. Upon arriving, we were warmly greeted by Vicki, who became our server. Her knowledge of the full menu was impeccable. A very warm and sweet lady. Very attrntive and made us feel like we were in her home. A five star review just doesn't do this place justice. IF I COULD, I would GUARANTEE satisfaction or personally pay for the meal. Even knowing it wouldn't cost me a cent. Brussels Sprout Hash??? Who does that???

Rachel sandwich (turkey, sauerkraut, cheese, hollandaise sauce, on rye) with cole slaw side
Tess S.

This is such a beautiful cafe with delicious food. I had the best sandwich there I believe I've ever had in my life (the Rachel sandwich on rye). It was steaming warm, flavorful, and just comforting, with turkey, sauerkraut, cheese, and hollandaise sauce. The setting was simply beautiful, with quick service, and a relaxing atmosphere. On a cold winter's day, a warm sandwich for brunch is all you really need!

Farmer scramble

Cute little breakfast/brunch spot that reminds me if you were to date the farmers daughter and they welcomed you into the family. The scramble was pretty good but the potatoes were gassed makes it hard for me to go back to McDonald's hash brown after

My friend ordered her turkey club! It was half the side of the ketchup bottle! She was out of cold slaw but made some from scratch for us!

Everything was amazing! Linda is the owner and she greeted us at the door, sat us, served us and cooked! Her hospitality was amazing! The location is great! Lots of parking right up front. Lots of open seating (8:30am). She has a nice window nook that we sat in and it was nice to watch locals come and go as we enjoyed her coffee and breakfast! Price and quality Mach and there's quite a big serving size in my personal opinion.

I just moved to the neighborhood so I'm checking out all the spots in my area and this was a great find! It's a quant and quiet area off 10th ave and they have a few patio seats as well as indoor seating. They also have a market/grocery options inside so it would be great if you're trying to grab something quickly and close by. Now for the food; my sister had a bagel, cream cheese and tomatoes while I had the veggie scramble and both hit the spot. Shoutout to the baguette slices served with their scrambles, 10/10! Their menu is actually quite extensive and I'm looking forward to trying more of the menu in the future. The service was that of a mom and pop establishment so just be patient, enjoy your time there, and sip some coffee :) I'll definitely be back!

Okay let's talk about yum ! My friend raves about this cute little cafe and I finally had time to come have Sunday brunch and was not disappointed! Delicious food ( omg those eggs and bacon ) and the mimosas how fun and refreshing ! Lots of street parking just a charming friendly cafe open for breakfast and lunch ! Wow I will be back so yummy and great atmosphere!! Can't wait to try the lunch menu my friend raved about her Rueben!!

Greek scramble
Mackenzie C.

Cute neighborhood spot with easy street parking, and bonus points, they also sell some grocery items so you can get breakfast and grab some fruit, canned goods, or whatever else while you're at it. The service was fast and friendly. I really enjoyed my breakfast, which was the greek scramble. 3 eggs with olives, spinach, tomatoes, and goat cheese plus potatoes and toasted baguette on the side. It was delicious. My boyfriend got the waffle with fruit and a side of bacon, which he said was good but he thought a little too expensive for the amount of food ($6 for 3 pieces of bacon and $17 for the waffle with berries and whipped cream). I think they're pretty on par with average Seattle restaurant prices, if not a little bit more expensive than what I'm used to seeing. But, they're a small neighborhood business and it's worth it to me!

Aerlume - HERITAGE BERKSHIRE FARMS PORK SHANK (IG: @eatwithbaobae)

It was a simple process to make a reservation on their website, and I was even able to make a note that I was celebrating my birthday. Aerlume is right next to Pike's Place, so finding parking may be a challenge but don't let that discourage you from trying it out. Service was amazing and the food was really good too. While waiting for my appetizer, the chef brought me a steak sashimi amuse bouche that was absolutely delicious!! My mouth is watering thinking about it. I kept it light with the citrus marinated beets as my appetizer. Although I don't usually eat beets, I thought this dish was so good! For my main course, I got the C.A.B. filet mignon. The steak was cooked perfectly and everything tasted so good together. I was amazed by the how thick the asparagus was! I did inhale my food quite fast so I passed on dessert in favor of hot tea, but their dessert selection also sounded yum. I regret not getting the carrot cake. I had a great experience dining here and would love to eat outside in the future! Also, if you're wondering, I don't believe there's a dress code. Their website doesn't make note of one and I was ok to dine in my jeans and Gazelles.

Aerlume is a beautiful restaurant right on the waterfront with delicious food. I came for Seattle…read moreRestaurant Week, and had the coconut congee soup, the pork shank with tropical fruit chutney and brussels sprouts, and the dessert duo. The congee was a perfect thickness, with flavors you don't usually have in congee...but it works! It's a nice and light way to start the meal. It's a shame that you don't see pork shank on more restaurant menus, because it is a criminally underrated cut of meat. The shank at Aerlume falls completely off the bone with just a nudge of your fork. The rich savory flavor of the meat is perfectly complemented by the sauce and the chutney, which brightens it all up and keeps it from becoming overly heavy in your mouth and stomach. Brussels on the side are your standard incredibly crispy sprouts. We also ordered the bread and butter off the a la carte menu, just to try. The breads are excellent, and you can definitely taste the ube in the ube butter, but in my opinion this is one of those cases where adding ube just isn't necessary. They did forget about our bread, so this didn't show up for us until we asked about it most of the way through our meal. The dessert duo is made up of a square of carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and a chocolate crunch bar -- devastatingly smooth chocolate mousse on top of a thin crunchy wafer with raspberry sauce on the side. I appreciated the variety of flavors and textures. It was the perfect way to round out the meal. We had an excellent meal, accompanied by great service. It would be a perfect spot for a celebratory dinner, or to take parents to when they visit town.

The oysters were the main draw for me, and they were totally worth the visit. Old Stove serves them with a savory watermelon sauce in addition to a traditional cocktail sauce--eaten together, it's a flavor explosion that I can't quite describe. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs. Overall, Old Stove Brewing is the perfect combo of good location, good food, and good beer. Definitely recommend a visit when in the Pike Place area!

Located at the north end of Pikes Place (across the street from Cutters) is this gem of a find. We made reservations online and was able to get seated quickly (it fills up fast). After ordering the oyster platter arrived and it was so fresh, chilled and tasty. We quickly devoured it. Moving into dinner, some got the crab rolls, but I settled for the new menu item: halibut. The delightfully savory halibut was moist and served with a nice side of potato and was as perfect as one can make a halibut dish. I would eat this again in a heartbeat. FOOD/DRINK - CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST v whipped cream, candied walnuts, mixed berries - SMOKED CORNED BEEF HASH pickled vegetables, hollandaise, poached egg, biscuit (chosen over toast) - Side of bacon x3 slices - Coffee Ok, everything was delicious. The French toast was perfect. It was crispy yet fluffy and soft. The whipped cream was really good and sweet. I only poured half of the syrup over my French toast. The candied walnuts added a crunch and sweetness. It was well balanced with all the fresh strawberry slices and blueberries. I really enjoyed it but couldn't finish, as the portion was generous. The bacon was tasty. The corned beef hash was made to order! Beef chunks with the most delicious pickled vegetables (asparagus, cabbage). My only feedback was that the potatoes could've been crispier. The biscuit was flavorful but quite dense. Overall, a solid entrée!
