At least three families and six people were turned away. Born and raised in Alabama, I value Southern hospitality and supporting local businesses. Pigeon Forge depends on tourism, and visitors have limited time to enjoy what the area offers. When a business advertises hours until 4 p.m. but posts a temporary noon closing, customers deserve clear, consistent communication. Four hours of operation is already a narrow window for a coffee shop in a busy tourist destination; conflicting hours only make it harder for visitors and locals to support the business. After two unsuccessful attempts--including one on our wedding anniversary--we took our business elsewhere.

Their coffee is hit or miss, sometimes tastes burnt and is WAY too expensive for what you may end up getting. This little coffee shop is ADORABLE and it also shares the building with Sweet Frog (Frozen Yogurt). We were kind of surprised when we came in because there weren't many pictures in their reviews. Karen, one of the owners, has put so much thought into creating a fantastic and memorable space. The outdoors just got an upgrade with the addition of a little garden adjacent to the porch. There is a beautiful mural, a lovely fountain, and fun furniture that give the space such a fun vibe! Once you climb the stairs, you'll see various spots to lounge on the porch from rustic looking benches and chairs to swings hanging from rope. Upon entering the shop, it is a combination of rustic mountain decor with fun and whimsical pieces--- from the coffee tree to the taxidermy squirrel riding the bucking fox rodeo style. The place is so inviting, comfortable, and it's charm is unmatched. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your coffee in the Smokies. Spouse and I always get the Campfire Latte, and it's incredible with mocha, white mocha, and toasted marshmallow syrup. We have also had the Heavenly Harvest from their Fall drink menu, and we loved that too! Our coffee is always delicious and we just keep coming back for more! Karen and her baristas do such an awesome job making our coffee and it says something when they don't ask you anymore what you'll be having.
