Not my typical review. We were seated right away at the bar, which we appreciated, but unfortunately that's where the positives ended. We waited 56 minutes for two burgers, which came out completely unseasoned--a huge letdown, especially for a place that prides itself on burgers. What made the experience even more disappointing was the service. While the restaurant appeared to be fully staffed, our waiter and even the manager checked on tables all around us multiple times and never once acknowledged us, offered refills, or checked if we needed anything. We weren't even offered napkins. For a nearly $45 bill, this was one of the worst dining experiences we've had in Sevierville. We really expected more, especially with how busy the place stays. I love Graze. But this visit was not good-Special circumstances because there is a festival going on today. Was not crowded when we arrived but had to wait for anyone to seat us. First off want to say this place was good, but it is more for adults. So I wouldn't go if you have kids personally. We have three we got appetizers for them we got them nachos and the Asian pork belly "delish" and fried pickles which they did enjoy but that's pretty much all there is for a child. I got the trailer trash dog, she was wet and trashy it was good fries was good they give you decent portions I also shared my dog and my fries with the kiddos my husbands burger looked great he said it was tasty and we got fried mushrooms for us to try all in all everything was good service was nice it's around $15 for the trailer trash dog so do expect to spend a little money but if you want to go some place different with your hunny I say go give this place a try! Where to start.... This place is located downtown Sevierville . Parking can be tough but well worth the walk. Nice bar with a couple TV's. Mostly booth seating with some tables. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I've never thought picking between a burger or a hot dog would be so challenging. The burgers were awesome!! Lost a of selection with lots of good flavors. The fried green tomatoes were to die for. The onion rings have to be in the top 3 I've ever eaten. I wish we were in town longer so I could come back and get some Mac n cheese and that hot dog! Our hunger got the best of us. As we entered my wife commented on how dirty the ceiling fans were. I was focused on getting a table. There were just two servers working and they were busy taking orders and bussing tables. We got our table after a long wait. The next two tables to us dirty dishes were there during our entire meal. Ordering was slow, so I start to look around and this place is a hot mess. Dirty lamp shades above the bar, menus are a laminated sticky mess, the dry wall down the restroom hall is a patchwork unfinished half-ass repairs. The food comes out slow, cold, and our sides were not correct. The cook that served it to us wanted to take it back, but I said we waited too long we are eating what we got. The waitress comes by later to apologize to us. To the person that owns this place you need to hire more staff, and clean/repair this dump. The food is good, but don't expect it to be hot when you get it. Be prepared to wait a long time to even get your food. The place is very relaxed, so relaxed that the waitress are in no hurry to deliver your food to you. I noticed that the food sits on the counter for a long time. Where was my waitress? My guess is that she is outside taking a smoke break every chance she gets. Also, while I was waiting I looked around at the place from my both and noticed a lot of built up dust on the gray painted wall. The ceiling fans all had built up dust hanging off of them not to mention the spider webs in ceiling and outside the windows on the awnings and at the front door. Bruce was our bartender and he was so knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. The food was cooked to perfection and we really enjoyed our time here. Didn't have to hunt for meat in the chili and modestly spiced- the bowl was generously sized. Brussel sprouts cooked maybe 2 min too long, but YUM, loved the flavor. Classic Burger on brioche, came well done as ordered, generous fries. My farmer's Burger? Just WOW. I pulled the perfectly fried egg off and ate it. Bacon perfectly crisp, REAL(not iceburg) lettuce. For a Wednesday at lunch time, there was no lunch rush. Adequate staffing.For number of customers and staff was friendly. Ordered the Tennessee Cheeseburger and Tea. Tea could have been sweater but appreciate that it didn't taste like no one had cleaned the pot. The fries that came with the burger were the disappointment of the meal. Half crunchy-half soft like they had microwaved them, and they were mildly warm at best. The burger wasn't bad but the pickles overshadow the bbq sauce. Suggest you get them on the side unless you love pickles more than bbq. As I left I was offered a tea to go, and that was a great way to end the afternoon lunch. read more

Came here for dinner with my family and it was decent. Our waiter was very nice and super accommodating. Unfortunately, they were out of crackers for the chili (which is what I wanted to order) and the sweat tea. We ordered the Brussel sprouts and pig legs for apps. They he pig legs were delicious but the brussel sprouts were not it. They were boiled instead of made to be crispy, so unfortunately we did not like them. It's a chill atmosphere but the prices for how the food is is crazy. I got the blue cheese burger with onion rings for $20 the burger was overcooked and onion rings were almost more oily then the the Mac and cheese that was just a bowl of the most greasy Mac and cheese I've seen in 10 years in the culinary field. They have to have had scoop a full scoop of bacon grease on top. My wife also got the lamb burger, it seemed it would be good, but sadly it tasted almost rancid. The best part of my meal was probably the drinks and the sweet waiter. I wish I could've tipped more but I already couldn't reason spending +$60 just to feel like wanting to gag after half the bites. After a 10 hour hike in the smokies we were hoping for some amazing grub and juicy burgers. This place is right on the downtown strip and is in such a cute setting. Although the businesses surrounding it were mostly closed, The restaurant was pretty full, it was Saturday around 8:30p and many of the tables were full. We were lucky to still get sat quickly in the front by the window but it was at a high top with backless stools (i hate these lol) Our server Lisa was so sweet she instantly greeted us, she had a lot of expertise about the different beers and helped my friends pick one based off all their flavor profiles. The corn chowder soup was yummy and the best thing i tried this night The menu had a bunch of unique burgers that all sounded amazing, i had trouble choosing what to eat, i ended up opting for the Mighty bison burger, the patty itself wasn't bad but the bun was dry and crusty, looked pale and a bit chalky. We paid 6$ to upgrade our standard fries to truffle fries which was pricy but okay, but then the fries weren't even that good either, too greasy and probably used old oil. My friends tried some other burgers and some of them liked their meals but most of us agreed about the buns. I hope if i end up here again i will have better experience! read more
