Ohhhh yessss. I've tried a lot of coffee shops in Houston and Tenfold is easily in the top three. Their espresso is so smooth. The flat white is not to be missed with a thick espresso foam left in your cup with the last few sips. Their iced latte, a common favorite, is also excellent with the perfect balance between espresso and milk. You know it's good when it still tastes excellent even after the ice melts a little bit. While they do charge an extra $0.95 for alternative milks (boo!), they have pistachio milk which is honestly the supreme coffee milk. It's totally worth it. Located directly across the street from Discovery Green, parking can be a bit tricky. I recommend downloading the ParkHouston app and grabbing a street parking spot around the corner. It's just $0.70 for 15 minutes of parking and you can easily add time through the app from your current location. Definitely check them out! read more

This was my first time trying at Tenfold. I was in town for a concert and staying downtown and was pleases. The service was nice. I was bummed that the didn't have any pumpkin spice for the dulce leche was delicious! So good, I came back the next morning for a Dulce Leche oatmilk latte. We were here for a weekend trip and wanted to find a coffee shop downtown and saw this cute gem. I really wanted a pumpkin drink but they were all sold out so i opted for the Dulce leche latte. At first they gave it to me lukewarm and I had to ask them for a hotter one. The staff was very accommodating. This place was just what I needed this morning. The coffee selection is awesome, with lots of choices for origin and roast level. Truly delicious. I also had a pastry and enjoyed every bit of it. I liked the music that was playing, they had an early 2000s pop punk/emo playlist going and I'm all about it. The baristas were nice and they got everything out pretty quickly. I'll be back next time I'm in the area. The only thing I would say is that it is a little pricy. But that's expected in downtown Houston. Not a surprise to me, and not something that will keep me away. The coffee they serve here is worth it in my opinion. I'll do work on my computer, listen to some good 2000s emo/punk, and drink my pour over sourced from a small farm in Mexico anytime I'm in the area. read more

So much that's so amazing about this place! This spot has some delicious craft cocktails, perfectly brewed cold brew, and THE BEST grilled cheese I've ever had in my life. Nothing was trying to be too fancy or over the top, so they executed each item perfectly. They got slammed with the huge cheer competition happening in front of them, but always stayed friendly, worked as quickly and efficiently as possible, and continued to deliver tasty drinks and treats. read more

Tenfold is your typical modern coffee shop selling pastries and artisan coffees at a high price. The space itself is clean and next to Discovery Green making it accessible and cozy. Not a very easy place to park around though so keep that in mind. They feature a very straightforward menu and a decent variety of pastries and other food. Since we were on a road trip we stopped in to grab a quick bite and settled on their breakfast tacos. They are pretty overpriced at about $5 a taco and it's pretty small, not a good value at all. The taco itself was decent though, a bacon, egg, and cheese one with a very good green hot sauce. If we weren't so hungry we likely would've balked at the price but when in Rome. The interior is bright and welcoming and their bathrooms are nice and clean as well. Overall, this is more a quick, convenient spot than a go to we would say. Good for the neighborhood, but no reason to go there otherwise. read more

Excellent coffee shop--better than expected so close to a convention center, and boy am I thankful for it. I've been here three times in the last few days and have had a few espressos, two pour overs, and their drip. All have been very good, and the "Eat a Peach" pour over they currently have on offer is excellent if you are into some of the more adventurous approaches to coffee processing (anaerobics, co-ferments, etc.). But if you've never heard of those things rest assured you can still get a good, "normal" cup of coffee here. My colleague enjoyed her pumpkin spice latte (not too sweet), and another enjoyed his cappuccino a great deal. Ample seating, a few pastries to choose from, and a good laidback vibe. Also, very clean bathroom. read more

Houston has a ton of great coffee shops so finding good coffee isn't difficult. I think the challenge here is finding who genuinely care and are passionate which this shop does very well. I love coming here, its very clean and spacious and helps that its across discovery green when you want to take your coffee to go. Coffee is great and location is ever better, can't go wrong with a visit to Tenfold's downtown location. read more

Morning coffee and a bite to eat, and check email. The coffee was good. I appreciate the coffee mug. I had an orange and cranberry scone, which was delicious. Not from Costco. Looks like they are into artisan coffee. The space is bright and airy. Lots of natural light. There is a variety of seating. A little on the loud side ( stone floor and high ceilings). There is outdoor seating on the sidewalk. The service was friendly. It was not busy on a Wednesday morning making for a decent place from some computer work. read more

I ordered the matcha latte with oat milk and vanilla syrup. The barista did warn me that they don't sweeten them which is why I added the syrup (at extra cost) and he was not lying. Even with the syrup, it was not very sweet and for this slight sweet tooth it was disappointing. I've seen a lot of reviews mentioning a strong matcha taste but that was not the case, mine tasted a bit diluted and watered down. It also ended up leaving me with an irritated throat from the unmixed matcha particles. read more

I wanted to give them 5 stars but the matcha fell short. This coffee shop is located downtown near discovery green and this place is so inviting with natural light. Every time I've gone in it's very quiet so the atmosphere is library-esque, at least the times I've gone. The service was great. I've never had any issues with the staff. The atmosphere is a 10/10, so aesthetic, modern, feminine and with a lot of natural light filtering in. The barista was also super nice and willing to help me pick between all of their syrup choices. Got the iced latte with oat milk and dulce de leche syrup. I fear I didn't enjoy the coffee flavor too much, felt a little too bitter for my liking and could barely taste the syrup flavoring. A great third wave coffee option in Houston, conveniently located right next to the convention center. I was happy to find it open on a Saturday morning before my shift at a conference while many other businesses downtown were closed. The line to order was long but it was worth the wait; the coffee tasted great! Large windows let the light stream inside the cutely decorated coffee shop. It's inviting and just a great option all around. Will definitely be back if I'm in the area, working again. read more

I want to love Tenfold since it's close to work but it's just too inconsistent. If there's one thing people want consistency in it's coffee. Earlier this week I paid for a 16oz cold brew and had it served in a 12oz because they were out of cups. Today I went and the barista filled my cup to the brim with ice BEFORE pouring the cold brew. It should always be cold brew first and then ice like everywhere else. Finished drinking it before I even got back to the office. read more

Iced dulce de leche latte was really good. There was a parking garage around the corner and metered parking in front of the cafe.

Coffee is incredible and the vibes are immaculate. The service was wonderful, both barista's were so friendly and inviting.

I'm a bit of a coffee snob and everywhere I go I try to find good espresso tonics. I travel a lot for work and I have to say this is one of the best espresso tonics I had in my travels. Five stars for Tenfold Coffee We were in Houston for the FIRST robotics championships a couple weeks ago. The Starbucks close to the convention center was super busy so I searched for another coffee shop nearby and found Tenfold coffee. SO GLAD I found this shop! They did have a line (out the door) but they were playing great music and the coffee was SO worth the wait :) I tried their cold brew on tap (very smooth) and also tried a dirty chai latte. Also very tasty! While we were there I was at Tenfold at least three times. All of the adults traveling with our team came to Tenfold and most of us bought coffee beans to take home with us. It was that good. If/when we're back in Houston we will no doubt be coming back to Tenfold coffee. read more
