Came here on vacation for a family wedding & stayed near by. We found this place on yelp! Toby was really nice, friendly & provided great service! He mentioned they've been open for 10+ years & I can see why! The food came out fresh & in a timely manner. Everything was tasty & priced well! It's a small restaurant & they have little seating in the front area. Great place to get a bite to eat. Thank you Ten O six.

Been going to this place for fried seafood which has all been solid and is probably in the 4-star range. What brought this to a 5-star experience was the discovery of their Peruvian menu. I ordered the arroz con merisco -- essentially a seafood paella -- and I can say it's one of the best seafood dishes I've had in the OBX. It's absolutely fantastic and I will be back to explore more of their Peruvian dishes.

    Biscuits & Gravy

The food was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend the biscuits and gravy. Yummmm! The power was about to be cut off due to the wind and they said, "we got this!"- as soon as the power was getting cut off we were handed our food. We decided to take the food to go due to the wind instead of eating outside, but we know if the wind was gone the porch would be perfect to eat this food.

The food was delicious and the service was very kind. We hit this spot twice while we stayed in OBX! Definitely recommend the burritos and the biscuits were also very tasty. The yogurt had fresh fruit and was super filling as well!! We will be back :)

Wow this place was a great choice after finding the other breakfast places with long wait. This place is kind of in a hidden spot, we would refer to it as a hole in wall, but it really is a great experience: we actually were grateful the other restaurants had a long wait. This restaurant offer legit filled up flavorful breakfast burritos, huge pancakes, and other breakfast option. We were happy with their single origin coffee offering. The chef at the desk was very nice and friendly, we carried a great backstory conversation. Great service and food, planning on going for their Peruvian dinner menu too! And we did, went for breakfast and dinner, and plan to go next morning before driving home. Great hospitality and customer service!!

We grabbed lunch from Ten O Six while in the area. The service was great and staff were really friendly. I ordered the beach road burrito and really liked it. It had a good combination of flavors and made for the perfect lunch! My boyfriend got the Italian sub and really liked his as well.

Open early for breakfast! We got breakfast to go. Burritos were loaded with filling and packaged well to be able to eat in the car. Very easy to make substitutes (I don't do onions)!! Coffee was hot and with just the right amount of flavor added. The menu looks good for lunch as well..

I woke up...and had a delicious time! The reviews here tell you how great this place is, and well...believe them! I thought for sure it would be over-hyped and not live up to what people write and say, but I will admit to being wrong. First, our server, Krickett, was agreed upon (by my partner and I) to be the best server we have ever had. She was friendly, outgoing, had good recommendations, and an all-around joy. Second, the food! Wow! My partner had a salad...simple enough, right? But no, she was amazed by it. And she is a vegetarian, so she has had a lot of salads over the years. This one blew her away. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. Was it life-changing? No. But it was way better than what a grilled chicken sandwich normally is. It was tender, juicy, with just the right seasoning. I would be a criminal if I didn't mention the bruschetta...get it with the burrata...it is worth it! The crispy bread with balsamic drizzle is good enough with the diced tomato mix, but the cheese gives it a new level. And, I hope you saved room for dessert, because the key lime pie was a mouth explosion.

The restaurant has two distinct dining areas: the front section is first-come first-served bar seating that offers the full menu. The back section, which would be ideal for families, holds about 30 tables, mostly booths, with the hostess stand. We chose to sit at the bar and had a great experience. We started with bruschetta topped with burrata cheese. I ordered the angel hair pasta in a white garlic butter, cream sauce with marinated chicken and grilled vegetables. My husband ordered the special hamburger with Swiss cheese bacon, spinach and mayo with a side of fries. We ended with slices of the key lime pie that didn't disappoint! The food, service, staff and environment were exceptional! We overheard the Server mention that veterans receive complementary meals on Veterans Day, which speaks volumes about how this restaurant supports those who have served. If you are in the Outer Banks- whether you're staying in Kill Devil Hills or nearby- this restaurant is worth the drive and all the hype!

We ordered the fried green tomato special of the day, which came with burrata and salad. It was incredible. My partner ordered the catch of the day, which was blackened swordfish with risotto. He loved it! I ordered the mahi mahi BLT. They were extremely generous with their portion size for the fish, bacon, and especially the fries. The ambiance is very nice! Inside had plenty of space for folks to be seated without being crowded, but it was never too loud. They have bar seating, tables, and outdoor dining. The art is locally sourced. I signed up for their waitlist to get a reservation, and it worked! I was able to snag one. Thankfully I did, since they were busy and had a wait for over an hour for walk ins. Highly recommend planning ahead! If you end up waiting, they have several places for you to wait including outside in the shade with some games and seating area.

It has a gritty paste texture to me, which I really didn't care for. My Bf got the tuna noodle and said it was really good. I got the cheesesteak which was pretty big! But unfortunately lacking in the flavor department. Totally not the worst cheesesteak; but nothing to rave about either. But kinda my bad anyways, looking online I thought I was going to enjoy the menu more but I think it's alittle too 'upscale' or unique for my taste. However our waiter was great.

Ms T chose the flounder sandwich, which was nicely done with shredded lettuce and tomato with a very good tangy, creamy sauce. I had an oyster basket with slaw. I am not an oyster expert, but these were sweet, mild and clearly fresh. They were coated lightly and fried perfectly so they were tender. Goombay's serves 50 caliber French fries which are not always well prepared, but in this case, they were excellent, creamy inside, not dry or half burned. They have a little of the ubiquitous potato varnish as a coating, but it is light. I ate way more than I needed. The slaw was also a good sweet/tart version, which is my choice. All in all, this was a great lunch at an old favorite place. I left wondering why it took us so long to get back. Hopefully we can work them into our busy lunch schedule again when we return in the Fall.

After one visit, I completely understood why he kept coming back! The restaurant has the perfect laid-back beach atmosphere. The bright, colorful décor immediately puts you in vacation mode and creates a fun, welcoming environment. My son ordered the mussels and the salmon. The mussels were the standout of the meal--steamed perfectly and served in a rich, garlicky white wine broth that was so good you could easily soak it up with bread until the bowl was empty. The salmon was beautifully prepared, looked fantastic, and judging by the empty plate, he thoroughly enjoyed every bite. I played it a little safer and ordered the fish and chips, and I have zero regrets. The fish was perfectly fried with a crispy, golden coating while staying flaky and tender inside. It was seasoned well and full of flavor. And as someone who can never resist great fries, these definitely hit the mark--hot, crispy, and the perfect complement to the fish. Between the delicious food, relaxed beach vibes, and friendly atmosphere, Noosa Grill made for a very enjoyable dining experience.
