Hey Wayne, I just wanna take a few moments to say thank you so much for the time that you put in with my family. We greatly appreciate it and it really helped to put Britani's mind at ease. Britani and My Wife have been long time Lexus loyalists and I am kind of new to the Lexus brand. However, the level of service that you provided has guaranteed that you will have us as customers as long as you are still working at Lexus. From one vet to another thank you again.

We weren't planning to buy a car today but ended up with one. We got a one year old RX350h with 20k miles for a good price. Michael Beckham was our sales person and took good care of us. Our closer/financial person was CeCe Garcia who was professional, not pushy. Our only complaint was that they should have more employees closing with the paperwork. We had to wait a long while and were there several hours. They do have a nice lounge with refreshments which helped but it was still a long day. We do love the addition to our family of Miss Lexi in a pretty shimmering pearl.

One of the easiest car deal I have ever done. Drove off from Palm Springs Lexus to this location and was definitely satisfied. Friendly staff with one of the best finance managers I had ever dealt with. "Christiano" from the geico is straight forward no time wasted, but yet you can tell he cares about his customers. LOVE MY NEW CAR!

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with this smaller dealership. I have purchased many vehicles from Escondido Lexus and had a great experience. They did not have the car I wanted, and I found myself at the Temecula dealership. They just so happen to get the exact car that I was looking for and about to put a deposit on with another dealership in Carlsbad. Edward and Sales did a fantastic job. From the moment the new Sales Manager introduced us. He was great to work with, respected my needs and it wasn't a hard sell. he Just let me do what I needed to do. Super impressed they have a female Sales Manager, I feel like that's rare these days extra points for that and she was awesome. Sometimes you get in the finance office and it's just such an upsell, nightmare, and a bunch of haggling, however, finance was easy to deal with and respected what I wanted and what I did not want structured in my deal. They made it all happen quickly and got us in and out in a timely manner. *Edward delivered the car to our home as it needed to go through a pre-purchase inspection before we could take it home. He made sure he just set up everything in the car. He even busted out the rubber floor mats out of the box and installed them for me. I was really surprised to have such a great experience in a smaller dealership. I will definitely be back in three years when I'm ready for my next vehicle. I would refer my friends and family here without a worry. You're in good hands with *Edward and the entire team. Thanks guys!

Once again they came through with excellence! I brought my Toyota Scion XA aka Betty Lu in for her routine check up. I was treated like royalty Betty Lou is like brand new. I could never be more happy. My technician was Jesse. My advisor was Pablo Flores. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

I recently purchased my new car at Temecula Valley Lexus, and I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially to my fellow female car shoppers. My experience with my salesperson, Derek Quinn, and the Finance Manager, Christiano Valencia, was so refreshingly positive that I felt compelled to share. As a woman, walking into a car dealership can sometimes be an intimidating experience. I've had past encounters where I was spoken down to, my budget was dismissed, or just an awful experience in general. This was the complete opposite. From the moment I met Derek, I was treated respectfully and was listened to. Here's how he made all the difference: I came in with a clear idea of what I needed in a vehicle--safety features, cargo space, and good fuel economy. Derek listened carefully and only showed me options that genuinely fit my criteria. The features of the car were explained clearly and thoroughly without being patronizing. When I asked technical questions, I received respectful, straightforward answers. I never once felt like I was being talked down to. There was no pressure and no games. I was able to test drive the Ux and Nx hybrids alone so I could really focus on how the drive and features felt. Derek was up front about the pricing and we were able to negotiate a fair price on my trade in. My positive experience continued seamlessly into the finance office with Christiano Valencia. This is often the most stressful part, but he was fantastic. Christiano walked me through every single document in detail, ensuring I understood what I was signing--from the warranty options to the loan terms. He never rushed me and encouraged all my questions. When presenting optional products like the maintenance package, he clearly explained the pros and cons of each one. He presented them as tools for my benefit, not as mandatory upsells, and he completely respected my "no" without any pushback. He made sure I knew that every decision was mine to make and even gave me time to call and discuss it with my family. I left the finance office feeling confident and secure in my purchase, not confused or worried that I had been talked into something I didn't need. In a few hours my car was cleaned, detailed, and ready to go. All features were explained to me by Derek and he also helped me set up the Lexus app on my phone. He was so helpful throughout the whole experience. This dealership, and specifically this team, has earned a customer for life. They proved that a car buying experience can be respectful, transparent, and even enjoyable. Thank you, Derek and Christiano, for making me feel valued and empowered throughout the entire process. If you're a woman looking for a new car who wants to be treated well, this is the place to go! Highly Recommended!

We know what we want, and roughly what we're gonna pay, and all we can hope for is we don't get a piranha when we get to the dealership. We don't want to go back and forth, we don't want to be there for hours while you "try to fight for me with your managers", and yes, we know you're making money if you make a deal. If you tell me you're taking a loss on my deal, I leave. I've bought maybe 25-30 cars in my life. Had a relatively good experience buying a Mercedes, thought that was the pinnacle of car sales. Enter Temecula Valley Toyota. There aren't enough stars on yelp. Sometimes, that euphoric feeling when you buy a new car is usually blunted by the fact that you could have gotten a better deal, and the bad taste of the back and forth. I've NEVER actually felt good and 100 percent confident about my purchase until my visit here. My first Toyota. I actually had FUN and was RELAXED buying this car! The first price I was offered after they "ran the numbers" was actually lower than I was expecting for the first time ever. Even the finance phase, where dealerships try to squeeze in all the extras on your payment, was on point. No surprises! Everything is basically included, and stress free! If you're looking at a Toyota, I promise you that you're not going to have a better experience than TVT. Make SURE you ask for Nicholas "Nick" R. (even better, do a lot of the groundwork on the internet first) for a completely no hassle experience. 10 stars!

Needless to say, having a major transmission failure that early--especially while hundreds of miles from home--was extremely frustrating. Thankfully, I was able to get the truck to Paradise Chevrolet, and I cannot say enough good things about how they treated me. From the beginning, Paradise Chevrolet stepped up to help. They helped get me into a rental vehicle while I was in town and continued working with me after I had to return home to Washington. When Chevrolet's warranty process would not cover my rental expenses the way I expected, Paradise Chevrolet went above and beyond and actually reimbursed me themselves. They did not have to take responsibility for Chevrolet's shortcomings, but they chose to take care of their customer anyway. That says a lot about a dealership and the people running it. I would 100% recommend Paradise Chevrolet based on the customer service I received. They took a very frustrating situation and did everything within their control to make it better. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my experience with Chevrolet itself. This was my first Chevy, and having a Silverado 2500HD Duramax suffer a major transmission failure at only 25,000 miles has seriously damaged my confidence in the brand. I had owned the truck for over two years, but it was basically a "princess truck" that spent much of its life sitting in my driveway and certainly was not abused. Between such an early major mechanical failure and my disappointment with Chevrolet's warranty support, I would have a very difficult time recommending a Chevy or purchasing another one. But Paradise Chevrolet? Absolutely. They earned my respect and my recommendation. Great customer service, great communication, and most importantly, they stepped up when I needed them.

With as many positive reviews and accolades as this place receives, I am honestly disappointed with…read morethe service and communication I received. I initially brought my car in because the fuel economy/range did not seem accurate and I wanted to make sure there wasn't a larger underlying issue. I was told there were a few recommended services and that I would receive more details after they had a chance to fully inspect the vehicle. Unfortunately, this experience brought up some additional concerns for me. A few years ago, I had my battery replaced here and I later learned from another mechanic that the incorrect battery had been installed in my vehicle, which contributed to corrosion around the negative terminal. During this visit, I was told they would look into how far the corrosion had progressed. They also suspected an oil leak in the engine and said they would take a closer look. However, when I picked up my car, I was not given clear information about what they found or what the next steps should be. I left feeling very uninformed about the condition of my own vehicle. What was especially frustrating was being charged for a replacement brake fluid reservoir after they cracked the reservoir during the brake fluid service. I understand that "older" plastic components can become brittle, but I don't feel it is fair to charge the customer for a part that was damaged during the service. I was told the dealership would cover the overnight shipping but I still don't believe I should have been responsible for the replacement cost. They did offer me a rental vehicle, which I declined because I am on a budget and did not want to risk additional incremental costs. I also had to leave for work out of town before the rental place opened, so even if I accepted, I would not have made it. I also requested additional information on manufacturer recommendations for services needed at certain mileage and information about what to do with the transmission fluid because I missed the first one- again, nothing on the report or notes they gave me with my receipt. From what I also understand, AAA members get a discount and that discount was never applied, even when I mentioned it during intake. Between the previous battery issue, being charged for a part that was damaged during service, and the lack of communication about what was actually found during my inspection, this experience left me very disappointed. Unfortunately, based on these experiences, I don't see myself returning and would have a difficult time recommending this dealership to others. I basically paid $300 for them to tell me that I needed new windshield wipers and to pay for a part they broke.

Unfortunately, I was left feeling misled by the sales team. The Kia Temecula website lists the price of an EV9 Wind at $55,250 (which included a $10k rebate) and on the same page, lists a Combo APR Offer of 0% for 60 months (see attached image). I did not see this offer listed anywhere on other local KIA dealerships, which I why I scheduled an appointment with Kia Temecula. Even though I made an appointment and communicated which vehicle I wanted to see, my car was not ready upon arrival. Noel, a salesperson, had to go pick up the car from another lot and it arrived dirty. When it came to talk finance, the sales manager claimed (I never met this person - only communicated through Noel) that I could not receive both the $10k rebate and the APR 0% offer. They could not be combined. I showed Noel what was posted on Kia Temecula's website, and he reiterated that the offers could not be combined and claimed this was direct from KIA corporate. I was provided with a chart of different APRs and rebates, none of which were the offer posted on the website. I see now why KIA Temecula was the only KIA dealer in Southern California to post the rebate in conjunction with the 0% APR for 60 months - it wasn't something KIA Corporate would back. Thankfully the SB 766 CARS Act goes into effect on Oct. 1, 2026 which requires total price transparency in advertisements and conversations with the customer. It will be illegal for KIA Temecula to post misleading advertisements such as this going forward.

10 STARS FOR CHRIS BENNETT!!!…read more Alrighty, yall ready for a story?! So a couple months ago, I originally had my Jeep towed to the Elsinore dealership. After dealing with the horrible customer service there (I USED TO WORK THERE IN SERVICE) I asked them not to touch my car and not to go further and I would be towing it out. I show up Friday to tow it out. They have it in a bay and I asked them to release it to a tow truck. It was all in text and writing so not my problem that they don't listen to direction. To top it off, the following Monday the advisor they called me and said he needed more time with my vehicle... My vehicle was towed out the previous Friday... Way to keep track of what you're doing. I towed it to Temecula to Chris Bennett!! I had my water pump repaired for over $800 at Elsinore about six months prior. She has overheated quite a bit... (4 times now in her 6 years) Backstory, I have a 2020 2.0 wrangler with 140,000 miles now, no extended warranty. Lifted on 35s but no recalibration. No engine modifications. When I say Chris went to battle for me, I cannot stress enough on how amazing his customer service skills were and are. I will forever recommend him and I am back now to do my first oil change on my brand new engine that he was able to cover under consequential damage warranty from my water pump going out. Yes, she was in the shop for just over a month. But it's all worth it. I did have to prove my maintenance records, and again like I said earlier, I did used to work for a Jeep dealer so I do know how to take care of my vehicle. But patience is definitely a key and taking care of your cars in the right way can definitely help. And Chris is the best service advisor on the planet!!!! Thank you Chris for taking care of Sally girl. We are forever in your debt!

Formal Complaint -- Jeep Service Department (DCH TEMECULA)…read more To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor service I received from the Jeep service department at DCH TEMECULA. I wish there were a zero-star option. I believed returning to the dealership--especially since I purchased my vehicle there--would be the best choice. Instead, I was treated as though my business did not matter. Details of the Issue 1) Lack of communication after drop-off After I dropped my vehicle off, there was absolutely no communication. I had to call multiple times, and I repeatedly reached voicemail. No one returned my calls, so I was forced to keep calling until I finally reached someone. 2) Unhelpful and unprofessional customer service My service representative (I will not name names) seemed uneducated and blamed me for the issue. The service manager demonstrated zero customer service skills, and because my vehicle is not under warranty, he made it clear he could not care less about helping me. 3) $245 charge with no timely resolution I was charged $245 to be told what I already brought my vehicle in for--only to then be told the issue could not be fixed for at least 45-60 days because parts were unavailable. This was presented as "blamed the world," which I found highly unprofessional. 4) Ongoing concern about vehicle safety I was left without meaningful help or guidance and was essentially left to figure out what to do next. I am still unsure whether my Jeep is safe to drive. I also do not know whether this is a broader or national issue, as no one provided clear answers or support. Requested Action & Next Steps Given the lack of communication, the unhelpful service response, and the 45-60 day delay due to unavailable parts--after charging me $245--I am escalating this matter. My next letter will be to Jeep corporate, the Better Business Bureau, and my legal counsel. I will never return to, or recommend, DCH TEMECULA again.
