Don't go here. Owner and management is horrible. We had a DealPalooza that expired and when we realized it we went a few days later to ask the owner if he would honor it. He said absolutely NOT. The entire point of the coupon is to get new customers to try out an establishment that we have not been to before. The worst part of the discussion was how rudely we were treated. I really wanted to like this place but its so difficult when almost every worker here looks miserable and doesn't want to help. Question to management: Why would you ever hire people who don't even have a bit of social skill or common decency. We visited on a Saturday. Saturdays are supposed to be busy days and yet, there is only one person behind the register to help. Considering there are no lanes open on the day we went, this alley was disappointing. I love going bowling but this is one of the worst bowling places ive ever been too. We had to wait 40 minutes just to get a bowling lane. On top of that It was very loud. The music was so loud you have to scream for the anyone to hear you. They have flashing lights would often times hit you in the eye. I was very disappointed in this bowling lane. It was also very expensive. It cost 40 dollars for 3 games. Would not recommend. There are a bunch of other places that are way better. read more

I wanted to go bowling with my kids on a rainy Friday afternoon and have a bite to eat. This place was vacant and I know why. The young girl at the desk barley had a pulse. Absolutely uninformative and not helpful what so ever. They have a great looking bar and grill area that was not open until the evening so we couldn't even get some lunch. The only reason for two stars and not just one is that it was very clean and looked like it would be a fun place to hang out if they got some better management. This bowling alley has a great arcade, bar area. They have a lot of lanes with good seating, BUT they are way too expensive. Even their private parties are pricey. They DO have a private bowling lane area that is enclosed, but it costs a lot to reserve it. They place feels like an old "western" theme bowling alley and is need of an update to support their prices. They're competing with corporate chains and the consumer is always going to go where they get the best deal and service. read more

This is my first time visiting/ bowling/ arranging a party with Temecula Lanes, and the following is my experience.  I contacted the bowling alley on a weekend to make arrangements for a party a few weeks in advance.  I was given a toll free number for the Events line, and advised to call them to make party arrangements. They are only open 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday;  I contacted the toll-free number and after some back and forth was able to connect with event planner Nancy Lee by e-mail, which may communicating much easier.  Nancy was helpful in providing a pdf document explaining what packages could be ordered, what was included, what was extra, etc.  Everything was booked for a 2 hour party on August 25th for 10 people to bowl, including the Finger Food package (with appetizers, salad, brownie desert and unlimited drinks), and additional Premium bar drink tokens for the adults in the group.  We arrived 15 minutes before 2pm, as requested, and checked in.  The gentleman at the counter was very nice, but I don't recall his name.  He set us up on different lanes - stating that lanes 19 and 20 had time restrictions and that by moving us to lanes 1 and 2 there wouldn't be a time restriction to use sitting area in the lanes (not necessary, but it was his choice, so we went with it).  At 2pm we started bowling and put in our drink requests (drinks only come out by the pitcher, there is no place to refill drinks or provide various choices for each person).  We were advised food would be out at about 2:30pm. Someone from the back came up and advised our party that the "apples didn't look good" for the cranberry-apple salad ordered, and asked if we wanted to change our salad selection (the only other selection was Cesar).  We asked that they do the best possible, and bring the salad requested.  At about 2:40pm the gentleman from the front came by with our drink pitchers and advised that the food should be out soon.  When the food arrive it was luke warm; the chicken tenders were mostly breading, the hot wings came with the sauce on the side, and the food was piled on to three trays without much order so one had to dig to see the various options on the bottom.  The salad came out in a large metal bowl; however, there was no serving utensils and no dressing. There was no one providing service, so our party had to go to the bar to order drinks.  We also had to be responsible for asking for refills on the "unlimited" soft drinks with our party package - we only received 1 refill on the soda pitchers. The brownie dessert was never brought out and after the food was delivered there was no one that checked on our party to ensure everything was okay, or if anything else was needed.  To our party it appeared they were too short-staffed to be hosting any event.   At 3:45pm we had bowled two games, and decided to rent pool balls. We paid the fee to rent the pool balls and move from the bowling lanes to the pool area. By 4:00pm the lanes busy, and the gentleman that had been helping us at the front desk was no where to be located (two new people were at the front desk).   Next time I will not purchase any type of party package (this package was +$400.00), and will look for specials or discounted lane rates for bowling. I feel the package provided an expectation that our party would be taken care of or looked after; which was not the case. At this time I am considering the event a waste of money for the "services" provided and am thankful no tip was included. read more

One of the coolest and comfortable bowling alleys I've see. Unfortunately that's where the positive stops there. Get there at 2 no snack bar. Go to the girl behind the bar who is texting on her phone and ask her what time it opens. She has no clue. Back to bowling. Going fine until a group of idiots start bowling next to us and don't realize I have a 7 and 5 year old with me. F bombs and others we decide to cut our games 1 short. Do I get a refund? No I get a coupon to do this over again later. Absolutely zero management of the staff here. If the actual manager was one of these people this place is doomed. read more

I would give it a zero if i could, before coming to this place i was wondering why it has never been brought up by anyone living in the area, every one says pins and pockets which we've been. To before great place.. We walked in looked good pool tables arcade games nice set up. It was looking like a hidden jem. That is until 840 ish last call for alcohol. Bar closed before 9 food closed before the bar defiantly an " im going home on time vibe" we ordered our first/last pitcher at 845 even though it closed at 10 luckly we ordered food as soon as we got there it slowly got darker and no lie at 10 on the dot they cut the power while kids where playing games!!!!!!!!!!! This place is just fantastic. Staff is super helpful, informative, and friendly. Kinda bummed they got rid of the proshop, but that's just me though. The personal pizza was well worth the prize. Lanes are well kept and oiled, as well as the bar and pool tables. The Thursday buy one get one free on games are a plus. This is my go to for bowling and pool. read more

Just leaving this pathetic business. A couple friends were here bowling, eating, and drinking allnight. With like a minute left before our time was up I jokingly used the kiddy rack thing to roll my ball. Quickly after this an older employee ran up grabbed the rack screaming its for f***ing kids. Then told me f*** you. Which provoked comments back and forth between our group and this employee. I am telling the front desk worker what had happened when this worker came up the front to say more nasty things to our group which would not have happened if he had not came storming up. I guess this place doesnt think a sign on the rack saying kids only would work, instead they tell their old hatefull employee to come scream profanities at paying customers and escalate situations. Have been here a couple times although the first visit was a little rocky, Mark at the front desk did what he could to rectify the situation. Well enough as a matter of fact we came back for the "family night" the next Sunday, Mark remembered us and was once again very accommodating. Can't speak for all of the employees however Mark has been very helpful and the lanes and food are always good. read more

Horrible service! Balls were continuously stuck in the gutter and staff blamed it on our daughter using a 6 lb ball. Takes forever to get drinks even when there's not a lot of people here. Waitress to my wife and mother in laws drinks that were 1/2 full still. When confronted the waitress said she hadn't poured them out and would bring the drinks back! Who does that? She proceeded to argue with my wife about how inappropriate it is to bring half filled glasses back and that we need to calm down and she'd bring fresh drinks. It took my father in law going back to the bar asking for the new drinks and the bartender rudl telling him that "he's on it." We will never come back again and tell everyone we know to not come here. read more

I love this place. They have great lanes, kid bumpers and even ball ramps for the little ones. The kid bumpers are automatic so they only come up for your young bowlers. They also have several pool tables and and old time shooting galary. The bowling is a bit pricy but probably worth it. read more

We had my grandson's 10th Birthday party at Temecula Lanes on 1/28/17. The little private bowling room was wonderful. Unfortunately, that was where "wonderful" stopped. The entire facility was intensely cold! When we asked if the heat could be turned up we were told that there was nothing that could be done as the owner controls the heat with his phone. Those of us who brought sweaters and jackets had to wear them the entire time. There is no reason for that! The service was lacking as well. We had to ask for or go get much of what we needed to serve the food and cake. I am hoping that perhaps this was just a "bad" day for this establishment. The kids had fun bowling, but I don't think it is somewhere that we will return anytime soon. read more

It was my first time at Temecula Lanes and honestly I wasn't expecting much for a bowling alley. To my surprise the aesthetics were classy and it was very spacious! The balls were very organized and the place was clean! We were there for a team party and although our arrangements didn't work out as planned to have the VIP room, the owner contacted me regarding my displeasure. Not only did he ensure to make it up to me he also spoke w his staff in an effort to make sure this situation didn't happen in the future. Being in customer service myself for the past 15 years I could tell the owner was a good businessman w ethics and that he wants his business to succeed through happy customers and good service! I will NEVER go back. Been there five times and the lanes are always breaking down and the staff could care less. Snack bar staff is more interested in chatting with other than giving service. Its a shame as the facility is nice but staff and service make the experience and its apparent there is no training on the guest experience. read more

I for one appreciate finally having a bowling center. I read some of the review and was curious what the deal was. I went on their $3.00 Thursday NIght and had a great time. Great music, friendly people, and the snack bar food was delicious. Pizza is a big thumbs up and the smoothie too!! Let's support this place and give some love to the New Bowlng Center. I remember the OLD Bowling Center and it was really sad when that place closed down. read more

This place is actually pretty cool, but the staff(other than the bartender) suck. The sign outside says the building closes at 1am on Fridays and inside it states that their bar closes at 1230am, yet the gentleman at the front let us know they would be closing at 12 and sounded suuuuper inconvenienced that we wanted to play pool. The entire time we played he gave notices via intercom that they would be closing in _ minutes and had a count down going the entire time. We felt rushed out and got ready to go 15 mins before closing. The gentleman at the front informed us it would be ten dollars for the 30 minutes we played, even though everytime in the past we have been charged 10 dollars for a whole hour. He did give us a 5 dollar rate but overall, the experience fucking blew. read more

This place is great! I've been coming to this establishment for about 6 months now. I loved coming on Thursdays when they had a special for their game rates. I took full advantage of the special. Now i probably come in once every 2 weeks with my family and friends. The food is delicious, not like any regular frozen bowling alley food. Temecula Lanes has the BEST chicken strips & pizza! Amazing! Staff is very friendly, lanes are usually operating well. On one occasion, our lane had a few issues, but the staff at the front desk allowed us to finish our game due to the inconvenience. Every time I come in on the weekends, they have birthday parties. The kids and family members seem to be having a great time! I would honestly recommend this place to everyone! Had my daughter's 6th birthday party here today with 10 of her friends. Everyone had a great time. The party ran smoothly, our party host (Silvia) was on top of it! Pizza came out on time and was very tasty! Many of the kids had never bowled and so at first they used the metal ramps. Then as they gained confidence rolled the ball on their own. The parents really enjoyed watching their children have a super fun time! Would recommend this for a unique bowling birthday experience for all ages!!!!!!! read more

The staff treated both my wife and I like we did not exist. They gave us the run-around when we were just trying to enjoy ourselves by playing a little pool and bowl. We ended up leaving before we even bowled because we were so frustrated. Horrible experience! If you enjoy being surrounded by annoying teenagers, an incredibly unprofessional, non-caring staff, then this is the place for you. read more

Bar does not open until 2pm on Sundays so do not plan on day drinking and not to mention a loss of revenue for the place. Very rude staff and we had to approach and acknowledge them before they would even talk to us. Management needs to train better if you want regulars. read more
