It's nice to have another place for family activity here in Temecula. The staff and facility are fine and the price is a bit high, but not a deal killer. The staff will enter all of the names of bowler up front for you if you ask and the always seem to have enough bowling balls in every weight. The only complaint is that every time I've been there it seems as if the lanes are a bit uneven. It could just be that myself and everyone I bowl with is terrible, but I think that is actually a bit of both. read more

My wife and I tried out bowling here on a weekday night and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! Not too loud, dark, or obnoxious like many lanes are, and the other patrons weren't acting crazy. Most of all, the staff was extremely friendly and actually treated the customers like they cared if they came back, another bowling alley rarity. This place is an unassuming gem, we'll be back. read more

$15 fee to bring your own cake and absolutely outrageous prices. The building is nice but the place is usually empty. Bad staff and bad policies such as 72 hour notice to reserve a lane. Not going back. read more

We had a child's birthday party here at it was she much fun! When we got there everything was set up. Jennifer was out host and she made sure everything was explained to me and when the kids arrived they checked in with her, got their shoes, told them if they wanted bumpers or not (every name that came up at time of bowling bumpers were automatic) so cool!! We bowled, then ate and then had our cake (that we brought). Food was hot, salads were good, chicken strips and fries were good too. Jennifer was there whenever we had a question or needed more forks, water etc. Very reasonably priced $15 per child includes bowling and pizza party plus their very own bowling pin that all the friends signed! We would come back in a heartbeat! Mark who was there was very nice too! My kid said it was the best birthday party ever!! Thank you Temecula Lanes. Also very clean and perfect size arcade for the kids too!! I did pay extra for salads and chicken strips so Mom's would have some food and I did tip Jennifer. It was still reasonable and a value. Birthday party's at home can add up very quickly! Not to mention the preparation and the mess to clean up!! read more

Temecula Lanes - Sports Bars Near Me - Temecula, California

I was definitely surprised when I saw this place pop up in Temecula. Looking outside, the building doesn't look very attractive and inviting, but I was out with co-workers one evening and we decided to check it out. The inside is really hip and has a younger crowd. There are many billiard tables and probably 15-20 bowling lanes. There is also private lounge areas you can rent, as well as private billiard and pool rooms. Definitely a run place to go if you are looking to have a decent time in temecula and enjoy some drinks. The drink prices were insanely cheap, I bought a round of drinks (2 beers, 2 AMF, and 1 Rum and Coke) for $35. Not bad! read more

Because if all you care about is whether your pins show up, then go crazy here. If you have any expectations on food or drink service to actually make your visit complete, think again. Zero reasoning to how good service is handled, queued, etc. clearly they fill orders based on who's come back to complain. I wasted most of my family time spending 3 distinct visits to inquire on my food. Ultimately cancelled order since our game was over. Too bad Temecula has no other choice for family bowling.... read more

Outstanding place! I went with a friend and they had buy one game and get one free...killer deal. Plus i got to bring our drinks to the seats where you bowl at which was nice. The bar hooked my white russian up with a lot of alcohol which is very nice. Had a blast..almost left with the bowling alley shoes lol had a great time! read more

Don't go here. Owner and management is horrible. We had a DealPalooza that expired and when we realized it we went a few days later to ask the owner if he would honor it. He said absolutely NOT. The entire point of the coupon is to get new customers to try out an establishment that we have not been to before. The worst part of the discussion was how rudely we were treated. As a local resident of Temecula we are telling everyone not to go here. read more

I really wanted to like this place but its so difficult when almost every worker here looks miserable and doesn't want to help. Question to management: Why would you ever hire people who don't even have a bit of social skill or common decency. We visited on a Saturday. Saturdays are supposed to be busy days and yet, there is only one person behind the register to help. Considering there are no lanes open on the day we went, this alley was disappointing. I wish I could say maybe it was because it was my first visit only, but this is the second time I have been here. read more

I wanted to go bowling with my kids on a rainy Friday afternoon and have a bite to eat. This place was vacant and I know why. The young girl at the desk barley had a pulse. Absolutely uninformative and not helpful what so ever. They have a great looking bar and grill area that was not open until the evening so we couldn't even get some lunch. The only reason for two stars and not just one is that it was very clean and looked like it would be a fun place to hang out if they got some better management. Really sad because I was looking forward to a bowling ally that was closer. read more

Stopped in for some bowling with the kids on a Friday night. We had a great time! No wait for a lane at all. (Cal Oaks is too crowded for us) Clean place, friendly staff and good bowling. We will definitely be back again read more

I heard about this place on yelp and decided to try it out. It was so much fun! I absolutely loved Silvia. She was so helpful and sweet. I will be coming back just for her! Highly recommend!! read more

Horrible. Checked website and mondays is dollar day so drive from hemet all the way here and guess what??? They stopped that 3 weeks ago and its league now on modays and they didnt bother updating website. Way to make a little girl cry. Losers never go there. read more

One of the coolest and comfortable bowling alleys I've see. Unfortunately that's where the positive stops there. Get there at 2 no snack bar. Go to the girl behind the bar who is texting on her phone and ask her what time it opens. She has no clue. Back to bowling. Going fine until a group of idiots start bowling next to us and don't realize I have a 7 and 5 year old with me. F bombs and others we decide to cut our games 1 short. Do I get a refund? No I get a coupon to do this over again later. Absolutely zero management of the staff here. If the actual manager was one of these people this place is doomed. read more

Although my reservation went well to guarantee a bowling lane. I did remain unhappy with my experience because of how our lane kept breaking down. During one of the times that I sent a family member to let the bowling receptionist know that we need to reset again, she was not at the counter for about 6 minutes. Once she got there she told them that she can add time and reset; however, the alley needed to make sure everyone got out of the alley at 4:30, which wasn't too long of a wait till that time was reached. I understand that the alley needs to be sanitized for covid precautions. The lane kept breaking down and she said that was was going to call a mechanic. Our time was already going down for 20 minutes and I just wanted to get some sort of refund for the bad service. I did pay $45 to reserve the lane. The only thing I was refunded was the shoe rentals which were $4 each. Unfortunately, this experience makes me feel like this will be the first and last time going there. read more

This place is just fantastic. Staff is super helpful, informative, and friendly. Kinda bummed they got rid of the proshop, but that's just me though. The personal pizza was well worth the prize. Lanes are well kept and oiled, as well as the bar and pool tables. The Thursday buy one get one free on games are a plus. This is my go to for bowling and pool. read more

Drinks were watered down, half the arcade games didn't work and didn't have signs saying they were out of order, and the pool tables didn't have all the balls. Recommend for bowling and food but the other half was if-y read more

So much fun! Clean place, reasonable priced pitchers of beer, a little expensive to bowl, but so much fun. Great staff, quick service. Can't wait to go back! read more

I would give it a zero if i could, before coming to this place i was wondering why it has never been brought up by anyone living in the area, every one says pins and pockets which we've been. To before great place.. We walked in looked good pool tables arcade games nice set up. It was looking like a hidden jem. That is until 840 ish last call for alcohol. Bar closed before 9 food closed before the bar defiantly an " im going home on time vibe" we ordered our first/last pitcher at 845 even though it closed at 10 luckly we ordered food as soon as we got there it slowly got darker and no lie at 10 on the dot they cut the power while kids where playing games!!!!!!!!!!! WTF we will never go back and make sure we let every one know this plays sucks!! So much potential yet i know why its not busy... read more

I love going bowling but this is one of the worst bowling places ive ever been too. We had to wait 40 minutes just to get a bowling lane. On top of that It was very loud. The music was so loud you have to scream for the anyone to hear you. They have flashing lights would often times hit you in the eye. I was very disappointed in this bowling lane. It was also very expensive. It cost 40 dollars for 3 games. Would not recommend. There are a bunch of other places that are way better. read more

Great place to bowl! We went for date night with another couple, had a lane at the end of the room near the private room, so much fun. Great music, very clean, staff was very helpful. We had a blast. read more

I have to give a big shout out to Eric and Daisy. They were on spot taking care of us for my nephew's birthday party. The menu is typical of an establishment like this. At least they have 3 salads. The pool tables and arcade make sure everyone can have a good time. read more

This bowling alley has a great arcade, bar area. They have a lot of lanes with good seating, BUT they are way too expensive. Even their private parties are pricey. They DO have a private bowling lane area that is enclosed, but it costs a lot to reserve it. They place feels like an old "western" theme bowling alley and is need of an update to support their prices. They're competing with corporate chains and the consumer is always going to go where they get the best deal and service. read more

This is my first time visiting/ bowling/ arranging a party with Temecula Lanes, and the following is my experience.  I contacted the bowling alley on a weekend to make arrangements for a party a few weeks in advance.  I was given a toll free number for the Events line, and advised to call them to make party arrangements. They are only open 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday;  I contacted the toll-free number and after some back and forth was able to connect with event planner Nancy Lee by e-mail, which may communicating much easier.  Nancy was helpful in providing a pdf document explaining what packages could be ordered, what was included, what was extra, etc.  Everything was booked for a 2 hour party on August 25th for 10 people to bowl, including the Finger Food package (with appetizers, salad, brownie desert and unlimited drinks), and additional Premium bar drink tokens for the adults in the group.  We arrived 15 minutes before 2pm, as requested, and checked in.  The gentleman at the counter was very nice, but I don't recall his name.  He set us up on different lanes - stating that lanes 19 and 20 had time restrictions and that by moving us to lanes 1 and 2 there wouldn't be a time restriction to use sitting area in the lanes (not necessary, but it was his choice, so we went with it).  At 2pm we started bowling and put in our drink requests (drinks only come out by the pitcher, there is no place to refill drinks or provide various choices for each person).  We were advised food would be out at about 2:30pm. Someone from the back came up and advised our party that the "apples didn't look good" for the cranberry-apple salad ordered, and asked if we wanted to change our salad selection (the only other selection was Cesar).  We asked that they do the best possible, and bring the salad requested.  At about 2:40pm the gentleman from the front came by with our drink pitchers and advised that the food should be out soon.  When the food arrive it was luke warm; the chicken tenders were mostly breading, the hot wings came with the sauce on the side, and the food was piled on to three trays without much order so one had to dig to see the various options on the bottom.  The salad came out in a large metal bowl; however, there was no serving utensils and no dressing. There was no one providing service, so our party had to go to the bar to order drinks.  We also had to be responsible for asking for refills on the "unlimited" soft drinks with our party package - we only received 1 refill on the soda pitchers. The brownie dessert was never brought out and after the food was delivered there was no one that checked on our party to ensure everything was okay, or if anything else was needed.  To our party it appeared they were too short-staffed to be hosting any event.   At 3:45pm we had bowled two games, and decided to rent pool balls. We paid the fee to rent the pool balls and move from the bowling lanes to the pool area. By 4:00pm the lanes busy, and the gentleman that had been helping us at the front desk was no where to be located (two new people were at the front desk).   Next time I will not purchase any type of party package (this package was +$400.00), and will look for specials or discounted lane rates for bowling. I feel the package provided an expectation that our party would be taken care of or looked after; which was not the case. At this time I am considering the event a waste of money for the "services" provided and am thankful no tip was included. read more

Horrible service! Balls were continuously stuck in the gutter and staff blamed it on our daughter using a 6 lb ball. Takes forever to get drinks even when there's not a lot of people here. Waitress to my wife and mother in laws drinks that were 1/2 full still. When confronted the waitress said she hadn't poured them out and would bring the drinks back! Who does that? She proceeded to argue with my wife about how inappropriate it is to bring half filled glasses back and that we need to calm down and she'd bring fresh drinks. It took my father in law going back to the bar asking for the new drinks and the bartender rudl telling him that "he's on it." We will never come back again and tell everyone we know to not come here. read more

Had my son's birthday here. Brought our own cake, No charge. This is the best Bowling Ally around. Hands down!!

One of the older employees told us to f*** off for using the kids rack. He could have just told us not to use it instead of using profanity towards paying customers. Horrible experience. Will not come again. read more

They are smaller than I had expected but lanes well maintained. Didn't have a very long wait which was great. Took a couple friends from out of town who had to use house balls which were limited. The snack bar could be improved. But that said, we had a good time. read more

Love the atmosphere of the place. Great time for the whole family. The bar is huge, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

It was my first time at Temecula Lanes and honestly I wasn't expecting much for a bowling alley. To my surprise the aesthetics were classy and it was very spacious! The balls were very organized and the place was clean! We were there for a team party and although our arrangements didn't work out as planned to have the VIP room, the owner contacted me regarding my displeasure. Not only did he ensure to make it up to me he also spoke w his staff in an effort to make sure this situation didn't happen in the future. Being in customer service myself for the past 15 years I could tell the owner was a good businessman w ethics and that he wants his business to succeed through happy customers and good service! Thank you Temecula Lanes!! read more

Just leaving this pathetic business. A couple friends were here bowling, eating, and drinking allnight. With like a minute left before our time was up I jokingly used the kiddy rack thing to roll my ball. Quickly after this an older employee ran up grabbed the rack screaming its for f***ing kids. Then told me f*** you. Which provoked comments back and forth between our group and this employee. I am telling the front desk worker what had happened when this worker came up the front to say more nasty things to our group which would not have happened if he had not came storming up. I guess this place doesnt think a sign on the rack saying kids only would work, instead they tell their old hatefull employee to come scream profanities at paying customers and escalate situations. Go to brunswick where they have real employees. read more

I will NEVER go back. Been there five times and the lanes are always breaking down and the staff could care less. Snack bar staff is more interested in chatting with other than giving service. Its a shame as the facility is nice but staff and service make the experience and its apparent there is no training on the guest experience. read more

I for one appreciate finally having a bowling center. I read some of the review and was curious what the deal was. I went on their $3.00 Thursday NIght and had a great time. Great music, friendly people, and the snack bar food was delicious. Pizza is a big thumbs up and the smoothie too!! Let's support this place and give some love to the New Bowlng Center. I love this place. They have great lanes, kid bumpers and even ball ramps for the little ones. The kid bumpers are automatic so they only come up for your young bowlers. They also have several pool tables and and old time shooting galary. The bowling is a bit pricy but probably worth it. read more
