This is our second time using TEK and we're still very satisfied. Keith came out for a free estimation on installing a 240v box and made the time to do the installation the same day. He was thorough, responsive, quick, and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. They're certified and licensed and guarantee their work. Highly recommend. read more

Keith was good. Called and asked about an EV charger set up and he was straight forward with it. All was done in the same day.

Excellent job. Keith came with his assistant and fixed the problem in no time. They were friendly and took the time to explain what they were going to do. Thank you ! read more

Had a problem with some of the kitchen appliances suddenly losing power. Called Tek and they were out in about 40 minutes to troubleshoot. Our wiring and the fuse box was old, but he tracked it down to a junction box and fuse along the side of the house we didn't even know was there. Fuse replaced and problem solved. read more

I called TEK to come out to fix a electrical component at my salon. The appointment scheduler on the phone told me Keith would arrive between 9-10, and would call me 30 min beforehand. He never called, and arrived at 10:05. Im giving him 3 stars versus one because when he arrived, he was very nice and polite. He did not resolve my problem but gave me advice on what i needed to do. We had a very positive experience with Keith at TEK Electrical! We had a potentially dangerous situation where our front hallway light burned out and showered sparks all over. We were scared that there was going to be a fire hazard or safety issue. Keith was able to come and help us out on a quick turnaround, to check on the safety of our wires and install a new fixture. He was friendly and kind as he helped us with our issue. We felt so much relief and gratitude when the light fixture was fixed! Thank you so much to Keith! read more

Keith did a great job installing a 240v box and shutoff for my hot tub/spa! It's been almost a year, so this review is well overdue, but I'm still impressed by the care he took to think through how to make the new conduit be as least intrusive as possible! He was very communicative, friendly, and efficient. He's definitely now my go to electrician! read more

I highly recommend Keith and his company. After contacting a dozen electricians and not receiving any call backs from them, I contacted TEK Electrical. The lady that answered the call was super helpful and was able to dispatch the technician to my office who arrived an hour later. There was some hiccups with determining the exact issue I was experiencing and why it was happening. But shortly after, the issue was rectified. I'm happy with the service I received and the cost of the service. I will definitely recommend Keith and TEK Electrical and will be using them for any future electrical work I need. read more

Absolutely fantastic service and the quality of the work is outstanding, I needed an exterior outlet installed. I called TEK for an estimate. Keith arrived right on time gave an extremely competitive bid, which I accepted on the spot. Keith asked if I wanted the work done today! Yes. Never showed up to my appointment. Said they would review items via email. Never followed through (even with multiple texts promising they would) and wasted a lot of my time. Very disappointed. read more

Woah, what a great experience we had with TEK Electrical! Electrician Khalif came this morning to fix our busted outlet. He was very professional, courteous, and kind. He wore a mask and was very clean. He did the job very well and quickly, we had power back on soon after he got here! I will absolutely go to Khalif the next time we need electrical help, and I will recommend him to friends. We really appreciate the great work you did, thank you! read more

Extremely disappointed in Keith's service. We agreed on a price for a job we both signed written agreement. He requested $1,000.00 deposit for materials. One month later no work had been done and I receive another revised estimate for $6,000.00 more. I had to cancel the contract due to Keith's asking for a $6,000 increase to the original signed contract was above my budget. Keith stated, he is "good faith" and would return my $1,000 deposit, but needed a week to do so. It has now been several weeks and I still have not received my $1,000 deposit from Keith. Note: no work was ever done). read more

My wife and I were doing dishes and all of a sudden the garbage disposal stopped working. Extremely professional and got the job done quicker than I expected. We will definitely be using these people again for electrical repairs we need in the future. read more

I had a light switch that wasn't working in the bathroom, a wall light fixture that wasn't getting power, and a garage light that was burning out bulbs. The person in the "office" was nice. They were prompt to respond to my yelp message. They were late on day they came out to give an estimate, like an hour late. They called at that time they wanted to come two hours beyond that time. Nice father and son who showed up. Seemed a bit disorganized when assessing the work and answering my questions. Said he'd have the estimate by the end of the week but asked me to text him the floor plans and square footage of my homes. Did that within the hour. A week later I got a text asking, "who is this?" Forget it! Not hiring them to rewire two of my homes. Maybe they'd be good at small jobs. They definitely seemed like they had the experience, skill and knowledge but were lacking in the business, customer relation sense. Not a good fit for me. read more

Khalif was prompt, professional and courteous. He had to take an additional day to fix the light fixture as it was very complex. He took the time to figure out the issue and made sure the job was done correctly. I highly recommend TEK for any of your electrical needs. read more

Called thinking I wouldn't be able to get a technician till the next morning because it was already after 5pm. Half of my house lost power all the sudden. The office staff was very friendly. She quickly checked who was available, how soon he could get to my house and for how much. 30mins later Keith was at my door. He couldn't fix the issue that evening, but came back with his supervisor the next morning and worked together and got everything fixed in about 90mins. So thankful for their prompt response and thorough work. I would definitely call them again, and would recommend them. read more

Keith was very nice and completed the work well. My only complaint would be that he didn't arrive with the necessary equipment and had to take time away from the job to collect what he needed. That said, I'll phone them again if I need electrical work. read more

A great team! They did the recessed lighting in our home and Keith and team were very professional and a pleasure to work with. They were quick and efficient. Highly recommend! read more

This company is unknowledgeable and uncoordinated and unable to fix simple things like a switch. They do not return phone calls. They charge way too much. I am considering small claims against them because they charged me $425 and never fixed the problem after three visits. I strongly urge you to find someone else. The owner, Keith apparently, Is unreasonable, unresponsive, and ridiculous. He is now telling me that he won't deal with difficult customers, but he is the one who made this so difficult! Do not use this company!!! Thanks read more

Excellent first time experience with TEK. Thorough and efficient in solving and correcting our problem.

We found TEK Electrical through Yelp and the the whole experience was outstanding. They were the first to respond to my request for a quote to install recessed lighting and a new dimmer switch. Keith came out and met with me to discuss lighting styles, sizes, and the layout of the lights. Keith and his son, Khalif, did the job in less than a day. They were on time, extremely professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. They practiced proper Covid safety protocols and at the end of the day, made my living room light up! It was a pleasure working with Keith and Khalif. We will definitely hire them for future electrical jobs. read more
