Had a problem with some of the kitchen appliances suddenly losing power. Called Tek and they were out in about 40 minutes to troubleshoot. Company arrived less than an hour after I contacted them for their help . I hired a handyman to install a ceiling fan at my service station and he totally screwed up all the wiring configuration of the fixture and blew it out. I called several electrical companies for emergency service, but all the companies that I called wasn't able to come the same day, due to their schedule. I then found TEK, they did an excellent job and discovered why my fan and light wouldn't work. After I purchased another fan, TRK came back and replaced the fan that exact same day. Extremely disappointed in Keith's service. We agreed on a price for a job we both signed written agreement. He requested $1,000.00 deposit for materials. One month later no work had been done and I receive another revised estimate for $6,000.00 more. I had to cancel the contract due to Keith's asking for a $6,000 increase to the original signed contract was above my budget. Keith stated, he is "good faith" and would return my $1,000 deposit, but needed a week to do so. It has now been several weeks and I still have not received my $1,000 deposit from Keith. My wife and I were doing dishes and all of a sudden the garbage disposal stopped working. We called a plumber to fix it but was told that it was an electrical problem as there was no power getting to the disposal. The person in the "office" was nice. They were prompt to respond to my yelp message. They were late on day they came out to give an estimate, like an hour late. They called at that time they wanted to come two hours beyond that time. Nice father and son who showed up. Seemed a bit disorganized when assessing the work and answering my questions. Said he'd have the estimate by the end of the week but asked me to text him the floor plans and square footage of my homes. Did that within the hour. A week later I got a text asking, "who is this?" Forget it! Not hiring them to rewire two of my homes. Maybe they'd be good at small jobs. They definitely seemed like they had the experience, skill and knowledge but were lacking in the business, customer relation sense. Not a good fit for me. read more

Called thinking I wouldn't be able to get a technician till the next morning because it was already after 5pm. Half of my house lost power all the sudden. The office staff was very friendly. She quickly checked who was available, how soon he could get to my house and for how much. 30mins later Keith was at my door. He couldn't fix the issue that evening, but came back with his supervisor the next morning and worked together and got everything fixed in about 90mins. This company is unknowledgeable and uncoordinated and unable to fix simple things like a switch. They do not return phone calls. They charge way too much. I am considering small claims against them because they charged me $425 and never fixed the problem after three visits. I strongly urge you to find someone else.
