He came to the house within a couple of hours and after inspecting the system found loose connections, an improperly fitting breaker. Fixed all of that and now everything is working fine, and all the other connections checked and in good shape. Ray was punctual, excellent communication. He responded quickly to my Yelp inquiry, and after setting up a time window for the estimate he texted me to see if he could come early! Worked carefully, thoroughly, explained everything and I feel like not only is the problem solved, but possibly a future problem averted. Very professional and respectful. When he came to check things out, he was very friendly and easy to chat with. He was also helpful and not condescending at all. To be frank, those traits have not been common in our interaction with other electricians. Andres ended up upgrading our electrical panel and installing an EV charger in our detached garage.
