That is the feeling I was left with after speaking with this establishment. Had an issue with my laptop's performance and was about to begin upgrading everything by deductive reasoning. Spoke with this business and they were VERY HONEST with me. We did some troubleshooting and they explained to me why it may be time to just consider replacing my laptop. I set it down and told him it wouldn't turn on and explained what I tried. He told me his rate was $125 per 30 minutes and he wouldn't even touch it until I agreed. So he didn't know if he could even fix it let alone how long or if there would be added costs for the fix. He told me this was a "VERY fair rate". So this was WAY more than I expected to pay being an hour of work equated to over half the cost of my device. I then went to Micro Center down the road who could diagnose it for $80 flat and would help cover any costs of the fix. I went with Micro Center and they fix my computer and returned it 3 days later for $120 total. Now I think this business could've fixed my computer same day but I would've guessed at double the price and I didn't mind waiting. Overall I'm giving this a 2 because it seems expensive and telling me it was a fair rate seemed dishonest. The one employee wasn't overall very mean or anything but he came across as unwilling to help or answer any questions I had.
