I dropped my "bratty" Inspiron off at Techie Dudes on a Wednesday and had a nice conversation with Will. (A good listener.) Will said to check back in a couple of days. I called on Friday afternoon and spoke to Erik. Erik said Will had left (service call) but he'd check on it as he had some time.
