Vadnais Heights My…read moreDell Inspiron (18 months old) decided to take a sudden nap. Blank screen, totally unresponsive, -- a lot like a fight with your girlfriend/boyfriend. I dropped my "bratty" Inspiron off at Techie Dudes on a Wednesday and had a nice conversation with Will. (A good listener.) Will said to check back in a couple of days. I called on Friday afternoon and spoke to Erik. Erik said Will had left (service call) but he'd check on it as he had some time. About an hour later, Erik called me back and happily announced he got the Inspiron up and running. All good after five, test restarts! Erik was above and beyond.
