We had a 2008 desktop HP computer that was so slow we couldn't get anything done. We purchased the computer at a large retail store. I was never satisfied with their service and always felt they were too busy to explain options. I live in Maple Grove, so Anoka is a bit of a drive, but I heard great things about Computer Whatever and decided to give them a try. Our computer's hard drive was perilously close to crashing. The Computer Whatever technicians restored all the files and gave me the detail I needed to make an informed decision. I considered replacing the hard drive but a cost comparison led us to purchase a re-furbished Dell. It serves us well and we saved several hundred dollars not buying new. We have a 1-year warranty and the help desk assistance (re-configuring our printer/scanner and resolving a Microsoft Office issue) has been impressive. I now know everyone at Computer Whatever by first name and have also used their services for two laptop computers that needed updating.
