I had called my local Postmaster to inquire how to package this fragile parcel. He instructed me on what best practice would be, and I followed it to the letter. Mailed the package, and it arrived at its destination with a HOLE punched THROUGH the center of the package, contents completely destroyed. PH will not refund the cost of shipping because "my package was not professionally packaged." I guess I wasn't aware that to mail fragile parcels in the United States they now have to be professionally packaged? I wasn't even told my parcel needed to be professionally packaged, was not informed of a policy, or even hinted at that it wasn't packaged appropriately. No. PH 100% doesn't stand behind their own services of handling with care. Not even a long shot.

The last time I took it in they charged me to tell me nothing was wrong with it-then it crashed. They had not even taken off the privious owners information from it, They sold my mother in law a dinaoaur of a printer for three times the cost of a new one. And guess what? It doesn't work. She thought she was traiding in her previous printer but they never gave her any credit for it off her bill. It looks to us like they make busy work for themselves. Not Cool.

Very disappointed with our experience with Ductz of NE Metro St. Paul.We were referred by Vickie…read morefrom MN Mold and spoke directly with the owner, Terry, to schedule our appointment. During our call, he assured us that Ductz wasn't one of those companies that advertise a low price and then surprise customers with unexpected add-ons. We had only minor mold in our attic noted during inspection, and Terry confirmed that using Microbiocidin would be unnecessary and excessive for our situation.When the technicians arrived, they asked what needed to be done--which immediately concerned me. I had to ask if they had a work order to follow. After completing the air duct vacuuming, they casually mentioned that a "chemical smell" would fade in about 15-30 minutes. I was shocked--why was there a chemical smell at all? They had sprayed the ducts with chemicals, exactly what Terry told us would not be done.Within minutes, my nose started burning. I had to take my cats and step outside for fresh air. I called the company and spoke with Andy, who tried to reassure me that the chemicals were safe because "hospitals use them." That was not comforting--especially when the odor was so strong we couldn't stay inside our own home.The technicians themselves admitted that the smell was unusually strong because half of our heating system is radiant, meaning they used the same amount of product in half the usual airspace. One of them even said it could take 2-3 days for the smell to dissipate--completely different from the 15-30 minutes I was told earlier.Despite leaving windows open all day and night, my daughter coughed throughout the night from the lingering fumes. The experience was awful from start to finish.  I was also surprised that the technicians still planned to clean the dryer vent, even though I had confirmed with Terry during our phone call that this service wasn't necessary and should not be included on our invoice.  I would not recommend Ductz of NE Metro St. Paul to anyone--especially if you or your family have any chemical sensitivities or respiratory concerns.

They are reasonably priced, very knowledgeable and have a lot of integrity. They sent Richard and Jacob out to clean our ducts and those guys were awesome. They really went the extra mile to clean the furnace, and dryer and our ducts. They even pointed out a few problems they saw with our furnace so we were aware of it.
