I reached out multiple times and got no updates at all. On Friday afternoon, I called them again and after a long, unclear conversation, they asked for more time. At 5:17 PM, I finally received a diagnostic video. They then told me the computer couldn't be repaired and the only option was a new motherboard costing over $800. Immediately after, they tried to sell me a brand‑new HP and quoted just over $1,200 including a data transfer. (I had already backed up everything to OneDrive, so the data transfer was unnecessary), and they were going to charge me for it. When I picked up my computer today, the person admitted he never reached out, never provided progress updates, and was not transparent that the diagnostic wasn't completed within the timeframe. The missed deadlines, lack of communication, upselling, and attempt to charge for services I didn't need left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. I cannot recommend Easy IT based on this experience.

I had a sub and amp installed on 2 different vehicles, 2 different times, and needed to be fixed. The most recent was a Buick a couple weeks ago, and 2 years ago a Malibu. Both had issues with a humming sound from the sub that ruined my music and possibly could've damaged my equipment. Both times "they did nothing wrong" and this dude tried his absolute hardest to avoid any fault. I had to take them in a second day for them to fix it, a huge inconvenience AND NEITHER TIME DID THEY SAY SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. With the Buick specifically (and this is why I'm never coming back) the guy I've been talking to about the humming (which would happen EVERY TIME I shut my car off, and loud enough to hear from inside my house) had the audacity to tell me he could not recreate my issue- but fixed it anyway. Implying what?! That I lied? What kind of bs is that? Every time I'd call this arrogant prick he would pick up the phone and he would try to explain somewhere that it wasn't his fault.
