On the day of the pickup I received a call, as I was told to expect, telling me they were on the way. The crew was on time, professional, courteous. They arrived within the allotted time slot and got the job done in about an hour. Had a huge, heavy and old 36 inch TV that is just a beast to move. Took four people to move it the last time and these two guys pulled it off by themselves up a stairway. Bravo, fellas! I applaud you. They charge by how full the truck gets plus recycling fees for certain items such as mattresses and TV's. $29 for a mattress and up to $89 depending on the size the TV. $89 for my old junker. I clicked the button to get an estimate and it schedule an appointment instead. I then had to call to get my price estimate and then cancel this appointment that I never wanted in the first place.
