Finally got ahold of someone three weeks after closing on my property and multiple attempts on my end. The female customer service rep stated that she sent a bill to the previous owners so she could not mail me a bill. She argued that they already sent a bill for the next quarter to the previous owners so they wouldn't send one to me. What a WEIRD thing for a company to argue about, insist on not doing and be rude about. Begrudgingly, she finally agreed to send an email and mail a copy... but I'm not holding my breath. Wish I didn't have to use this company.
