Our neighbor south right next door use the have Pete's till they moved. I clicked the button to get an estimate and it schedule an appointment instead. I then had to call to get my price estimate and then cancel this appointment that I never wanted in the first place. And then the cherry on top, I am now getting spammed text messages asking how the appointment process was, and to rate them. So here's your raiting. Predatory company will harass you just for trying to get an estimate.

And when the day came to go out and do the sifting and sorting, two nice young men in a Junk King truck from (County Rd C Roseville) showed at the right time and place, and within minutes they measured the cubic feet of stuff to haul, and that it would all fit in in the truck with room to spare, at a fraction of what I feared! In addition, to my great surprise, instead of me going through my life's work and agonizing what to throw and what to keep, they said I could go and they would do it all for me! It was decent stuff, hutch, daybed, sewing cabinet, tools and various other items. But nothing I wanted and in the way where I was potentially going to put unloaded items. My realtor contacted the listing agent around 10:00 a.m. who reached out to 1-800-Got-Junk who said they would be there between noon and 2:00. Wonderful, I wasn't expecting such a quick turnaround but grateful for it! Tariq and Jay arrived about 1:15. Got off the truck, introduced themselves and asked "who's paying?" I replied "not me! The listing agent...who I was told was to be here" Them "that makes sense, we said we were on our way and they replied they were 20 minutes away...and...you're here" We told them everything in the garage was to go, locked the house and left for lunch. They were far beyond my yard trash container capacity we have from the city. This service is on line and we're open today on the holiday weekend to my delight. I went on line booked an appointment of which their were many to choose from and got three follow up calls to confirm the service, let me know arrival time and a call from the driver when they were near. For a great price with my coupon our huge piles of shrub debris got removed in about 45 minutes, clean up done by a most polite and friendly crew of two. Thanks once again for a great experience!!
