The owner Rayene came and diagnosed "heat and the door latch" needs to replace. I paid half to order the parts. After a week later, he has his worker came over and took apart of the dryer. He replaced the heat element without bring the door latch. Additional he said the finn has problem as well. He asked me to talk to the owner. I called Rayene and he said he told his worker not to fix the door because he needs to fix the finn first. What ? How he knows the finn has a problem ahead of time and not bring the door latch ? Sounds a scandal. He said he doesn't want to argue and refund my deposit. I agreed. Then he said he wants to charge the parts of fixing the heat element. I told me if his initial diagnosis was accurate and told me the dryer needs to fix heat element, dryer finn, door latch, I may decide to replace the new one instead of fix it. He is not professional enough to give accurate diagnosis. He is also not liable to bring the parts you ordered with deposit to the 2nd visit. I won't trust anything he says. I would give him 0 start if there is an option to prevent any victim in the future. After I left the review with one star, Rayene called to offer full refund. I said I saw the payment in pending. Soon he asked me to give him 5 stars review. I told him I will stated he did refund my money but I can not give him 5 stars review. Then he negotiated me to remove the review. I told him I won't do that because I would like to leave honest experience for other people who may need service. Finally he said "F**k you" and he will withdraw the refund back. Do not use this business. On 12/22/25, Rchid came to my home to do a consult for repairs. He identified which part he needed, I paid him for said part, and then we agreed he would return on 1/5/26 to install the part. I messaged and called him on 1/5/26 to confirm he was coming. He did not respond. I found another number for him online and got into contact with him. He claimed that I said I would "call him after the break to schedule the repair" (see attached images, this is NOT TRUE). He then asked me to tell him which part was needed for the repair, to which I demanded a refund. Even in requesting a refund, he tried to short change me. He said the non-refundable service call fee was $65 when their Thumbtack site says it's $39. As of this writing, I have not received a refund. Update: I posted this review and Rchid immediately called to tell me I would not receive a refund for the part. Absolute scammers. The problem was identified and, although they needed to come back twice with parts, the dishwasher is fixed! i needed the moldy seal replaced on my washer. I had purchased a replacement but found it was too difficult to do myself. this was the only place that would give a set price without an extra visit fee; he canceled the first visit because of a car accident and the next available time I had to arrange my firend to let him in. He did the work in less than 30 min. So he offered me a discount over the phone for a nice review and I thought everythign was OK so I put one in. About 5 days later I ran the machine and thought I saw water on the floor; a few days later I tried again and confirmed it. I had a tray under the washer to collect water and found out it was cracked. He broke it during the first visit apparently so I asked him to come back and check the seal and help replace a new tray under the washer. Long story about not showing up during the time window, sayng he had a fmaily emergency the next day etc, and when he came and checked and saw that it still leaked, he and his partner came, took it all apart and tried again. still leaked a bit but the worst was that they were in such a.rush he cracked the new tray (admittedly this was a bit too small i think, but had it on hand) and was unable to snap another piece back on that he pulled off . He was in a rush so he was about to jam it with a flathead screwdriver and I told him to stop as I know metal on plastic will crack; he got angry and offered to duct tape it! I tried to show him that it was where they didnt put the front of the washer snug it is just the seal that needed adjustment, but then he began berating me and not letting me get a word in edgewise. He said he would refund me and pay for broken parts and then said he would just walk out with everything broken . I said I wantd everythign like it was before he came, then he said that i was barring him from leaving and tried to record my face when I said I didnt think that was right. It was 2 men, one nice and quiet, but Rohan was very aggressive and I am 120# woman by myself with children downstairs- how was I a threat? .He left refusing to pay for any broken things and started saying dont touch me (I was no where near him or trying to be) , putting a camera in my face as I let him out my front door - claiming i was trying to prevent him from leaving etc. I have my ring cam recordings, photos of my washer from before etc. , and I had guests in my home downstairs - so If if ever had to prove anything I could - but threatening someone who did nothing but point out that you did a bad job is ridiculous. Really he started off with a small problem (seal didn't fit and it was a seal I bought - so I can own that) - but by being too rushed to do a good job he was careles and broke my tray, and with that broke the second one and bent out the another plastic piece for the washer front. if you are a woman, do not let this man in your home, especially if you are alone . In summary, he can be rushed and careless, unreliable and claim fake emergencies; he is very defensive and will find any way he can to pretened he didn't do it an claim he is a victim. He will not pay for any damages he makes I found him under Rohan on Thumbtack, and I realize now he has had a few companies under different names so it is fishy . Go elsewhere read more
