Thanks to Arnel for the quick service! I dropped my phone one day at work and the screen turned completely black. I knew it was still working because it was still vibrating when I was getting texts, so I called this place and asked for a quote on a screen repair and an ETA of how long it would take. Arnel answered and told me if I could drop it off on my lunch break that he could have it done within a few hours. I dropped off my phone during lunch and picked it up when I got off work at 5:30 and it was done! Windows 10 is malware and has corrupted my bios and underlying system operations on numerous occasions fro both my work station and my gaming rig. Really wish I came to Arnell sooner. I tried going to other places for about 3 weeks with them promising to call me when they found parts needed to fix my LCD on my macbook. They were charging me 150 to find a used one. USED. And when they couldn't find one I finally gave up and looked elsewhere. Luckily I found these guys and they were able to a brand new one right away. They had it repaired in less than 4 days from the time they ordered it to the time it was in my possession again. All for 180! He was nice enough to give my laptop a little tuneup as well and runs incredibly faster than before. These guys are great. Their charges are pretty reasonable. I brought in my Macbook Pro that had a fried SSD, and asked if they could find me a good replacement for a reasonable price. What really impressed me was that they gave me options and pricing for several candidate SSDs and their pros and cons. Back in July 2014, my computer crashed and I was referred by Staples to come to this business. They did a system diagnostic and accurately stated all of the problems wrong with my Dell laptop. We got it fixed and the computer operated just like brand new. Recently, in August 2016 I almost got scammed from a virus pop-up, I came to Tech Inside for help and advice. My pc was saved and I was saved from getting scammed out of 500 dollars from this fake pc company that tried to provide false service. After a fun day of playing in the swimming pool, my daughter discovered that her phone had taken on water while it was left on the table. Distraught and fearful that her phone was ruined, she asked her friends if they knew of anyone that could fix it. In case you were wondering, my daughter has an iPhone 6 that her uncle had bought for her new last year for her birthday. He would be devasted to know that his gift was water logged and damaged beyond repair. Luckily, we discovered Tech Inside and met with Arnell who told us that he could replace the screen, dry the components and repair with to somewhat its original form. After leaving it with him for a day and him calling us to pick it up, it worked as he had described, basically back to the way it was. The only differences were that he had to change it from a black home button to a white one and then a black screen to a white one so it could match. My diaghter likes the white look more so from that standpoint, it worked out. From a cost standpoint, it set us back $150 to get it repaired but that is much cheaper than buying a new iPhone. The moral of the day is don't leave cell phones around the swimming pool exposed, even if it is on a nearby table and not directly next to the pool. If you wish to get a good value, excellent customer service and deal with a reputable company then please give Inside Tech a look and ask for Arnell. He should provide you with good customer service. Awesome service to the human race! They help people with their electronics that has defects for whatever reason & make those problems go away. I sent out a phone to fix to the store because unfortunately, the phone I bought from a guy in craigslist, gave me a crappy iPhone. That phone gets drained easily. It was a lesson learned. Thankfully, its now working like new! I did my research and asked around where to get a phone fixed. This store, in my opinion, has the most reasonable prices and the staff is very friendly. I encountered a problem a month ago with my Mac desktop. The loading bar wouldn't load and I would wait hours for it to get to the start up screen. Unfortunately nothing worked. I took my desktop to apple and they tried helping me the best they could but in order for them to attempt to get the start up screen, they would have to restore the whole system. I didn't want that because I haven't backed up my system and I needed my photos. Apple told me the only option I had to was to take my desktop to a data recovery store. I brought it to the shop, they diagnosed the problem and it was still possible to save my precious photos. The price for data recovery is about the same every place but I went to this particular store because they made me feel like they could actually save my photos for sure and help repair my hard drive. When I received my computer, boy was I happy. Not only did I have all my photos but everything that was once in my computer was still saved! For what it cost me, it was sure worth it.
