What impressed me most was Johnson's expertise, honesty, and transparency. He didn't try to sell me unnecessary services or make the problem sound more complicated than it was. He explained the issue, resolved it efficiently, and charged a very fair price. The gentleman who usually greets us is friendly and very well spoken. First time they replaced my wives a camera glass on her galaxy phone. It took about an hour. Job well done. Then we came in for a second repair for the back glass which needed full replacement. It took a couple days for them to receive the part but when it came to fixing it, it was done fast and proper. We will continue to recommend any friends who need their phones repaired to this location. Prices are fair, and service is quick and professional.

I went to CIR today for two reasons. First, I dropped my son's Kindle, and of course it didn't have the case on it when I did so the back cover in the corner near where the lock button is dislodged and I couldn't lock/unlock the Kindle or access the volume buttons. I actually thought that the buttons flew off when I dropped it. Then, a while back I noticed a faint scratch on my iPhone 13 screen and when I messaged CIR on Yelp, they gave me the best price for an OLED screen so I said might as well kill two birds with one stone and go to CIR. When I came in on a Saturday afternoon, Freddy was working alone and told me they don't work on Kindles, which makes sense since they're so cheap and you might as well just buy a new one instead of pay to repair it. He agreed to take a quick look at it and with a tool I didn't have at home was able to quickly snap the back cover back into place and the Kindle works again! It turns out the buttons didn't fall off, they were just blocked by the dislodged screen so that fix took a minute or less. Then it was time for the iPhone. Freddy told me the scratch was on a screen protector which -- as hilarious as this may sound -- I had no idea I had because I bought the phone used. So instead of a $159 screen repair, he stopped what he was working on and quickly installed a new, better-quality screen protector which cost me $15. I was out in less than five minutes. Again, big thanks to Freddy for his honesty and going above and beyond to help me out! I'm truly grateful and will be back to CIR the next time I need a phone or tablet repair.

I called in to get a written repair estimate for a broken Apple Watch, which I sent them images of…read morethrough yelp. I told the man that I would pay for the repair estimate. I purchased the watch with an American Express card and ended up accidentally breaking it. American Express insurance will pay for a repair, or reimburse me so I can purchase another new watch, (depending on the repair cost). I explained all of this to the man. This process takes about a week for them to approve or deny. I explained that I wanted to make sure that the claim was approved before repairing it or ordering a new watch since I wasn't positive they will approve the claim. Since I would not immediately buy a new watch through FIX HUB, they decided to just not call me back at all after telling me "I will definitely call you back within 15 minutes". They also did not respond to direct messages through Yelp/Email. I also had told the man that I'd drive over to the Utica Avenue location in Rancho Cucamonga to take care of this, since they do offer Mobile repairs. I didn't want them driving to me to do a simple repair estimate that would take 2 minutes. This is terrible customer service. I break stuff all the time and would have used their services and recommended them to others. They could've also made a very easy sale with charging $60 for a simple repair estimate which I made clear that I would pay. They also could've made a sale for a new Apple Watch Ultra 3 when I had my claim approved for American Express. This business obviously doesn't realize that doing a simple thing for customers leads to loyalty, referrals, good reviews, and future sales. Since it wasnt a huge sale upfront they decided just to brush me off. In my opinion, I would do avoid doing business with FIX HUB.

I rarely give a 1 star review, but I think this company deserves it…read more I brought my non-profit organization's PC to be diagnosed. I would sometimes have display out to one monitor, but I could not get it to output when connecting to 4 monitors (which is essential for our work). I think it took 3-4 business days to get diagnosed, but that was ok. My issues was when they emailed me that PC was ready to be picked and they mentioned my PC was fixed. I asked what the problem was by phone - they could not tell me what the problem was. So I went and came in to pick up the PC and ask what the problem was. They again could not tell me. They said "my technician was out" and only he/she knew what the problem was. Not a convincing strategy to tell a customer. Then, I was asked multiple times to pay the $191 fee for clean up, etc (which I could do on my own btw). Technically the diagnosis was free, but they kept pushing me to pay the $191. Eventually, I just payed the $191 and hoped for the best. They didn't even show me if it worked when connecting a monitor. I trusted them and their reviews, so I just believed them. Lo and behold when I got home, the PC still had the same problem - It would not display any output. Eventually I figured out the problem was for myself - motherboard was broken. Needless to say I will not come back to this establish, and would not recommend at all because: (1) They could not even tell me what the problem was (2) What they alleged fixed was not fixed at all (3) When brought my PC, they emphasized diagnosis was free. But when I came back to pick it up, they kept pushing me to pay the $191 fee for clean up, etc. They didn't even show my if the problem was fixed (connecting a monitor).
