The drinks are delicious; however, as others have said it's a 50/50 chance whether or not if they have their classic honey boba. I don't understand why they can't start making the boba before they run out. Deducting a second star for price. Kinda crazy to charge more than a Starbucks for a boba drink imo. The temperature inside is also always really warm for some reason. Y'all need to crank the A/C a lil more. read more

This place is very well clean and kept with good music and cool staff, always friendly and welcoming tea baristas! They're drinks are delicious and custom make-able which is perfect if you want to have control of sugar content or you can have no sugar at all and add your own sweetener alternative (stevia, monk fruit) like I do when I bring home. I've tried about 70% of their drinks and I've still not been disappointed. Love that this place is family owned and they have potential for more growth through out Reno/Sparks because their drinks are not powders (yuck!) but made with real fruit and juices and that's a plus! read more

Every drink I've gotten has been good and I've never waited very long. I wish there were more locations in Reno but this place is worth the drive. I would also say that this is definitely one of the more clean boba shops in town and that just goes to show the owner cares. read more

Some very yummy drinks, almost more like a dessert than just a drink. They have some really nice refreshing drinks, especially for the warm months. As for the boba they have various types to suit your needs. Glad to see this in the North Valleys, it's much appreciated! read more

My recent visit to teaspoon left much to be desired, primarily due to the service provided by a tall man with curly hair which the receipt printed it said Daniel R, From the moment I stepped in, his lack of enthusiasm and indifference was evident. Not only did he seem uninterested in assisting customers, but his dismissive attitude was truly off-putting. To make matters worse, my order was mishandled, and when I politely asked for a correction, his response was both unapologetic and condescending. Such a negative encounter with him. I always enjoyed coming here during the mornings usually right during lunch time, but this time I decided to come later on the day and wasn't as pleased. If you enjoy this place I recommend going anytime before traffic hours. read more

This the 3rd time I have been there in a month and was told that they dont have honey boba because they are still cooking it. Ive gone there at 11:30 half an hour after they opened, 1pm, and 2:30 on 3 different days and have repeatedly gotten the same response when I ask for honey boba in the Carmel drink that is supposed to have in there. It's disappointing that a boba shop isnt on top of having the bobas prepared. read more

Tried this place twice since it has opened. I ordered the liquid gold and also tried the jasmine one. Both were really good. The only complaint I have is their boba is more on the firm side. It has good flavor but could be cooked a little longer. read more

Today was our third time in and we have always been impressed with our snacks/drinks and so excited to have a boba tea shop in North Valleys that's so close to us! Each time we've been in, Ericah (sp?) has been at the front to take our order. She is so inviting and helpful, always ready to answer questions and give suggestions. Today there was a girl making drinks, Autumn I believe, who was extremely rude to Ericah the entire time we were in. Making snotty remarks and saying very unprofessional things. I'm not sure what goes on when there's no one around, but that should never happen especially with customers in there and we were not the only ones. Autumn was threatening Ericah about immediately calling their supervisor after their shift to "beat Ericah to it". Not okay and uncomfortable for customers, not to mention a hostile work environment. Top that with Autumn throwing my Macarons (which aren't cheap) on the counter and shattering them, was not impressed. I just wanted management to know what's really going on in their store. read more

Honestly the drinks are awesome. But the service here sucks. I walked in and ordered ahead of 5 people. I stood there waiting for my drink and the 5 people behind me all got their drinks before me. I watched the girls pick up cups and read what they said and then like pick and choose cups to make. I waited for a good 25min for my drink when I was the first person to order. I wish I could give this a zero stars This place is horrible the workers the drinks the service 1st of all I ordered my drink on the app for me and my sibling 30 minutes pass we go pick it up knowing that it should be ready right? It's TWO DRINKS one was a grasshopper and the other one was a guava sunset I went up and asked if my drinks were ready they said not yet I let it slide cause it was a full house 15 minutes pass people start leaving and the place gets emptier and the workers aren't doing Jack just talking another 15 minutes go by I ask if my drink is ready they said "not yet" I go back to sit down and this family of 9 walks in ordering and all getting their drinks pretty quickly and I saw a lot of of taro lovers drinks and strawberry colada smoothie and those look like it takes time to make once the family leaves I ask the workers if my drink is ready and they said they forgot and ask me which ones was it and start making it and having to pay again there I finally got my drinks and when I got home I tried it with my sister and both of those drinks tasted the same waiting 1 hour just to get two drinks is crazy not purr-fect at all! Tell your workers not to get their funny up but their money up cause this place has stupid teenagers working at it. read more

Used their app to place an order and it was ready when I got there. My son got the taro with boba and said it the best his had while I had the strawberry matcha that was perfect and not overly sweet. They have on several occasions packaged their pastries in the same bag, if I had any allergies I couldn't have eaten it, they've forgotten straws, they haven't checked the seal on the lid several times and it's been open for me before, and they've either added or forgotten toppings. I walked in with my sister the other day we come here all the time literally. We had a poor encounter with a tall worker with curly hair. My sister also left a review earlier that had his name on the review and the receipt. He was very rude to us which was very odd because I'm a regular customer and usually order via the app. I always get the best customer service when I go during my lunch break I even have small talk with the workers. They even offer me samples at times. This experience with tall curly guy was very upsetting. He got loud at us and just wasn't nice at all whatsoever. I hate to be the one to leave reviews but this did upset me and my sister a lot. read more

right now I am waiting for boba because for some reason it is taking so long. this is a boba shop I would expect there to be boba already made. they opened 40 minutes ago and I ordered 20 minutes ago though they are telling people in line that it is still going to take 30 minutes to cook when they told that to me and my boyfriend 20 minutes ago. my dad owns a boba and poke store himself and I have made boba and to make it, the tapioca pearls are already made and you just need to put them in hot water for 25 Minutes and stir in 5 minute intervals. then you let it sit for thirty minute. though when they were talking to other costumes they were saying that the boba wasn't forming correctly and the boba should already be formed. I don't recommend this place if you are trying to get boba. Go somewhere else. Don't waste your time because I also had to pay about 9 dollars for my boba. read more

Ive gone twice to order a classic thai tea, both times it did not come with the boba, which is supposed to be included. I dont have time to wait or go back. I've been to other teaspoons in other areas and have not has this issue. PLEASE, I dont go to a boba spot to not get boba!
