This location continues to surprise me in new ways to disappoint me. I travel throughout the Reno…read morearea and order the same drink. Every morning. From various locations and never have an issue. It's always made the same. But this location finds a new way everytime to f*** it up. My drink is simple. Tall iced shaken espresso. Single shot. Nothing elaborate. But when I order at this location, I get shaken oat milk, no espresso. Or I get shaken espresso, double shot hold the oat milk. I get everything BUT what I ordered. Today I finally spoke up, (3rd time at this location and 3rd time it's been wrong.) and when my drink looked like it was straight milk, I asked the barista who insisted it's correct and they had to "use more milk because it's a single shot" when I order it.... Every...day....and it never looks like that. She said to "just take it" and "it's fine." Instead of correcting it. So, I tried it. And immediately spit it back out. If I wanted to drink milk with a dash of cinnamon then I would have ordered that instead. Anyways. Safe to say, I will not be coming back to this location.

I may have rated it higher but I think it didn't taste as good because it took so long to get it. There were about 5 other people in the shop other than me and it took 30 minutes to get my avocado toast. 20 minutes in I kindly reminded the staff about it and all they said was oh we forgot, then took another 10 minutes to start to make it. I most likely will not return. Which is a bummer because I really wanted to like it.

We placed all our dirty plates on a specific counter and cleaned up our table. In the future, I would prefer to order take out with their drinks since they are better than the food.

It would have been nice for an aolpology for the wait time as the lady spent a lot of time helping the couple on front of me as they refused to take no for an answer as the line of people behind me oiled up and all they wanted was to use the gift card for "free or discounted" food. She then gave them 2 free drinks for them having to wait so long and them not being able to take the gift card, but as I stressed no apologies for anyone else having to wait over 15 min in line just to order. It has also now taken over 15 min for me to get my burrito and side of rice and beans to go and still waiting which shows they have a good following of customers. Once home with the food the beans have a much better consistency then last time as last time they were watery. My carnitas burrito has very little meat and has some weird rubbery textured "meat" almost tastes like tongue, there is definitely an abundance of rice in the burrito. The few times I've ordered the carnitas it has contained this weird rubber flesh like substance Soni should know better but I like to give them a chance. Maybe I'll just stick to the sides and their salsa as the salsa is delicious.
