I've been here about 3 times. It's in the busy shopping areas where Chino and Chino hills meet on grand avenue. The first time I was here I took advantage of their buy a drink, stay awhile and reorder a drink for just $2. I also bought one of their drink bags for $10. However, on my first visit i was not notified of their app or rewards so I didn't get points for the first visit. I came back another weekend and ordered a drink and stayed to study for several hours. On my third visit, I ordered several of their drink holders for my coworkers since they loved it. I also decided to try their double matcha coffee. I asked for it to be on the sweeter side and with extra ice. The drink was pretty good and this time the workers took their time to explain their app and rewards to me, so I was able to get a discount and points. I've been craving their double matcha and will be back in the future. It's a solid place for boba in the area and they have a few tables with outlets in the case you need to get some work done.

Bring my family here for the first time. Place is cool and good hang out with friends. Clean and neat well maintained. Service not so great. The employees sound and look miserable like they don't want to work here. The drinks are amazing so make selection. Boba is made correctly not undercooked nor hard. So many topping to choose from. Overall place is good employee not so much.

Came in late yesterday; ordered a quick coffee. Tasted fine, a little too sweet on the default. I didn't end up finishing it and put the remaining half in the fridge for earlier today. I got close to finishing it just now and saw some kind of clear thing at the bottom. Turns out its some piece of plastic film. Probably would have never noticed it if it still had ice in the cup for it to blend into.

Cute place with good boba drinks. I ordered the golden assam which had a great strong tea flavor, but a tad bit on the sweeter side. Overall good variety on the menu with good drinks, will order again!

This boba tea chain in the Chino Spectrum Towne Center was quite close to where I was staying this past weekend. There is a Teaspoon shop in my hometown, however the location is more than 20 miles away in a neighborhood that I rarely visit. The parking lot in this plaza was quite busy during my afternoon pit stop. There were no other customers inside when I entered. The first thing I noticed was the temperature as the AC was operating at a high level. It wasn't blistering hot outside, therefore the thermostat could have been set higher. There was a half dozen two-top tables to the left for seating. Along the right wall was a menu screen and a kiosk for self-service ordering. The latter was not working so I had to place my order at the service counter. I counted twenty-four different regular drinks on the menu across the categories of Classics, Signatures, and Coffee. A Banana series made up of three items was currently being promoted. I assumed this was for the short-term and that the promotion changes periodically. I liked how they had a photo and description of each choice which many places do not have. My pick from the dozen Signatures was the Silky Mango. House mango puree infused with milk and honey boba was how the drink was described. The cashier asked what type of milk I wanted. I stuck with regular whole milk instead of an alternative like oat milk. The price was fair for the 24 oz serving size. The sweetness seemed a bit off to me, but more importantly it overshadowed the tea flavor which wasn't strong. A free Wi-Fi signal was offered so I brought my laptop and did some work for about an hour. It was chilly and by the time I finished, I wish I was wearing long sleeves and jeans instead of a t-shirt and shorts. For the tea quality, cost, and ambiance, I gave a 3.5 star rating for my experience at Teaspoon.

Surprised it was empty inside and it's in a pretty well populated plaza. Great thing is they do stay open pretty late on Friday and Saturday only, if you need that late night craving. Does the job but wouldn't be my first choice. Double Matcha -it was very very grainy. Would not order again. Black Sugar Assam -boba had a good texture, chewy with a bounce. You're not able to adjust the sweetness on this one. Barista said it's made with presweetened Assam syrup. Could be slightly too sweet to some, including myself.

Cute spot with a great vibe! We were welcomed by super friendly staff who took the time to recommend the right sweetness levels for each drink (much appreciated). We ordered the Guava Sunset and Lychee on Lychee. Both were perfectly balanced, refreshing, and full of flavor. Solid drinks, great service, and definitely a place worth coming back to.

Came here for a boba pick me up after lunch as it was a hot day and we ate in the same plaza. Got an oolong honey and a lychee drink. Both of them were pretty good! The lychee on lychee drink was the better of the two for me and the flavor of the lychee was nice along with the jelly. The oolong drink was solid, but I couldn't really taste the oolong as much as I would have liked to and the tea quality was just okay in my opinion. Overall a good spot for boba. Helpful service and a nice and clean cafe with plenty of indoor seating.

The drinks here a pretty good! Full of flavor and very unique as well. I know of this place because of the Norcal location and I remember I really enjoyed the Grasshopper drink but this time around I wanted to try the matcha since it was recommended by the employee. Still a very good choice! My friend ordered the coffee (I forgot which mix..ube?) and she said it is full of caffeine and super tasty as well. You can download the app to get $3 off your first order and collect points through their rewards system. There is wifi so you can come here to study. It also says dogs allowed but I have yet to try and bring my pup here. Lots of parking as it shares the plaza with other restaurants around the area. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and would come back again.

Another boba shop that serves delicious Matcha! I've been trying multiple places that serves the Strawberry Matcha drinks lately and Teaspoon's version was yummy! The menu has plenty of delicious drinks and even a coffee series to choose from too. The service was fine and lot of customers were filtering in and out. The drinks took a bit of time but that's understandable. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to chill and hang out. The important part is the drink was very satisfying! I ordered the Matcha Royale with strawberry for an extra charge (0.75¢). They offered milk alternatives and the drink was not too sweet. One of the better matcha's I've had recently. I'd return again when I'm craving boba tea or matcha in Chino.

I was pretty excited that Teaspoon opened up near me and stopped by for a drink with a friend. Service was quick and friendly. I noticed outlets at each tablet which seems to be a good environment for those looking to study or work. They were out of passion fruit which was a bummer, the Ladybug drink is my go-to. I tried the Pineapple Shine which was really refreshing w/ a variety of toppings like pineapple marmalade and osmanthus jelly. The drink was still quite sweet at 50% sweetness. I'd love to come back and try their other drinks!

Tried the paradise lime with no sugar and it was delicious! I love how the tea itself is a floral infused tea which didn't taste like flowers. They do have real slices of lime in the drink and it wasn't too tart or sour. You are able to adjust the sweetness level to your personal preference. The interior is beautiful and lots of areas to take that perfect foodie-gram photo. There is a bathroom that is available for customers. Lots of parking spots and it's near where panda express and del taco is. The staff is so nice and will answer any questions you have on the menu. I know they are still working out the minor details as I went during soft opening. But honestly if they didn't have a signage that said it was soft opening I couldn't tell personally. Walked in being the only customer, the girl working was mopping the floor and didn't help me until I asked her if I was supposed to input my order on a kiosk somewhere. I was so excited to try this place but was super underwhelmed. I got a hot Jasmine milk tea that tasted like water and a splash of milk also it was not warm. The coffee cake was so cold and basically almost frozen. Not worth it. My first time at a Teaspoon and I enjoyed the variety and unique drink selections they have. It's a super cute shop and very spacious. I came for their soft opening so the staff is still growing their experience with the menu but they're super nice and are customer-oriented. I ordered the Creamy Jasmine (iced, 50% sweet) and my husband ordered the Strawberry Colada (no adjustments). I love Jasmine tea and I like my drinks not very sweet so my drink was made exactly to my preferences. The staff gave me a sample of the hot version and I like that better than the iced (probably because it's getting chillier now). My husband really enjoyed the Strawberry Colada - he downed it in minutes lol! We also got the Ladybug (no adjustments) to go and I would recommend this if you regularly order passion fruit green teas because this place gives you real passion fruit, not just syrup! read more

Stumbled by this new tea shop in Chino Hills. We got the special promotion drink - Goosebumps. It's a brown sugar matcha with boba, came in a promotional cup. It's a delicious drink. 50% sweet is perfect as the friendly cashier recommended. We also got the guava pineapple - so refreshing. Everything seems very fresh. Everyone was very friendly. This place is still learning. Too many teenagers behind the counter who don't care about their jobs or know exactly what they're doing. People are still being trained. I ordered three drinks. Didn't get them exactly correct as one yet. Too much sugar, the other one didn't have any flu shots in it, final one was supposed to be their house melting but I ended up getting some other kind of milk tea! read more

I've given Teaspoon in Chino a few tries, hoping it would grow on me, but unfortunately it just hasn't. I've tried the regular matcha latte, the double matcha, and the strawberry matcha. The regular matcha tasted overly milky, while the double matcha was way too sweet and lacked that rich, velvety ceremonial matcha flavor I look for. The strawberry matcha just tasted like strawberry milk. Hoping for something better, I switched things up and ordered a Thai tea--but it was pretty watered down, and the boba was hard and not chewy at all. Overall, nothing really stood out to me. It's not the worst, but I personally wouldn't go out of my way to come back anymore. read more

I've visited this location twice during their Soft Opening- would give 3 stars but will be giving 4 because of the customer service of the team. First visit was 30 minutes after opening, but they didn't have two of their signature items due to them still being cooled down? I came back later in the day to get the drink I originally wanted. The drink wasn't sealed properly, and got on my arm and skirt. Second visit was in the afternoon, the cashier was nice to offer samples! However, drink *again* was not sealed when I went to shake it (layered drinks need to be shaken) and spilled again, only on my arm this time. Will heed caution on my next visit at the counter before I walk away with the cup. Hope they keep up the service to make up for the operational hiccups. read more

Went during their soft opening and the staff were very friendly and helpful when I was ordering. Ordered a hot white grape oolong milk tea and the guava sunset. Sweetness might be on the lighter side but I liked that you can taste more of the tea flavor. The grape oolong combo might sound odd to some but I personally really enjoyed it and it will probably be my go to drink here. read more

This place is great! I got the Ladybug passion fruit tea, it was deliciously refreshing and tangy. They had samples to taste first if you want, and great suggestions based on what you like. Tried the dirty ube (ube coffee) and it was delicious. Service was great, was helped by Kevin I believe? Menu diverse and prices weren't bad. Sampled the grasshopper & their thai tea, but the grasshopper ( a lychee green tea I think) really stood out to me. Was also able to study for a bit as the ambiance was perfect for it. I just went here today ordered 4 drinks first off strike one was there was no brown sugar boba or honey boba they only had popping and crystal it was 2 pm, strike 2 when my drinks came all of the lids were not sealed properly it was leaking while I was walking, strike 3 PAPER STRAWS it couldn't even penetration the poorly sealed lids (the problem isn't that it's paper it's just poor quality), strike 4 the drinks are all watery, strike 5 my sister dropped one of the drinks 1ft off the floor in the car and it spilled everywhere bc the lid was poorly sealed, strike 6 the lychee jelly has a weird after taste, strike 7 how do you mess up milk tea it's a classic. ‍ read more

This morning around 7:50 a.m., I purchased a green juice with pineapple. I placed the juice in my refrigerator and planned to drink it during my lunch break a few hours later. When I opened it, I immediately noticed that the juice had an excessive amount of foam with a significant amount of brown discoloration on the top. This was not normal, and I was concerned about the quality and preparation of the product. I called the location during my lunch break to address the issue. I was informed that there was no manager or supervisor available, and the employee offered to have me wait until someone in management was available to handle the situation. However, after placing me on hold, she returned and told me that I could simply drink the juice as it was. She then went on to accuse me of essentially stealing a product from the store because I have previously had juices remade due to similar issues. I find this accusation completely unacceptable and extremely offensive. I have been a loyal customer for the past two months and have consistently supported this location as part of my health journey. I do not go into your store looking for free products or to take advantage of your employees. I go there because I enjoy your products and have chosen your brand as part of my lifestyle. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced problems with this specific location. I have had concerns with the quality of my drinks, and I have repeatedly noticed issues with how products are being prepared. I have observed employees not following what appears to be proper sanitation practices, including concerns about glove changes, handling procedures, and overall cleanliness. When I have brought up these concerns, I have often felt dismissed and met with attitude rather than genuine customer service. What concerns me the most is the way I was treated today. Being accused of stealing after bringing up a legitimate concern about a product I purchased was disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I also cannot ignore the fact that, after multiple negative interactions at this location, I am beginning to feel singled out and unfairly treated. I want to understand why a loyal customer is being made to feel this way. I expect this matter to be taken seriously. I would like this situation reviewed, including the employee interaction, the preparation standards at this location, and the way customer complaints are being handled. I also expect a response from management regarding how this will be addressed moving forward. I have supported this location for months, but experiences like this make me question whether my business is valued. Customers should not be made to feel like a problem for bringing up concerns about a product they paid for. I look forward to hearing back from someone in management. Thank you.

Parking is easy since it's in a large plaza for grocery store patrons. Instead of walking through the 99 ranch store entrance, I used their food hall door. I walked right inside and noticed they had 5 other food areas, though I don't recall any of them besides the bar. I walked up to the boba shop and there wasn't a cashier, only a kiosk. He made my drink fairly quickly and I was able to drink it while going grocery shopping. The green tea is decent and the boba had a good chewy consistency and size. The purple rice was very interesting and unique! It was my first time having a topping like it and it's exactly what it sounds like: rice in milk tea. Overall a decent boba spot. I need to come back to try other drinks. Nothing makes it memorable for me just yet, but I'm willing to come back to try it again!

I visit this plaza often due to Sam's Club, but rarely drive in the plaza towards Kohls so I was surprised when my friend told me the other week. I needed to head to both Kohls and Sam's Club for errands and stopped by H Mart to grab a few items. I am spoiled by the H Mart in Diamond Bar (DB), so I was expecting something along the same lines but it was a bit different in this location. It is cleaner but some of the produce and fruit were not as fresh as the DB location. Also, there was an entire fridge aisle of alcohol drinks! That sure was a sight to see, since I do not ever recall seeing that in the DB location, or at least not that close to the entrance, let alone across from the produce and fruit. We did see a worker throwing out prepared food, so they must be clearing out already prepared food halfway through the day or something because we were surprised as it was still early afternoon. We do not recommend purchasing the prepped sweet potato here as they are dry and hard, not as fresh as the DB location. We were able to find what we needed and were on our way. The lines to the cashier are very short so it is convenient, as compared to the lines at the DB location, along with the always busy parking lot. This location is a bit smaller than others and also a bit pricier, probably due to the location. Overall, it is convenient if one is in the area and need a few items, but this would not be my main H Mart to shop at.
