I visited Teaspoon Carlsbad recently and became an instant fan! Their drinks are not only beautiful but delicious, too. I always try a shop's signature milk tea to determine if I want to keep coming back. The milk tea at TC was the right amount of sweetness that I didn't need to ask for an adjustment, and the boba was perfectly chewy. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable of their drinks. Great variety of boba drinks. The drinks are sealed and not shaken, so the flavorings show as layers in the cup. Caramel cream boba has a burnt caramel type flavoring on the bottom with honey boba. I don't shake it and position the straw to section of flavor I want initially, digging up the burnt caramel on the bottom with the straw.
