After quarantining for a year we were excited to get out first Jamba Juice in ages. The staff here are very nice. We paid $23 for our two smoothies and two pretzels and drove off. They couldn't find my rewards account, but whatever. I was so disappointed that my Mango Gogo smoothie was almost tasteless with a bit of a sour mango taste in the background. Nothing like the outstanding smoothies I enjoyed pre-COVID-19. And then about 4 sips in my daughter noticed unwanted black things in her smoothie that were not supposed to be there!!! I made a yelp account just to review how horrible my experience was with this location. I also will be writing a full review on doordash too. That says a lot that i didn't have a yelp account prior to this, because it takes a lot for me to want to write a bad review since i usually feel bad doing so. I just want to clarify i only ordered TWO drinks very simple order, a fruit smoothie drink and a gotcha matcha with tapioca boba on doordash. My dasher waits at the place for around 15 minutes, and ends up leaving. Now i just know jamba juice doesn't have lines through the doors at 7:30 PM, so that definitely wasn't the cause of how long it took them to make two drinks. My dasher ended up leaving and the order got reassigned to somebody else. My next dasher picks up the order (it's now around 25+ minutes since the order was placed), and then he drops it off quickly. I open the bag and immediately can tell they completely messed up one of the two drinks. Really??? The gotcha matcha i ordered was replaced with a HALF FULL cup which isnt even actually half full!!!!! It's literally 80% crushed ice and then a splash of what looks like pee. I have 0 idea what's in this cup they gave me, but the fact whoever was working this shift at 7:30PM sept 8, thought it would be okay to give a paying customer a half full cup of what clearly isn't green and clearly doesn't contain boba. I'm actually so confused how they messed up my order this badly it almost feels like this was done on purpose. This location literally has like 5 reviews, most of which are negative for a reason. I get that mistakes happen but this couldn't have been a mistake, whoever is working there shouldn't have given a customer a half full cup full of 80% ice even if they did mix up drinks/orders. I stoped yesterday for a smoothie and an Açaí bowl. Never again my smoothie tasted like they used fruit that had gone bad already! Keep in mind I ordered a large drink. I like this location, close to my gym and easy to get to. ++ The young man named Kyle at the register must really love his job. His smile and attitude were big and friendly, respectively. I had an awful experience at this location. First off, I got 2 waffles and when the woman working placed them on the counter to pass them to me she dropped one of them on the ground. It is still open and you can go inside right now, but you can't sit inside and drink or eat your snack, and you do have to wear a mask, but that's is totally fine! It's been years since we've been into a Jamba Juice but they still had our trusted drink that we used to get many moons ago, the Mango-a-go-go. I "treated" the hubs to our usual and was so thrilled to find that you can order them in the smaller size now. Frankly, the original or regular size was always too much for me so the small size is the perfect amount. Service was great and we got our drinks within minutes of ordering. My only complaint was the parking lot. Full of cars and spots are really narrow. We chose to park away from the chaos and watched all the cars circle around to find spots in front of the store. They recently changed the Apples and Greens smoothie to include kale vs. the green drank they were using before, and the results are delicious. As for this location, it's awesome. I came in on a busy Saturday, and by busy I mean an entire kids soccer team was in this place. The line moved generally quickly, the smoothies came out quickly (under the circumstances), and CORRECTLY! There was even a smoothie maker (what the "barista" type word for a smoothie maker - I want it to sound cooler!), who went totally Cocktail on us, popping up the smoothie cup into the air in a full-on spin, and catching it behind his back! Nice! I thought they did a great job in a highly stressful environment. I give that team 5 stars. This is also one of the only locations that serves frozen yogurt....
