    Original Milk Tea with Tapioca
    Diana C.

Teapioca has unfortunately gone downhill from my last visit here a while back. We came on a Wednesday evening to an empty shop. We ordered the oolong cream milk with no sugar and grass jelly. I've got to say, this is probably the worst milk tea I've ever had. It was watered down, I tasted no oolong. The flavor was essentially melted ice with milk. The only saving grace was the grass jelly, which they barely gave us a small scoop of. Definitely not worth the $6.

This is a spacious Tapioca location, cutely decorated with plenty of seating area. The staff is friendly and service is quick. I ordered the light Vietnamese coffee with coffee jelly and regular boba. It was good although the coffee jelly is quite bitter so wouldn't include that next time.

Honey dew, fruit jellies, popping boba, and condensed mikk

I love the light and fluffy mountains of flavored shaved ice. The ice is shaved so thinly that it resembles a snow dusting in the Colorado Rockies. There is a flavor for every mood. I love honey dew, but some other examples are coconut, mango, and taro. They even have durian, but I would never try it. You can top your mountain of goodness with a variety of toppings. I like the jellies, popping boba, and fresh fruit. Indulge yourself and add a drizzle of condensed milk or chocolate. Service was wonderful on our visit. The young people working were friendly and helpful. Ambiance was nice, not crowded and so we enjoyed a relaxing afternoon treat. Do yourself a favor and try one of these refreshing desserts.

Wife was craving an avocado smoothie that evening, so stopped into Teapioca Lounge to see what they had to offer. Staff was super friendly greeted us as we walked in. Wife got her avocado smoothie and brother in law ordered a Thai tea. Avocado smoothie was made with the raw product! She enjoyed with no complaints. They have a pretty extensive menu, will definitely come back again. Come show your support if you're in the Sugarland area.

Employee was not very informative or helpful. disappointed. I asked for a cream matcha with strawberry flavor. Does not taste like matcha at all. All I can say is the tapioca is sweet & soft. I wouldn't return.

My first time here and it's a winner! Good boba, great selection and cute merchandise.

First time here for Iced Vietnamese dark coffee. Taste was okay. The staff did not ask for any customization and did not suggest anything helpful. I'd probably try to customize the drink to my preference next time.

This place is such a cute and spacious place to lounge, study, or catch up with a friend! Everyone was very helpful and the drinks were as good as they looked. My friend got the cream tea with boba and mines was the fruit tea! The fruit tea was so refreshing and cute! A lot of variety fruits really helped elevate the different flavors in the tea! Definitely would recommend trying this one out!

Of course I had to stop here and get a tea while Im in the area. I will be at the gym bright and early after all the awesome stuff I ate today. They always have great recommendations here and of course since its fall, pumpkin spice everything!

Light Vietnamese Coffee with Boba (Regular Size)

I usually go to Feng Cha right around the corner but decided to try a different place today. I came here not knowing what I wanted, and the cashier attendant's attitude didn't help the situation either. I ultimately ordered the Light Vietnamese Iced Coffee with boba and when I mentioned that I wanted less ice, the attendant sternly mentioned that they couldn't adjust the ice level (which is fine, but again, it was the attitude for me). Overall, drink did meet expectations and the boba had just the right amount of chewiness, but with the negative interaction I had, I think I'll just stick with Feng Cha in the future.

Came here for lukewarm southern veggies. They didn't have any. Should have gone to the Tepid-Okra Lounge. We're not honestly fans of Teapioca Lounge. It doesn't matter how many locations we go to, it's just really not doing it for me, but compared to Barbie's disdain, I'm a huge fan, lol. Came here for used period products. Should have gone to Tampon-icky Lounge. What are the positives? Well, I love that they exist and I love that they a Texas Chain also in Oklahoma and I love that people love them. I even gave their OKC location a 5 because it was easy to hang out there and Boba in OKC has iffy standards - so in these ways I support them. Came here for my flight from Tulsa down to Florida. Should have gone to Tampa-OK Lounge. But when it comes to the drinks, it's just that the best that ever happens is, I'm like, it's okay, and more often I'm like, I can't drink this. Came here to assess the safety of a bridge upstate from NYC. Should have gone to Tappan-Zee-OK? Lounge. And that goes for both the odd tasting milk teas (Viet style perhaps) and also their hyper sweet Teahouse-but-not-as-good-as-Teahouse fruit teas. So definitely not my favorite chain, and while the Austin and San Marcos locations were worse, my favourite location by far was the one in Oklahoma City, which I actually used to enjoy hanging out at. As for the name, here's how it happened. I asked the Native Americans what sort of lodging they had available, and they said "is a Teepee ok?" I was like, "Teepee OK!" And thus, this place was named the Teepee OK Lounge. Houston has the best boba, and Sugar Land has a good selection of good stuff, and teapioca just doesn't come close by comparison, but I will say that service is nice and that decor is really great, and there's plenty of space in here. So I give it a positive rating for those reasons but I don't like the drinks here. Bumped up to 4 for nice decor, service was okay. Not to be confused with Peepee-ocho Lounge. As in, my Latina gf is allowed to get with other boys (as all my gfs are), but she isn't interested unless they have a "Peepee-ocho." Ocho o mas, I should say. Came here to see creepy dudes being creepy with girls, should have gone to just the Tip-in-okay? Lounge.

    Cute panda wall art

A good friend introduced me to this spot. After perusing their menu, I ordered the Thai Blastea without boba and at 50% sweetness. But, you can order your drink at 25, 50, 75, or 100% sweetness. My drink was surprisingly not sweet enough for me. Next time, I come here, I'll order it at 75% sweetness. The Thai tea was quite strong, I have to say. Don't get this drink if you've already had a hefty amount of caffeine prior to coming here. I do appreciate the cute panda wall art and their shelf of board games. I also enjoyed relaxing on the couches in the middle of the cafe. My suggestion would be to maybe have more of these couches as opposed to the tables with the hard seats. This will create a more cozy space for patrons. Also, some tea spots do provide a few snacks to munch on while drinking their beverages. Maybe have a small snack menu? Other than that, this is a nice tea spot to relax in the SL area. Next time, I plan on trying their coffee drinks and maybe even getting in a game of Jenga with friends while I'm there.

Mango smoothie, no toppings ($5.36) (5/5)
    JaQuille C.

Stopped by for macarons and saw this place. I got the mango smoothie, no toppings ($5.36). Verrrrrrry good. I love that they used real mango instead of the powder. It made is taste 1000% better. Best mango smoothie I've had from a teahouse before. I'll definitely be back!

Yes, we do offer non dairy, soy milk, 2% milk. Almost all of our drinks come with non dairy creamer besides the Thai Tea. You can switch it out to your preference.

It is the only place in Sugar Land of its kind, which is a perfect reason to check it out. The atmosphere is laid back with the kind of chill vibe that anyone in a cafe would particularly enjoy. Usually they have music playing in the background and on a day-to-day basis people lounging around and using the Wi-Fi or playing board games. It all starts with their specialty coffees, the Rang series of Vietnamese coffee brewed drinks. The Rang cafe den da is simply black coffee, but folks who want something a little sweeter should go with their signature Rang cafe sua da. My personal choice typically is the super sua da, which comes with an added punch in addition to the sweetness. Their bac xiu is another specialty drink that is worth everyone's time, and comes heated or iced. Just as their social name (#1) suggests, they serve "phin" caffeinated beverages, in addition to smoothies and a good variety of matcha based drinks. They also have a limited food selection of mainly pastries, which includes croissants and even banh bao. Prices are pretty standard for most drinks, but the food might be a little bit more than what some folks are used to. There are ultra popular Vietnamese coffee places in the Chinatown area, but Rang reigns supreme in Sugar Land. They've done a great job and have become my perpetual WiFi + caffeinated destination whenever I'm in the area. ___________ (#1) Rang Coffee and more (@rang.coffeeandmore)
