The shop is also larger than it looks, with a spacious seating area in the back that's great for studying, hang outs, and I remember in the past they even had Yu-Gi-Oh meet-ups. Sometimes when we have a customization on our drinks, the cashier will always confirm with us before proceeding with making our drink. Another little perk is, they have a shelf at the front and where if you bring a book, they give you 10% off your order. (:

There isn't as much to do here as the other location where there is/was games & things to read as well as snacks. This location seemed clean & looks decent. This location is also close to some fun Asian hangs & grocery stores. However, I didn't enjoy the back & forth involved in having to get my drink order correctly. When placing the order, I asked for a frozen slushy/snow type drink & so did my daughter. Walking away, I noticed a price difference on the screen (the lady refused to give a receipt when we asked - and no one was getting a receipt which I thought was weird). When we got our order, we got different drinks. My daughter got the texture I wanted & I got an iced drink. It's fine I thought, communication issue I'm sure. But the lady at the counter argued with me as I explained that I wanted what my daughter had, that was what I tried to explain earlier (an issue that perhaps would've been prevented if I had a receipt). Eventually she agreed to make me a new drink & I apologized while thanking her profusely - but as I walked away, the two younger women in the back kept looking up & laughing very loudly. Just seriously mean behavior. I don't think I'll be returning. The drink sizes, large selection, pricing & location is more my style at Teapioca anyways.

Still pretty solid for the price though

Conveniently located immediately to the left side once you enter the doors into Seafood City, you immediately get the sense that you are inside a home, very warm and just homey. The staff here is friendly and the menu has a good variety of snacks, sandwiches/burgers, and drinks. I've really enjoyed the Smash Burger, Fili Bistek Sando, and the Loaded Longanisa Fries. As for drinks, the pumpkin latte was good (might be seasonal) and Mango Graham Cloud are very tasty. I will say the food and drinks here are very rich and you will be (overly) stuffed after you're done. Maybe I'm just too old to be eating this frequently now, but that won't stop me from craving it. Will definitely be back here soon enough.

Upon walking in, I immediately loved the cute cafe vibes and floral detail in the sitting booth area. It had a decent amount of customers, some in a group and individuals who were studying/working. My friend ordered the Korean Viennese coffee as recommended by the employee. They also had a pastry case which I got the oreo & Nutella cookie & Biscoff white chocolate cookie which they warmed up for you. The food was good and the Takoyaki was my favorite. My friend really liked her coffee & truffle fries. My kids enjoyed their strawberry slushy but not the boba topping as much. My rose lychee drink had lychee bits which I liked but I couldn't taste the sparkling carbonation as strong as I would have preferred. We did play some of the gashapon machines which had cute pop culture toys like Sanrio, Toy Story, one piece & paw patrol. Overall, we had a good time hanging out and the food was satisfying. The tea comes very sweet if you order it as it is, so I found that ordering the drink with half sugar was the perfect balance of sweetness while not distracting from the tea flavor. Wifi was stable and the seats were comfy. There was plenty of seating even on a weekend and almost every seat was near an outlet. There were a lot of students there studying so the environment is pretty quiet. If you are in the area and want to study or grab a flavorful drink, stop by and order a Thai Green Tea. 9/10!

My go to drink here is the thai green milk tea. The first time I ordered it I found it to be way too sweet. These days, I will always order the drink at 25 or 50% sweetness. I have tried a few other drinks as well and can not say that they really stick out in my mind compared to other boba shops in town. One of the items that I would order during my visits was the Taiwanese style fried chicken nuggets. I always found that the food options here to be quite good, but during our most recent visit they had installed another fried chicken display. We were able to sample the chicken, that seemed like it was a separate vendor, and I did not like it (to be fair, it was not fried fresh). While I hope that Creamery Teahouse continues to do well, I find it difficult to recommend. The staff is always well informed, kind, and very helpful. The drinks come out rather quickly and there is a ton of seating and space inside. All things considered, the drinks are not up to par especially when compared to all of the boba shops in Sugar Land and Houston. I would rather just drive a tad further to get a drink that I prefer a bit more.

For a boba shop they should have kept their old food menu- not make it into a boba shop with what's more like an Americanized fried chicken. It's the oddest combination.
