They don't filter the foam out and leave the actual tea in the shaker and throw it away I rather have the tea than all this foam . Won't come back.

Got the oreao cloud cream drink and i really liked it! Got the tea in about 2 mins. Liked it without the boba. Very sweet.

~ I always get some boba whem i come down to the First Colony Mall and i love it everytime I love sweet foods so the "Oreo CnC" and "Brown Sugar Milk Tea" are always my go-to's. ~ The wait time is always about 2-3 minutes so not that long at all! I love this place :P

There was a system error with my order, and it took a while to resolve it. 3.5/5 - The boba itself is pretty good, but the drink is a bit powdery. If you're an avid boba drinker it's slightly diluted. The Thai Milk Tea was fine, but the Taro Milk Tea was way too sweet. I would suggest ordering it at 75% sweet.

So glad to find a boba tea stand at the mall, and this is place did not disappoint. I love that they have a variety of options for non-caffeinated drinks and they mark them clearly on the menu. I tried their taro slushy, it was perfectly blended with just the right amount of sweetness. I opted for no milk or cream, it was light and refreshing. We also tried honey milk tea, it was delicious as well. Price is very reasonable, service was fast even on a Sunday. Stop by this place if you find yourself at the Sugar Land First Colony Mall.

The shop is nice and clean, shop assistants were nice and cooperative to tell us and other the description of flavors, Efficient enough ... we got dream of butterfly with peach, tiger milk tea with honey boba, mango milk tea with mango jelly and strawberry slushee. Most important thing, shop was clean and associates were patient and they had a variety of boba, the only reason I gave them 4 stars is their honey boba was a little different than other boba shops, wouldn't mind coming back for a refreshing boba tea though .

They have the cheese topping which is so good and can't find it anywhere else locally except for in China town. They don't advertise it on their menu but ask them. We got a taro milk tea for $8 (a bit pricey) and it was super sweet, a too much sugar. They also took an incredible young long time, which they had 3 workers present and no customers ahead of us and took over 10 minutes for our one drink.

Purple Love (Taro) on the left and Dragon and Rose on the right!

This is the first review I've left on Yelp, but it's because we loved this place so much. BEST boba tea my husband and I have found in the Pearland-Missouri City-Sugar Land area!! My husband got the purple love drink and I got the dragon and rose drink. Their tapioca is PERFECT. Absolutely loved this place and will be frequenting it! It's in the mall near the food court - We are rooting for them to get their own place with a drive thru! You won't regret trying Kokee. Can't wait to go again!

Everything was excellent but the stand outs were... Tocino sandwich--egg, crispy hash brown, and tocino'd up bacon! Which is genius. Ube pancakes-- perfect Ube taste, not too sweet (which is def a compliment among Asians) Sinigang popcorn chicken-- just crispy little morsels of goodness. We got enough food for 4 people for under $40. Coming home from Seattle, we are floored. (It would have been $75 there.) Also, seafood city is a vibe, with the karaoke blasting for background music.

Conveniently located immediately to the left side once you enter the doors into Seafood City, you immediately get the sense that you are inside a home, very warm and just homey. The staff here is friendly and the menu has a good variety of snacks, sandwiches/burgers, and drinks. I've really enjoyed the Smash Burger, Fili Bistek Sando, and the Loaded Longanisa Fries. As for drinks, the pumpkin latte was good (might be seasonal) and Mango Graham Cloud are very tasty. I will say the food and drinks here are very rich and you will be (overly) stuffed after you're done. Maybe I'm just too old to be eating this frequently now, but that won't stop me from craving it. Will definitely be back here soon enough.

(My favorite is the brown sugar one with egg pudding instead of tapioca bc if I don't finish it, it's still great the next day. The egg pudding doesn't get hard & chewy like all boba tends to do after a day in the fridge.) The staff is always polite & it's never too crowded & busy. It's a nice place to sit & scroll for a bit - and they have sofas if you don't like wooden chairs. It's very close to Costco, HEB, & other grocery stores so if you want to save money on groceries, stop here to get a drink instead of shopping hungry! Thats what we do!

Decently soft. $13 something for 2 regular sized drinks (22oz). Seemed like a lot of volume so it was worth it. However, I do notice a handful of reviews complaining that their drinks tasted watered down. I can see their point. Typically I have to get drinks at ShareTea at 80% sweetness. The drinks I got here were mildly flavored, which i guess is fine if you're not wanting something super sugary. I don't like herbal teas either, so i don't like my drink to be bitter or tea-like. This was my 2nd time here. The 1st time (2024), I tried a brown sugar drink.

Upon walking in, I immediately loved the cute cafe vibes and floral detail in the sitting booth area. It had a decent amount of customers, some in a group and individuals who were studying/working. The staff was patient and friendly as we looked over the menu. I ordered the Rose lychee sparkling water 16 oz, strawberry slushy with boba, French fries, takoyaki, and vegetable eggrolls. My friend ordered the Korean Viennese coffee as recommended by the employee. They also had a pastry case which I got the oreo & Nutella cookie & Biscoff white chocolate cookie which they warmed up for you. The food was good and the Takoyaki was my favorite. My friend really liked her coffee & truffle fries. My kids enjoyed their strawberry slushy but not the boba topping as much. My rose lychee drink had lychee bits which I liked but I couldn't taste the sparkling carbonation as strong as I would have preferred. We did play some of the gashapon machines which had cute pop culture toys like Sanrio, Toy Story, one piece & paw patrol. Overall, we had a good time hanging out and the food was satisfying. Occasionally the AC will hit later on in the day and it feels great; other times it just stays warm. The last time, it was too warm for us so we just ordered drinks and did work at another place. My go-to drinks are the orange fruit tea with 75% sugar and the iced matcha latte! The fruit teas are so refreshing and do not taste artificial at all. Lots of pulp and freshly squeezed juice. Depending on who's making the drink, sometimes I get one slice of orange in there and sometimes there's multiple. The iced matcha latte is decent and not too sweet; sugar levels can be adjusted. The matcha taste itself is not very strong. It seems like they've recently changed their cups for the matcha and it tastes a lot milkier than it used to; a little disappointing. The popcorn chicken is served hot and is moist and delicious! It comes with your choice of dipping sauce. They also have bakery items here with unique cookie options and a cute area with little toy machines. Great menu options and worth the visit!
