Team Gillman Mazda Service Department makes it so easy for me to get my car maintenance done. I scheduled my appointment for an oil change via phone with AI but you can also ask for a service advisor. They had plenty of appointment options available and you can either choose to drop off your vehicle or to stay and wait. They have a nice waiting room with plenty of comfortable chairs and a large screen TV. Their bathrooms are very clean. They also have tea, coffees, water & snacks available while you wait. It was about a 90 minute wait for me. Then they texted me a video of my car inspection with what they found, what was done and what is recommended. They don't do more than what you approve. They even offer a complimentary carwash! We bought our Mazda here in 2020 and bring it here for repairs and maintenance. I trust the advisors and mechanics here. read more

We bought 2 vehicles over 60 days ago and also traded in 2 vehicles. Our first experience working with them was great, but here we are today over 60 in our new vehicles (paying in those new loans) and our old vehicles were never paid off. We have tried to reach out multiple times via phone and it's always they are conveniently busy and then we never hear back. On Saturday, May 23rd we sent in an email requesting we be contacted about this issue by no later than Tuesday, May 26 end of day and we have yet to hear back. We also are missing a tag on one of our new vehicles which their excuse was because there was two with the same address they probably threw it away and we still have not received any update on this issue either. Gabriel was amazing and truly a great salesman. He's a new employee who understands how to make a customer feel welcome. He walked me through everything I needed to know about Mazda as I am totally new to this brand of transportation. His financial advisor Chris will run his customers away each time. I'm a hard working customer with a down payment in hand and was ready to buy. But I was not treated as such. He flexed power and made me feel like this he was allowing to me to make this deal. I kindly reminded him before walking out of his office in tears that he needed my sale and I did not need him. My friend recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. During the financing process with Jaye Weber, the finance manager, she was verbally informed (while I was on the phone) that she would have the option to cancel additional coverage if needed or if she changed her mind. However, she was not provided with any paperwork outlining these coverages or the cancellation process at the time of signing. He never gave paper work to look over. No documentation to show what is she is even paying for and now has been abrupt and very rude over the phone. Our family scheduled an appointment to look at a CX-90 Turbo S Premium Plus. I was first disappointed because after submitting the appointment request, I had requested an preferred contact of email, and immediately got an onslaught of unending phone calls and text messages. Even after confirming an appointment, I continued to get messages asking me to schedule a test drive and that they had "tons of CX-90's in stock". I checked in a few hours before the appointment to confirm they had the car we wanted to see. I took off work and made my way by with our family and was incredibly disappointed and frustrated that they had sold the few that were on their website and hadn't called to inform me. Massive waste of time. We asked to see the base-model CX-90 to test fit of our car seats and both salespeople tried to convince me that I had no bearing wanting the upgraded model (talking continuously down on it) and they pushed that I should just buy what they had on the lot instead. I get making that comment once, but after hearing that we really weren't interested, they should have stopped pushing. I'm a Mazda aficionado and had watched hours of content in advance of my appointment on the engineering, design, etc. I caught a number of times when my salesperson straight up lied about specs to try to convince me that I "only needed" the model that was on the lot. They also then pushed very hard for me to put a deposit down on a car that was coming that we hadn't seen, driven, or really tested out. Overall, I guess we got some info so it wasn't a total waste of time, but the whole experience left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. I felt like they didn't see us as people, but just as a number with some money in our pockets and didn't listen to what our family wanted or needed in an actual vehicle. They very likely could have made a future sale; however, I will never set foot in Gillman Mazda again - for a new car or for parts and service on my existing MX-5. We've bought a few new Mazdas in our life and it looks like we need to find a better dealer than Gillman. We won't be back. read more

I strongly advise anyone to be cautious about all Team Gillman dealership locations due to their questionable customer service and lack of professionalism. June 27: I initially chose to buy a Certified Pre-Owned CX-30 from Team Gillman Mazda because it had the light interior I wanted. After a test drive, I decided to proceed with the purchase, using a pre-approved loan from my credit union. However, when I returned the next day to finalize the deal and pick up the car, it wouldn't unlock. Marcus, the salesman, told me that the issue was likely due to a recently replaced key fob and that it should be resolved in about an hour. I left the dealership to run errands since I had to go out of town. After waiting for about two hours, I called for an update and was informed that they still didn't know what was wrong. I instructed the dealership not to process my check until the issue was identified. Mike, the finance guy, suggested I take a loaner vehicle, but when I Ubered back to the dealership, they refused to provide one because I am under 25. I had to pay for a rental car out of pocket through Enterprise. July 2: Without any updates on my car, I returned to the dealership to either get my check back or receive a functioning vehicle for the same price. Will, the General Manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I requested a different vehicle for the same price, he called me "aggressive" and refused to return my check, shouting "NO" repeatedly. When I finally visited the dealership, the offer was underwhelming, presenting vehicles with more miles, different colors, and models than I wanted. The salesman assured me that there would be no interest on the loan because it was being reversed. August 7: Although the loan was eventually repaid, interest accrued during the month and a half that the check was cashed was not covered. Despite sending Marla the 14-day payoff notice and attempting to follow up through text and email, my requests for the interest and rental car reimbursement remain unfulfilled. They promptly cashed the check but have been slow to address the interest and rental car reimbursement, leaving $220 in interest and $100 for the rental still pending. Overall, I would steer clear of any Team Gillman locations unless you want to risk dealing with faulty Certified Pre-Owned vehicles, unreliable customer service, and unfulfilled promises from management. This dealership is the worst dealership. I honestly can't tell if they are incompetent or the best scammers on the face of the planet. The Summary: They on the paperwork said a car was a hybrid, but the car that matched that VIN was not a hybrid car. The first sales person I worked with was Kyle. Kyle blatantly lied to me about what car I was reserving. He told me that there was a car that was completely done, just had to be shipped here and would be here within a week or two. I put $500 down to reserve that car - only after having to ask him multiple times to send me the link to put the money down. Then I contact him ten days later asking for an update - now the car is not going to be here for another MONTH. Then I ask for VIN - there isn't even a VIN number or internal Mazda tracking number for the car (later the GM says "oh, he's known for looking at what cars other dealers are getting and saying we can get that car without checking with the other dealer"). Then he says another dealership has a car they want to trade. I ask what package that dealership would put on the car (tint, floor mats, etc.) and he responds with "I would have to call to find out". He never called. He says he will know after 3 days if they will trade the car or not. After 5 days of no updates, I called the dealership and asked for the sales manager. The sales manager, Michael, who is responsible for trading cars says that not only did he have no idea this trade was supposed to be taking place, but he had been asking Kyle if I was ready to buy. Then the sales manager asks me to SEND HIM THE RECIPT BECAUSE HE CAN'T FIND MY DEPOSIT. I send it to him, he gets me the car literally the next day, and I agree to come in over the weekend to buy the car. He also agrees because of all the hassle he would make sure they put the Gillman package of things on the car - floormats, edge protection, etc. No one prepped this new sales guy. He asks if I want to test drive it, and then we go back and he brings me a number that was $7k higher than the agreed upon price. He has no idea that we had agreed on a number. They end up having to call Mike, because he wasn't there who conveniently has "no knowledge" of this agreement. Eventually, they agree. All of the paperwork I sign says hybrid on it. The VIN that matched the car I took home was next to "Hybrid". IT WASN"T A HYBRID. I will say, they did take the car back without a fight, however the GM literally forgot to return my down payment to him. I had to bug him to return all of my money to me! Oh and don't worry - they didn't even have me remove the car from the My Mazda App - I could have turned the car off an on, unlocked it, done anything I wanted to it for weeks afterwards (it took a different dealer's sales person to help me remove the car from my app). When I came to pick up my plates, no one wanted to acknowledge my presents nor help me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, you're better off going elsewhere. To start off I leased my car here and at the end of my lease I came back to Team Gillman mazda to buyout my leased vehicle. Of course they're going to try to get you into a new car which I stated multiple times I didn't want to do but they kept insisting which was the first red flag and being that I was buying out my leased car the dealership wouldn't get any money out of it they stated.. The first issue was I was told that I would have to pay for the mileage which is a lie, you don't have to pay for any mileage when buying out a leased car. The only reason I found out that was a lie is because I reached out to Mazda's corporate office to confirm and they confirmed that it wasn't true. The second issue was when we were doing the paperwork the sales rep Jaye Webster put incorrect mileage on my paperwork and when I asked about the incorrect mileage he stated that the number was correct and they had just checked my vehicle to confirm. I stated that I knew for a fact the number was incorrect and when I went to my car to verify, the number was indeed incorrect. If I had not checked, the wrong mileage would've been put on my paperwork. Also, when I was reading over my contract before signing to verify that everything was correct, Jaye Webster tried rushing me stating "I don't want to be here all day, do you"? And ironically after that I saw that there were add ons (assurant care, gap insurance, etc.) that I never asked for neither was I made aware about that was already added in the contract and when I asked why were there add ons he said "listen you have to have these add ons in order for us to do this deal" because again Mazda doesn't get anything out of the deal when you're buying out which isn't the customers fault. And he stated that the bank who we were doing the deal with also required these add ons because of "my mileage" which I later found out was also false. But because I was told that this was the only bank that picked up the deal I felt I had to do so or I would lose my car. So I signed the contract and before leaving I asked a rep who I was speaking with prior Benny Brown if was able to cancel the add ons and he told me no. I called the bank in Mazda's parking lot to confirm if I had to have these add ons and the bank told me that it was optional. Also the add ons that I was signed up for was directly through the dealership and not the bank ! So that was a money grab because otherwise they wouldn't have gotten anything out of the deal. So moral of the story is these people will do anything to get money out of you and I brought this to Mazdas experience attention and also the store managers attention (Taylor and Micheal) and they all did nothing. Also when I spoke with Micheal about being lied to by one of his representatives he stated "well we have signatures" meaning regardless of what you were told or what you were not told, you signed the paper... And lastly, they had expired tags on my car that they knew were expired according to the dealership manager and didn't tell me anything, how did I find out? From a police officer who pulled my car over because he stated that the tags were tampered with and expired.
