From start to finish, the service was riddled with unethical practices and a lack of accountability that is simply unacceptable. First off, the automated responses from Steve Hairline are infuriating. Instead of addressing real concerns, I received generic replies that did nothing to resolve my issues. Bought my wife's Cadillac xt4 about a month ago. She picked it out and I went to check it out. Met with the saleswoman who was personable and friendly. We sat down to talk about purchasing the car and I asked about the "172 point CPO" paperwork because what was in their website was blank. She insisted it was on the website so I asked her to go the site and look for herself and it was blank. I asked her for the keys so I could go look at the car while she looked for the actual completed CPO paperwork. Car was in decent shape, needed to be detailed since it was used as a loaner vehicle. I popped the hood to check fluid levels, caps etc. and noticed that the wiper fluid reservoir cap was missing, pointed it out to her and mentioned this must not have been part of the 172 point inspection. She assured me they would get it replaced and re detailed. We sat down to discuss pricing and I was surprised that the actual price was $8000 more than what it was listed for on their site. The mandatory CPO ($3k)and other fees (replacing tires, battery etc) another $1800) were all "billed" at their service shop rates. Almost $600 to replace the battery (which I knew about because we also have a Cadillac sRX that another Cadillac dealer wanted the same price to replace the battery in that one. I replaced it myself for the cost of the battery and 15 minutes labor) we finally agreed on a price. I asked for the CPO warranty paperwork and saleswoman said I needed to get it from finance dept, I asked him for it and he thought she gave it to me and said he would get it to me. Fast forward a month later and I finally got some of the paperwork. (After leaving multiple unreturned messages for Steve Hainline, still haven't heard from him) If you buy a CPO car from this dealership make sure you request the actual CPO paperwork and go through the car back to front: pop the hood and look at everything. Do not leave until they give you the extended warranty information (that you are paying for). If something is missing or doesn't match the CPO and other service fees ask about it. They have to do those things to sell the car, they should NOT be added to the cost of the car at their normal service shop rates. (It doesn't cost the dealership $600 to replace the battery) Also, if you want to make an appointment to check out a car, don't use their AI "assistant", call and talk to a person, they don't track the AI appointments that get set, my wife made an appointment through it and when she got there, they couldn't find the car for about 20 minutes. It's only been a month so I can only speak to our experience so far. The people were nice during the sales process but once you leave the dealership with the car, it's very hard to get someone to respond to you. Hopefully it gets better. UPDATE: Steve's response asking me to contact him, when I have already left multiple messages with him and their front desk to call me, is a big indicator of what I explained in my original review. I should not have to call again when I have already left multiple messages with him to call me. This is a disappointing sign regarding what kind of customer service that can be expected from this dealership. UPDATE #2- Steve, again, you have my contact information as I have left multiple messages for you asking you to call me. I have yet to receive a call or email. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Tom Peacock Cadillac's service department, and I won't be returning. I originally brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. During that visit, I was told they found a transmission/oil leak that needed to be repaired under warranty. Because they didn't have a loaner available, I had to make another trip to the dealership the following week. This dealership is a long drive for me, and I made it clear that the distance was an inconvenience. When I finally returned, I was told the repair would take only 1-2 days. Instead, my vehicle was there for nearly a month. The communication throughout the process was terrible. I repeatedly had to call for updates because no one reached out to me. Each time I called, I was given another explanation: the part hadn't arrived yet, it was on the way, it was at it was sent to the wrong dealership, they were waiting on shipping. My service advisor, Freddy, kept telling me, "Don't worry," and even mentioned that he had gotten upset with the parts department, but that didn't change the fact that I was without my vehicle for weeks. After almost a month, I was finally told my car was ready. Before arriving, I called to let them know I was coming and going to work from there and needed my vehicle ready when I got there. It wasn't. I waited another 15-20 minutes while employees tried to figure out where my car was, and my service advisor had to go search for it himself. Then, when I went to check out, I was presented with a bill of around $500+ for a key that was supposed to be covered under warranty. The cashier had to stop the transaction and get my advisor because the charges were incorrect. It was eventually corrected, but it added even more unnecessary delays. The worst part came after I left. Once I got to work, I noticed several new scratches and paint chips that were not on my vehicle before it was left at the dealership for nearly a month. I immediately contacted them and was told to bring the car back so they could inspect it. I switched service advisors because I had completely lost confidence in the original one. The new advisor was much more helpful and even arranged a loaner, but management, Reggie Prayer, ultimately refused to take responsibility. They relied on the intake video to point out dents and older damage that I had never disputed. I know every dent and scratch that existed before. The damage I reported consisted of different scratches that appeared after my vehicle had been in their possession for weeks. Despite that, they denied my claim and did nothing to resolve it. Overall, what should have been a simple warranty repair turned into almost a month without my vehicle, poor communication, multiple unnecessary trips to a dealership that's far from my home, confusion over warranty charges, delays even on pickup, and damage to my vehicle that they refused to address. I understand that parts delays happen. What I don't understand is the lack of communication, the disorganization, and the refusal to stand behind a customer's vehicle while it's in your care. The only reason I returned to this dealership is because I wanted them to fix what was not working properly after the repair. They replaced my radiator, left side transmission mount and right side engine mount in the summer of 2023. Once that repair was completed I started hearing a clicking sound that would happen every 10 seconds. ( see review) After going to back 2 or 3 times they finally determined that is was the torque converter inside the transmission ( which I'm still puzzled about that due to brand new transmission assembly was installed in 2022) , I made an appointment 1-2 months in advance for June 1 2024. I dropped my car off and got a loaner. 1 month later I hadn't heard anything from the dealer ship so I went up there to see the status of my car on one month later on a Friday. While I waiting in the lobby I get an alert that a claim was submitted on my insurance. So my car sat for 1 full month before a claim was initiated. I'm not sure the time frame but about two weeks after my car had already been there for a month I received a call saying that I had a broken AC hose. I've never had any ac issues and all I've a sudden my ac line had to be ordered and replaced. When I wash my car, I also clean my engine compartment and it's always clean. There's a Refrigerant recovery and an Evacuate & Recharge line item that removes the refrigerant and replaces it. You can see that it was busted during the repair and spewed all over my engine bay. (See pictures) Upon picking my vehicle up two months after I dropped it off on June 1, I immediately heard weird hissing and crunching sound that I didn't hear prior to dropping it off and I immediately alerted the Ron the manager about the problem. Now there this clicking sound that happens when the car is being shifted into park, drive, and during turns and braking and a hissing sound during acceleration! I spoke with the new shop manager and set an another appointment. After 4 1/2 hours of waiting they come out stating that they need more time to pull apart my dash out and wanted to file another claim on my insurance! I said no because it had something to do with the torque converter installation or ac hose. Spear then says that the transmission technician wasn't in and I'd have to comeback. If he wasn't there I would've never wasted 5 hours of my life waiting. I wanted the transmission technician to see what the problem was due to it happing during shifting and acceleration. During the repair the ac line , engine cover , and rear air duct hose were damaged. While I was there I had to listen to workers say "they'll be glad when Ron enforces that they do not service cars older than 10 years old or with more than 100,000 miles. This conversation went on for a few minutes while I stood there. They take their cars to other shops and then come here and blame us!" Meanwhile my car is 9 years old. That was totally unprofessional but I thought it was hilarious because I will never spend a cent here again. I'm sure he wouldn't say that if white Betty or Bob were getting repairs. This place with charge you 2-3x for the part and their labor rate is $250/hr. If I can find the oem part for 700.00, I know they get better prices as a dealership. On the invoice 1 part was 700.00 on a GM site and Tom Peacock were upcharging the insurance company over $1400.00 for the part and that didn't include labor. I asked Spear who determines the up-charge prices on part and he implied that it was a matrix system. They charged my insurance company $5387.41 for a torque converter and ac hose installation . I found a new oem torque converter for $377.00 and $132.00 for the gm ac hose. The rest of the amount is labor. My car was driven 83 miles while at the dealership from June 1st through August and my gas tank was full up. When I picked my car up in August my tank was below 1/4. I insisted that they put my gas where it was when I dropped it off and Ron Samples filled it up with cheap 87 octane gas, my car is twin turbo charged and I definitely could tell that is was 87 octane based on the car's performance. When they take your car on test drive, they go about two or three blocks and turn around and come back, putting over 80 miles on my car tells me that someone was joyriding in my car. My vogue tires were really dirty. I always wash my car and fill the tank before any service. $5387.41 & 4788.70 are the totals of the last 2 claims that they charged my insurance @ Tom Peacock. Each time, I was told new parts were ordered and the problem was fixed -- after waiting over a month. Now, the engine light is back on again. I've emailed Randall, the representative who helped us, requesting a detailed explanation of what was done to the vehicle, but we are still waiting for that email. This is a limousine company vehicle -- every day it sits in the shop, I lose money. I've received no apology, no compensation for the lost time, and still no resolution. So I got a call saying I was approved for X amount of dollars with zero down and it was guaranteed. I get there and I have a trade-in well they tell me I should be good. I'm good to go basically ends up saying I need a cosigner or $4000 down on a vehicle that is cheaper than the vehicle I'm trading in the guy says " These are your only options cosine or give us four grand." So I call my friend and he says I'll come up there and see about cosigning and so he does and they approve him for the vehicle WTF then they say they need four grand still with he and I on the vehicle. A few minutes later, he says you should just do it because it's a good deal and it's the best deal you can get right now when they wanted $300 biweekly for an $18,000 car not to mention insurance would be about 400 bucks and then they told my friend to keep it in his name and have me make the payments. Which would not benefit my credit score and then proceeded to tell me it's the best option after my friend stated that him having a new vehicle could potentially mess up the benefits that his children get for medical and other things because they are on fixed income, so I don't understand what type of person is fine with throwing everyone under the bus to make a sale but zero out of 10 recommend this place to anyone who's actually needing help getting into a vehicle you will end up paying a high APR and at the end of the day you better have some cash in your pocket because they will badger you until they are blue in the face read more

These guys are very slick. They pretend that they are family people and former combat soldiers and that they care about all these things but they are scum bags. They convinced me to buy an extended warranty telling me that it covered everything. The sales rep said I could cancel anytime in 30 days and get a full refund. I agreed to the $4,000+ charge and he rolled it into my loan. Within a week I had issues with the suspension and wheel bearings, which Mr. Castillo specifically said were covered. They are not. The warranty was fake. I immediately canceled. I canceled within 10 days of buying it and well within the 30 days. I was told the warranty was canceled on 12-7-25 and that the $4,000+ would be credited to my loan amount. Well, it is March, 2, 2026 and nothing has credited. I did get a notice that my warranty was canceled but the loan continues to accrue interest on the $4,000+. The dealership does not return my emails or phone calls. They basically stole over $4,000+ from me. I have now retained an attorney, at more expense, who told me he has seen this before. Communication! We have been customers since our purchase in 2021..exemplary service. Moving forward to recently we were ready to trade in and make another purchase, we had one picked out, told them our expectations on the trade in which they refused to work with us..they stated they could only give what the blue book said it was worth which we knew it was worth far more. They then finally gave us a number, took our information for financing and said they would call us back, well we ended up having to call them back a few days later and they said they were still working on it and they even said they would look for one that was not quite as expensive and get back with us. Well, never heard back so we went looking elsewhere and found one with everything we were looking for at a much more reasonable cost. The salesman was very helpful at getting us what we asked for on our trade in and even got us financing via GM. Needless to say we are very happy with our purchase and experience where we went. Now, today I received the credit decision from Tom peacock and it states they could not help us with getting financing. I am with Michael W on this Yelp review. I came in for engine light on, and message about engine power reduced. Car was still drivable and not overheating. I've been coming here since 2013 when I bought my Cadillac ATS. My repair estimate was almost the same exact amount due to a "failing oil pump" We decided to go thru with the repair. To my shock car was running weird and now temperature dial will at times sporadically go up then down. This never happened before I took it in or I would have mentioned it!!! One time at a red light (since I got out of repair) car shook and acted like it would die. I put in neutral and pulled over to let it "sit". My car WAS NOT doing this before taken into Tom Peacock. I believe they misdiagnosed the problem and now say more things are wrong. The additional estimate for "more work" is at $3,000??!!! I have left a message for the Manager but I highly recommend NOT coming here. I had similar problems last year on repairs then more issues going wrong that were suspicious after picking car up after repairs so it is becoming very suspicious and frustrating and completely disappointing to say the least. I called today, a Saturday at 3:45 PM, and spoke with Dottie trying to inquire about whether or not their dealership would be a dealership that qualifies for Cadillac warranty service, as I had purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle and wanted to know if I could get my work done here. Dottie informed me that she didn't have the answer to that question and that I would need to speak with the service department which closed at 3 PM. I wasn't asking any questions about the service in particular I just wanted to know if I should plan to get my work done and schedule for a service online at their dealership I ahead of time. I asked her if I could speak with a supervisor who might know the answer to that question or if there was anyone I could speak with. She said " We have two finance department members that could answer that but they have people in their office right now and Saturdays are really busy so I'll go ahead and take your name and number but I'll be honest you won't get a call back until Monday when the service team is here." So, Dottie you're telling me that you CAN help me but you WONT. It's sad to see that customer service is almost obsolete these days. I would believe working in an industry where you're selling such an expensive product, you would be willing to put your best foot forward when it comes to customer service. Very disappointed and it boils down to communication and knowledge within the Cadillac dealership. I called to schedule a windshield replacement and was informed by the scheduler that it would take two days... I questioned it and she verified it with her supervisor. I denied it because we were traveling the day after the appointment. After discussing with my spouse, I reluctantly called back and kept the appointment. I had to reschedule my airline and hotel to reflect the extra day. When I arrived at the appointment, I was informed it would be ready in one hour. I asked about the two-day install and they looked at me like I was crazy. I complained to the dealership manager because I had rearranged my flight and hotel and did not have to. I did not want any discounts or monetary returns. I just informed him to educate his callers to understand maintenance installs and scheduling. Because of the ramifications it has on the customer. And then I got really upset when they brought me the car and was told that I had to pay the installer with cash or check. I was under the impression it was going to be through the dealership as I had scheduled. Since I don't carry checks and that much cash, I had to schedule a time for pay the installer later in the day. This dealership is definitely not a one stop service. I read Mr. Hainlines and went ahead and called him on the phone number he left and I left a message last week for him to call me and haven't heard anything back, no surprise as three weeks ago I sent him an email with no response, so I'm not that surprised by the outcome of my phone call (I left a message with his secretary) Nothing..just as expected but still disappointed, I was going to tell him that I believe I know my vehicle better than you do or your employee as I have had it for 2 years and your employees had it for 2 weeks, furthermore I gave your employee Mr. Carnine an out wich he was either too ignorant or to arrogant to take, I believe a bit of both but a little heavier on yhe arrogance, by saying maybe the tire wore that way from driving it after the accident, but he gave me an emphatic NOPE, Allstate was no help either as this was there shop that they recommended so naturally they had the shops back, I should have drove the extra miles and taken my vehicle to Sewell, oh well live and learn . Got recall done in November. When we went through alignment machine, it failed. So they did and alignment. Check engine light came on about two weeks ago and made appointment on 14th of may. Gave me a loaner that was filthy and covered in bugs. They didn't even run it thru the wash. Got an e mail and text that it was ready on the 15th. Returned the loaner no problem. I told the service advisor to make sure that alignment is fixed. Well, it failed. So back in the loaner. Got text on the 15th that it was ready. They ran it through the alignment machine four times and failed four times! They took it to the back and was told it was fine. The. Upon returning the loaner, the lady felt the windshield with her hand and said there are chips! You can't see any chips but she felt with her hand to say I caused the chips and tried to charge me! I never said experienced anything like that! Talked to service advisor who spoke to service manager and they didn't charge me but that is totally ridiculous and I will not be bringing my business here ever! I made a case with Cadillac directly and made an appointment at Sewell instead. If you care for your car, I would not bring any car here ever! read more

It's never easy buying a car and really not that easy when buying one for your daughter! Our 22 year old finally made a decision on what she really wanted. We are located in Dfw and this dealership was in houston! I found it on app, submitted I need more information and BAM, Kylie calls me! After a little explanation of my week in DFW driving all the different thoughts my young women had, I explained she had a car I wanted to see. She sent me detailed videos in and out close ups of everything I asked for. We went to financing from there and it was over remotely in 5 mins. My overall experience with these people has been more than disappointing. My sales person would make promises and literally never keep them. Extremely poor on communication. The service department is not any better. It's been over month that I've been waiting to hear if a warranty part has come in. Never a word until I called them and wouldn't you know it, the part will be in tomorrow! What a coincidence! No one is particularly friendly, everyone seems like they would rather be somewhere else. They claim to have outstanding service but apparently they have hidden it from me. I will never recommend nor will I ever purchase another vehicle from them. I feel I deserve more from a Cadillac dealer. PS: The "business manager" responds to negative comments with a canned response as long as six months after the review was posted. I am totally disgusted with the Service and Sales department at Tom Peacock Cadillac in Houston. I have purchased (4) vehicles from this dealership and dealt with them for over 20 years. The ethics and customer service have diminished beyond belief. SERVICE I took my truck in for diagnosis, August 31, 2024. When I went in to pick it up, September 14th, they stated no codes had been found, so they only charged me to install new motor mounts; however, the original problem still existed. I left it there again and escalated my concerns, only to be told by one of the Service Managers that he reassured me it was repaired because he had test driven it himself. I picked it up on September 30th only to have it completely break down on me October 1st. While on side of the freeway, in total disparage, the service man spoke to me as if I was the problem with total disregard for the problem at hand. This time, I could not even drive my truck in, it had to be towed. I have been calling and leaving messages for the GM throughout this ordeal and have yet to get a return call. Another, Service Manager finally called back on October 21st to inform me that my truck was ready again, he informed me he had driven it home overnight and it was running great. (Note: I did not know they could drive my truck out of town overnight and call it "test drive", without my prior knowledge). Regardless, at this point, I am afraid that my vehicle is not safe or reliable. First it was motor mounts, then a cracked spark-plug and now a faulty fuel pump; while nothing was indicated in the diagnostics testing nor the spark plug replacement mentioned on the service ticket. This is worse than returning your food more than once at a restaurant, expecting it not to be contaminated. SALES On September 16th, I received an unsolicited text from a Salesman stating they noticed that I had a vehicle in excellent condition, that they really needed on their lot. Further stating, they would give me top-dollar if I was willing to trade it in. And because I had been such a loyal customer, they would also give me additional rebates to sweeten the deal. Since I had been riding in a new loaner vehicle for (2) weeks, at that time, I thought that it was too good of a deal to pass by. I told him where I would need to in the deal and asked was that feasible. He stated he could most definitely come within a couple thousand of my target. So, I requested he work up the deal. When they presented the deal to me, the trade in offer was $15K less than he stated and the new vehicle sells prices was $10K more. At that point I was devasted. CONCLUSION I don't know if this is their new "mode of operating" to bait me into buying a new car or if their lies and incompetence is just their new standard. As of today, I still have not received a call back from the GM, Steve Hainline, and have to go back to retrieve my vehicle, that I am now uncomfortable with driving. Note: This is one of the (4) vehicles that I originally purchased from them. I am sparing you some of the hideous details of this debacle, just want you to get the idea, Tom Peacock Cadillac Service and Sales no longer value or respect their customers. The disregard and disrespect seem to be paramount now, I took my vehicle into Cadillac with the intent to avoid the scams. If you need service or to purchase, find another Cadi dealership, based on my current experience, this is the worst Cadillac dealership in the Houston area. read more

It stands to reason that the atmosphere at a luxury showroom would differ from the chaotic, high-pressure environment at most dealerships ... and such is the case here. I inquired online about the SUV I was interested in, and was promptly contacted via text (at my request, no phone call) by Walter Dillard. We were warmly greeted on arrival, and the test drive went well. Two other cars were on our short list, and we advised Walter that we'd contact him if the '19 XT4 Premium Luxury was our choice. There was absolutely none of the typical annoyances when leaving most places without pursuing a sale ... no manager, no "price is good for today only", but rather a thank-you, with the hope that we'd choose the Cadillac ... never even went back into the showroom. After checking out the other possibilities, we decided that the XT4 was the best of the bunch. Meeting the following morning, we further explored the tons of features (Walter really knows his products) and sat down to begin what is generally a tortuous, confrontational experience. To our delight, the negotiation was calm and very professional. Even the offer for our trade-in was realistic. The usual back-and-forth-to-management thing played itself out, and we came to terms on probably the third exchange. We'd like to have paid a bit less (who wouldn't) but given the fact that they included free vehicle pickup and delivery for service (including a loaner), as well as the first three oil changes (full synthetic), it was fair compensation. This is not to say that Peacock is immune from some "car game" practices. The Certified XT4 was priced at $X, but an additional charge was added for certifying the vehicle, along with a "reconditioning fee" (isn't getting it ready for sale a cost of doing business?) and "dealer service fee" (I thought dealer prep was a thing of the past) ... so we're now at $X plus about $3k. We're savvy enough to scratch those items out, but many people aren't. Funny thing, though ... they manage to reappear, while the drive-out price remains as agreed. Fun and games with numbers! We were paying cash, but had to transfer funds. This was a Saturday, so we offered to apply for financing in order to drive the vehicle out, paying it off when the transfer clears. The Finance Manager, Skeen Mathias, offered to let us take possession of the car that day, while providing a UPS overnight envelope, so that we could forward our check when the money became available. We were also informed that Tom Peacock will provide three bonus perks at no cost: key replacement, interior/exterior protection and collision deductible reimbursement (there are limits, of course). We were obviously more than pleased. Overall, Tom Peacock is a really good place to buy. Walter Dillard is a genuine sales professional, and will treat you as the intelligent and informed consumer you are ... but just watch out for the add-ins. read more

I think the overall sales experience created an absolute mistrust in the process and their sales method. Tom Peacock tried to sell over sticker by $5K, underprice the trade in $7-8K and sell a protection care package for $6K that was not even performed. By starting out $18K over a reasonable price, there is absolutely no way I can take this dealership seriously. I understand they are trying to make a reasonable profit but this is effectively a rip off and you have reinforced the reason why I am going back to Sewell. read more

Well, after about $10k worth of warranty and body shop work dropped at your facility I believe it's time for an update. Getting that 5 star is really hard to get especially for a dealership but judging from what I have experienced at another Cadillac dealership I believe even though this is out of my way it warrants an update since I also have another service representative I would like to mention. Mr. Anders would you please step right up? Since seeing this guy new a few months ago I kind of brushed him off (what an ignorant thing I did) and went to my usual advisor Bill but with Bill being out when I'm there and vice versa Mr. Anders has taken me by the noose and even upgraded my senses into knowing that I'm in good hands with my car here. Do not get me wrong, ol Bill is still a great service advisor but Mr. Anders also has informed me of some options that I could follow (not getting into detail) to get my car back to where it belongs. Your loaner car department is still wonderful and because of your loaner car program you can guarantee my car will go here even if it costs me an arm, leg and thigh. I still love eating your freshly baked cookies, playing around on your coffee/hot chocolate/cocoa machine all while wiping my face with that high grade paper towel that would put bounty to shame. Your restrooms are still kept in a very clean presentation but there are two things that you would work on. 1) It is very hard to find a parking place when you want to drop your car off so forgive me if I have to leave it in the middle of your drive way until I can get it in. 2) I must have walked around your showroom for about 15 minutes and not once did anybody approach me to see if I was interested in looking at a car and probably trading mine in. It's ok, we all have our days and nobody, no place is perfect. Thank you again for your loaner car program mostly , it has saved me time and big headaches even if it takes them long to get my car back but I'm not fretting, you've got it all handled. P.s. Ok I don't even know where to start. So let me be clear that I did not purchase my vehicle here at this dealership. We brought it in as soon as the other dealership that we purchased from released it so Cadillac could fix it since it was under warranty. Basically the lifters started to stick causing a ticking noise, unfortunately it's an extremely common problem that GM engines have and it's all do to that feature (AFM) or aka (DOD). All it is, is that when you're cruising on the freeway it shuts off fuel and spark to 4 of the 8 cylinders to give you better gas mileage. So at around 120,000 give or take, lifters started to get stuck, lets just say it like this, that's not good at all period. So the "so called technicians" at this dealership were gonna be the ones to handle the job of replacing all of those parts. If you were paying cash for this job, it's close to a $10,000 job. We still had extended warranty. Well they fixed the problem according to them and sent us on our way. About 50,000 miles later, the ticking came back and it was worse, not gonna say I blame the dealership because generally GM replaces the lifters with a newer style that is supposed to be good, well it's not, ok so come to find out not only did they cheap out on parts but here is what INFURIATES me, my professional mechanic took liberty in taking care of my lifter problem so he was gonna delete that system, he found out that the technicians didn't replace the cam bearings which is a must because you have to get a new cam installed! He found that the plastic retainers that hold the lower radiator hose in place were broken and not replaced, then found out the part where you fill oil into had the wrong bolt, not a big problem but ok let's go deeper, these a**holes ended up cutting one of the head valve covers from the back to make it easier to reinstall cause it's a tight fit where the firewall is at and then the air intake was forcefully installed wrong onto the throttle body! DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLES FIXED AT THIS DEALERSHIP! If you have a Cadillac Escalade like me and it starts ticking, I'll send you to my mechanic and he will take care of you the right way! Ohh and a lot of the seals on the motor were reused! They should have been replaced! I had small oil leaks everywhere! Screw this place! I'm trying to help you guys so you don't go through this BS that I did! Sucks that I had to find out like 50,000 miles later that this place absolutely has no care for the services they provide....... read more
