He spent 25 minutes on-site and only did light wiring on two outlets, but still charged $350 because "that's what was quoted." No materials used, just labor. He did give a $50 discount, but $350 for 25 minutes is the most I've ever paid for basic electrical work. When I pushed back, he said "Google placement is expensive." If you use this company, insist on a basic service call first. Don't agree to pricing until someone actually sees the problem.

They then texted me the day after they had made the initial visit saying they'd be here on day 3 between 8AM & 12PM to fix the issue. They explicitly stated in the text "We understand your issue and are coming to fix it". 11:50 comes around and I ask for a more precise ETA. They respond back that they won't have the part until the 13th. So...the two texts you sent that said you'd be here on the 11th were BS? And you waited for me to ask before you told me? This isn't a normal winter. Nothing is normal these days. It's ridiculous to need AC in February, but here we are. I don't have confidence this will be fixed before the weekend. I will gladly update my review if Stellar can prove to come through with a fix and, for once so far in our interactions, deliver true to what they told me. Right now, I'm dubious! The person who visited Monday and diagnosed the issue was knowledgeable and very friendly. Such poor management of scheduling and dispatching is not a caveat that is justified by knowledgeable and friendly support.

I was called back to reschedule they said they would do it over the weekend so I wouldn't have to take anymore PTO, I told them that I needed to be out of the house at a specific time they said that's fine and scheduled the appointment. The appointment date came around and they did not finish the job until HOURS after the time I told them I needed to be out. When I called the project manager I was told that the job was done and they had no financial recourse for waisting my time, PTO, and making me miss my son's hockey game on the rescheduled date. They said well a door can't really be installed in that kind of time, then don't schedule it on a day when your told that a specific time is needed. Absolutely ridiculous, don't waste your time or money with these people.
