Awesome Coffee, Tasty Shaved Ice, Friendly Staff! Conveniently located in the center of the Mekong Plaza to the left of the main entrance doors. Four years this place has been one of our favorite go to spots to grab a coffee or shaved snow or any of the other yummy treats they have here. The Vietnamese coffee has been one of our main go to's. It's super delicious and full of flavor! Now they also have cold brew coffee which is also really good! Now I switch it up between the two during my visits. They have really good shaved snow here, it's more like shaved juice or shaved flavors and not as much as just some bland ice that has flavored syrup on it like some places. This place actually makes the snow already have the flavor in it so you don't end up with any spots lacking flavor just all goodness! I like a little condensed milk and mochi on the top of mine. I have also had the sunset drink, it's a pretty tasty and refreshing drink to have on a hot summer day. I don't remember all the names of all the other ones I've tried over the years so I should probably try to pay more attention to that next time and update my review again. Wow I'm impressed. This is the first time I have Boba. I know, I'm way behind on this great invention! I've been wanting to try it for the longest time but I never had the courage, just because I had no idea what it could taste or feel like in terms of texture. Today, my colleague at work decided to treat me to the drink and he said Tea, Snow and Coffee was the best place to try it. There are so many varieties and so many combinations. My colleague asked the guys who worked there what they would suggest for someone who is trying the tea for the first time and the immediate answer was Honey Jasmine tea. They must have seen my hesitation in making a decision because they also said with that, "and we can give you a sample to try it first". So I tried it and it was an excellent tasting Jasmine tea! The flavor was great. It wasn't sweet though but they explained that with the addition of honey, it should be sweeter. This drink didn't necessarily come with Boba but it was a good start. So I asked if I could add Boba to and they suggested I add the Kiwi Boba pearls. The tea was served super cold. It tasted even much better with the addition of the honey and Kiwi. I am so glad I have finally tried Boba! For the people who have not tried it yet, I would suggest you do. There are endless options and there would definitely be a flavor and combinations that would suit every taste! Tea, Snow & Coffee definitely had many options to choose from. Really cramped space, a decent selection of milk teas, and okay taste. I've been here multiple times, each time giving it a chance to redeem itself but it always just ends up being "meh". The area to order is always cramped because it's small and everyone waits in that area. There's seating but not for groups. The last milk tea I got was the normal/original milk tea. Initially, I tasted a hint of chocolate but I didn't ask for it. Also, you would think that they would get that part correct because they have 'tea' in their name but not really. I've also tried the Thai tea and Taro milk tea, both were mediocre. The boba wasn't good, just chewy mush. Overall, there's probably better places around the area. It's just sad that they're the only one in Mekong Plaza that has boba. read more

Enjoyable menu to look at, but I was disappointed that my green tea cookie monster shake just tasted like cookies. I'm definitely shooting for the grass jelly, mung bean, pennywort next time, maybe with some other flavors... Unfortunately, they were out of whipped cream for my drink so they said they would give me free whipped cream next time? I'm not sure what that means, because she didn't give me any type of voucher. So sad about this! We've been here several times and really loved their mango shaved ice. This time around the shaved ice tasted weird and the texture was an odd goopy consistency. Had to come back again after the fantastic durian smoothie and Vietnamese coffee with sea salt creme last time. Got the Chamango and sea salt honey green tea this time and was just as delicious. The tea was potent but still bright, just brewed perfectly. The Chamango is not too sweet which is perfect. Highly recommend. read more

This used to be my favorite go to place. Great drinks but the wait is very inconsiderate and bad. I waited almost 30 minutes and turns out they already called my number and I didn't even hear them. I was literally there all that time, never left and listened the whole time and I was angry. I had to go to the window and asked them about my drink and she had the audacity to tell me "oh we have a sign there?!!". And the sign is literally not obvious enough to see. Like I'm sorry???!!! I didn't hear you?? So it's my fault now? I was literally there the WHOLE TIME. I think you need to change your waiting area for the drinks and change your layout if that makes sense. People are waiting a lot and they're in the way of people doing grocery shopping or something. Maybe put electronic tv which numbers have been called or whatnot...just tan suggestion. I didn't like the first sip of the Sunset, but the more I drank it, the more I liked it. The coffee milk tea with boba was really tasty. We ordered mango milk tea, split cup (original & taro milk tea), and Thai Dessert. - Mango milk tea, this was my bf's order and I tried it, it was okay, I can't say anything else about this drink, it tasted exactly like mango lol - Original & Taro milk tea, both of these drinks are good! If you can't decide, get em in a split cup is the best way, I like em! - Thai Dessert, MIND BLOWING... OMG! I absolutely love this drink! If you're a coconut lover, you'll love this! But not only that, they put a lot of toppings in this drink (coconut jelly, rainbow jelly, boba, and surprisingly jackfruits!) pretty sure you can tell them not to put any toppings you don't like. Since this place is located inside Mekong Plaza, I frequently pass by on my way to grocery shopping. I only just recently stopped in to try their papaya bubble tea. It tasted pretty decent. I think next time I'll try their durian boba, because I'm thinking that maybe the flavor I got this time just wasn't to my liking (some boba places are better with different flavors)! Tea Snow is a little place inside the Mekong Plaza. Since the closure of Taiwan Express, they are the only shop currently offering boba. The shop is bright, colorful and clean. Sometimes the shop is quiet, but more often, it is loud and bustling, with loud music in the background. The offerings are vast at Tea Snow. Smoothies, teas, slushies and desserts are offered with coffee and even some snacks. On my list of things to try are the Hot Cheeto fries and the popcorn chicken. On this particular visit, we had a group of friends. Two of us got the smashed avocado smoothie with boba. This was creamy and delicious. One got a Thai tea with boba, which he was pleased with. One had a mocha without boba, which he classified as "fantastic". Mr. P got an orange cream smoothie with boba. He really liked it. I'm not usually an orange fan, but this was creamy and not acidic at all. The staff taking the orders was friendly and patient. The gal who placed them on the counter wasn't loud enough to call the drinks put over the noise, but we figured it out, since it is so small in there. There is ALWAYS a line at Tea Snow. I generally go here for their Thai Dessert which has always been a 10/10! Last night I was a little full from dinner so I decided to go lighter and have Peach Green Tea with Mango Popping Boba. It definitely delivered. The mixture of green tea and peach was perfect plus they were very generous with the Popping Boba. They've also recently remodeled and it looks very modern and fun! The only complaints I have is that there were only 2 orders ahead of mine and it took about 15 minutes to get my drink. I was a fan before I left Arizona and yep still a fan. Their boba drinks are so unique in comparison to options I've had in the past. Tea Snow is located inside Mekong Plaza, an asian market filled with other shops and restaurants in Mesa. They've recently remodeled the interior and it looks more modern, less colors besides the menu. I really enjoy the giant bamboo plant at the front! Besides this last check-in I've had their shaved snow, milk teas, fruit teas, and other treats they make such as the sunset and the five color dessert, chamago, pennyworth mung bean you name it. My favorites are the strawberry basil/sunset when it's a really hot Arizona day and Vietnamese iced coffee or thai iced tea blended with boba if I really need some caffeine. Otherwise their taro snow with mochi and condensed milk is top notch. Another option that is newer is the split cups - although their options are specific for what can be in the split cup. Perfect for someone who likes more than one flavor or is indecisive. One thing I do wish for is more environmentally friendly straws. We enjoy bringing our own straws but perhaps in the future that can happen. read more

My absolute favorite boba milk tea in the Valley! Their milk teas are loaded with flavor and are extremely consistent! And getting the same tasting drink on every visit is one of the most important things we all want... especially when it's this good! And the boba is prepared just right every time! I have also tried their five-color dessert, thai dessert, and mango smoothies. The mango smoothies are outstanding... and the other desserts are definitely worth trying as well! When your order is ready, they typically call out your order number, so pay attention to your receipt and listen when they call out numbers. Another place that sells snow shaved ice! They also sell various smoothies, and Vietnamese coffee drinks. We decided to split a large size strawberry snow. Each snow comes with 2 free toppings, and if you want a glaze/sauce to go with it, it will be an extra charge. The toppings include the "popping boba" in multiple flavors, various flavors of mochi, fresh fruit, and chocolate chips just to name a few. Glaze/sauces included caramel, chocolate, condensed milk, and sesame. We decided to go with strawberries and coconut mochi as toppings, with chocolate sauce on top. The large size came as a heaping pile of shaved ice, with a generous amount of toppings and sauce. It was large enough for 3 of us to share it. The snow itself is very fluffy and light, like Snoh in Phoenix's shaved ice. I do prefer Snoh's shaved ice a little better since theirs tastes a little lighter/fluffy snow-like. This dessert shop is in the Mekong plaza shopping area in the food court. Our total for the large snow was a little over $6. Overall a good deal for your money! read more

Despite the simple name, I was impressed of their version shaved ice. It is located in the food court inside Mekong Plaza. If you are a fan of Snoh, their shaved ice is between ice and ice cream, still hard to describe it. The shaving style of the ice looks like noodle. It's a lot more sweeter and creamy. My suggestion is putting the toppings on the side. It is extremely sweet if added in the mix. First time, we had ordered a plate with taro topped with red beans & condensed milk plus the green tea with green tea mochi & coconut mochi. We had mentioned to the owner that it was way too sweet. He came back and said "kids love sweets". Really? Who are you trying to target, I guess? Second time, I tried their flavor of the month Thai tea. This time I had the topping on the side. What a difference! I was able to finished the cup. According to the owner, they will experiment and have a flavor of the month. It was great to see all the vendors were opened in the food court. I have tried many different shaved "snow" and this place was too creamy and sticky and not fluffy at all. And the mochi topping was so hard and stale, I couldn't chew it. Was craving a Mung Bean Milk Tea, because 7 Leaves Cafe in Tustin, California makes a mean mung bean that leaves you wanting more. Ordered a regular size ~ $2.75 for a milk tea with (honey) pearls. The drink came out in a larger size and rather quickly, oh gosh! Tbh, it wasn't as good as 7 Leaves because they add pandan to it and TS&C had a more grainy-bean texture to it from the blending of Mung Bean. Which at least is indicative that they use real mung bean in their drinks, just wish it was a tad bit sweeter and filtered a bit more finely. The pearls were cooked well, but not as sweetened as I had hoped. 4 stars for even carrying Mung Bean MT (seriously, try to find a place that does ... then PM me), great workers, fast service and cheap prices for boba. This place might just be one of my favorites to get dessert. A few of my friends were having cravings for something sweet on a Friday night, so we decided to try Tea, Snow & Coffee for something new. There were tons of people inside, so we figured that there must be a reason for this place to be so popular, and there was. Note, this is the first time I ever tried shaved snow, and I fell in love. I don't know how they make the shaved snow, but it had a texture that was thicker than regular ice cream; it was almost sticky, but in a good way. Two toppings can be chosen with the order - I ordered the taro shaved snow with a strawberry topping. The cashier gave me double the amount of strawberries - I was really happy about that. To top it off, the prices are very reasonable. The location around this shop has lots of Asian-related markets, including Pho, an Asian market, an Asian bakery, and lots more. ATTENTIION EVERYONE!!!!! My family just came in here and Togo order over $120 worth of boba not knowing there's a Gratuity charge or 15%. I ask the owner where is the policy for this and it was no where to be found. I felt very disappointed and robbed at this point. He said it was their new policy with no signs! What kind of policy is that? Beware everyone! They stated that there will be a 15% automatic gratuity anything over $50! Went back in and asked if they can make something different. The guy at the register lead me to thinking if I buy one more he would replace that one.
