A hole in the wall, yet highly popular fruit tea/slushie store in the heart of Arizona's Mesa Mekong Plaza. The Supernova Lemonade was a smash hit, and featured a flavorful blend of lemonade with fresh lemons! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The service was quick and ambiance was lively on a Friday night.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Would certainly return!

A quaint shop that offers all kinds of boba teas, coffees, & smoothies & located in an Asian mall in Mesa. The service is very good here & the drinks are delicious! My fellow Yelper Danielle & I came here to grab a drink & visit in the table dining area. You order at the counter & pick it up at the back door area of the shop. I got a Peach Green Tea with Boba & she got a Pineapple Green Tea with Boba. So tasty & refreshing! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The shop is decorated so cute & it's small with only a couple tables.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They give you a punch card upon drink purchase as well to entice you to return. I'll definitely come back!

We're been in this place many times . It's nice place. The service is always fast . If you like fruit tea, the Sunset and the sunrise is the good choice but today we've tried something new and both are disappointing. The pennywort mungbean with grass jelly taste so weird and sour as something wrong with it even I tried the same thing at different places but it's not taste weird like that. The coffee is ok but it has the weird after taste. And We got the banana pudding, it's taste good . We'll come back another time to try different drinks.

A friend and I stopped by today for some boba, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]I immediately appreciated the artistic vibe of the shop and the wide variety of tea flavors available.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was also nice to see all of the topping options displayed in person. I ordered the passion fruit tea with cheese foam and boba. Normally, I ask for very little ice, but I didn't want to be charged extra. I wasn't a fan of the upcharge for light ice or no ice especially since tea and concentrates aren't particularly expensive and I hope they reconsider this policy. That said, the tea itself was flavorful, and the boba was perfectly cooked and pleasantly sweet. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also enjoyed the overall ambiance and the dessert options available.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

A lot of really unique flavors here! I ended up choosing cookies and cream light sweet whatever that means :) And of course I added Boba! It's okay, mostly tastes like iced green tea. They weren't able to provide me much by way of description to help me decide so it would be fun to have samples or descriptions of how the drinks differed.

My bestie and I had dinner at Mekong Palace and were craving something a little sweet after dinner. Tea Snow was AMAZING! Tonka was super friendly and very helpful with all of our questions! [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a cute little spot and is definitely a go-to for the summertime heat.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Decided to check out Tea Snow after passing it several times while I was going to MeKong Market. There were always tons of people inside and outside, so I knew something about it must be good. I walked inside and spoke with the staff member behind the counter who was so welcoming and patient. I told him that I wanted something not too sweet, but refreshing. He recommended a couple of teas, including the fruit tea, which was green tea infused with real fruit. I decided to add the lychee jelly. Since I did not want it too sweet he made it half sweet for me. My tea came out quick and my first sip was super amazing. Full of fruit, nice hints of sweetness, and a little tart from the green tea and lychee. I loved that there were actual fruit chunks--I actuallt got a little full from the fruit. It made for a great couple of drinks. I will be back for more, especially for just $7!

I've been coming here for years, but never remember to write a review. Service is good here but sometimes waiting for drinks can take a bit even when there's no line. I do love all the options they have though and being able to kind of create your own drink as well

Adorable boba tea shop with all sorts of options ranging from fresh herbal teas to desert style drinks. Wonderful dairy free options!

My new fave spot to get Thai tea!! There's always a line when I go yet they manage to get the orders out quickly and remain organized.

Honestly it was good, the boba was delicious but I really thought they would put the raspberries on top of the drink like it showed in the picture, the service from young lady was chill, I believe she was the only one there in the morning at 11am, they had desserts the size of the cup is really big for $7/$8 boba, they for sure scam though with the menu, worth a try but wouldn't recommend expecting what you see on the menu!

My younger and brother and I are visiting from WA state and wanted to get something refreshing to drink after we landed. We met my sister-in-law at Mekong Plaza for dim sum and decided to get drinks from Tea Snow after. I really wanted to like this place, but overall it just missed the mark. The service was not very friendly. It felt like the staff didn't really want to be there. My in-law asked if she could mix half mango and half peach for her smoothie and the young gal working the register told her she couldn't and then gave my in-law a bad look and attitude. The drinks themselves were okay, but nothing special. The flavors tasted a bit off and not very balanced. The biggest issue was the toppings. They were huge. Way too big to fit through the straw, which kind of defeats the purpose of bubble tea. I ended up having to fish them out when we got back to where we were staying, which was a bit annoying. Not the worst bubble tea I've ever had, but definitely not one I'd rush back for. The flavors didn't have much sweetness to them, even my young niece said she didn't like the drinks and she usually likes everything!

    Janine C.

For being an average boba spot, the service couldn't be any worse. The cashier was really rude to elder folks for looking at the menu with small print. On top of that they were very rude to us placing an order. There was a line and everyone was confused on where to go and they had no patience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a very small place so I'm not sure what they expect being a high traffic area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Do better!

You can buy bags of coffee to take home, too. There is a case with donuts and pastries. I love that they have some colorful earrings and tumblers for sale. The person at the register was so nice and helpful, making sure to go over all our options with us. This place was a burger king in it's forever life, but all of the old signs of plastic booths are gone, and that have been replaced with wooden tables, industrial metal chairs, a bar height communal table, and a leather sofa/chair conversation area. I love the beamed ceiling and the mountain scene made in wood on the wall. We ordered an iced turtle mocha and a cold brew. Both were delish. I never drink black coffee, but the cold brew was so good I would drink it black. We also ordered roast beef melt, panini style, and the ham and Swiss melt, also panini style. Both were yummy. They were each served with a pickle and a bag of chips. There were several people working on laptops when we were here. They even have a printer available which is a huge plus for people here working. There were several rainbow flags and even a rainbow themed drink of the month, so this place is definitely lbgtq+ friendly. This is a great little spot, and I certainly see my self returning.

I ended up getting the toffee nut latte & my daughter the ice vanilla latte. They have different options for milk and I went with coconut which think it made my drink very bitter unfortunately. My daughter did whole milk, hers was better but could still could taste a slight pungent flavor. I'd have to say we were both not a real fan of their coffee. The atmosphere here is pretty cool. You can shop, sit inside or out. They do have a restroom that was really retro. Would say the outdoors (backyard) could use some good maintenance crew cleaning. It was a cool experience, but probably would not be worth our visiting again.

The interior was not very clean- the inside is white with beautiful furniture, but most of it was sticky or messy, and the floor had smudge marks. There were straw wrappers from previous customers also strewn about on a few tables. The employees, too, were curt, unprofessional (half were sitting at a table on their phones, and half were roughhousing behind the counter, one employee even slapped the other? NOT a good look.) and did not greet us when we came in. We tried to order about 3 different drinks, but they were out of half of the toppings on the menu. The female employee who took our order looked annoyed that we dared try to order drinks that were on the menu- it was unsettling and not a great customer service experience. Finally, we got our drinks, and they were pretty much all ice in a fancy cup. The tea portion that we did receive was fine, but almost 20 dollars for bad service, and mostly ice is unacceptable. The flavors were nothing to write home about- and the dragon tea refresher my boyfriend got was not particularly unique. I've heard and seen good things about Xing Fu Tang locations in other states, but if they want to survive in Mesa, AZ, they may want to start actually carrying the ingredients advertised on the menu, as well as training their employees on professionalism. Jeez.
