    Double sided noodles with chicken
    Carly L.

So good!!! Can't believe I haven't been here, but if you're looking for a different place to hang out for some good food, here you go!! We tried the double sided noodles with chicken and kung pao beef, both excellent choices in my opinion! The beef was expertly seasoned and cooked with fresh not frozen pea pods and onions. The double sided noodles were not expected as they seemed dry but then once marinated in the sauce from the chicken it was fabulous! We also had to obviously have egg rolls and some potstickers. My friend had to have her prerequisite hot and sour soup that I didn't take a picture of, but they were happy with it. Try this restaurant out, the staff was super friendly without constantly dropping by, just enough to refill water glasses and c h deck in on us.

    Scallion pancake & Vegetarian Potstickers

Thank you Tea House for being on open on the Fourth of July and answering the phone when I other restaurants didn't. I wasn't starving but wanted something light after traveling today. I had the scallion pancakes and vegetarian potstickers. Waiter asked me if I wanted them steamed or pan fried - I chose the former and appreciated having a lighter option. Scallion pancake was good, though a little greasier than I'm used to. The potstickers were ok but fell apart easily. As a pescetarian, I wish they would have offered har gow (steamed shrimp dumplings). I'm from CA where there's tons of great Chinese (including dim sum) restaurants so the caliber of the food I had tonight isn't up to par with my favorite Chinese spots. Contrary to other reviewers, I had no issues with service, though today may have been the exception rather than norm because of the holiday. I'm not sure I'd go back, though the egg custard buns looked good.

I'd been eying up this place the past several times I stayed in the Plymouth, MN area. I finally got there the last time I was in town. It was overall a really nice experience. The service wasn't particularly fast but it was pleasant and I was in no hurry. It was a rainy night in fall and I really enjoyed having some hot tea while waiting for my entree. The food (I got Kung Pao Chicken) was quite tasty. It was in line with safe, familiar American Chinese food. Which hit the spot for me. The place is very close to the hotel I always stay at, so I'm sure I'll return!

    Chicken Chow Mein

We ordered take out- Chicken Chow Mein & Double Cooked Pork. The pork was okay, we've had it here before. The chow mein was very disappointing. I was expecting actual noodles, instead we got this little bag that reminds me of a salad topping. The contents were primarily big pieces of celery. Probably the last time we'll be going.

    Kids lunch buffet

Came here for lunch with family midweek. Prices were reasonable for the lunch buffet so we decided to give that a go as the individual items on the menu were priced much higher. The buffet had some great options but was a little smaller than what we were expecting. One item I would not recommend are the potstickers- very dry with a questionable filling. I really enjoyed the kung pao chicken and the fried rice, as well as the cream cheese wontons. The service here was really great, drinks consistently filled and friendly greetings from the staff. The restaurant was clean and the decor was pleasing was well. It felt very relaxing and quiet as we ate our lunch. I'm honestly not sure if I would return to this location, the service was really great but the food was just mediocre.

Bad idea... too much breading on orange chicken and it was very crunchy... beef/broccoli lacked flavor!

Knocking it out of the park again First up: eggplant in garlic sauce. Yum yum yum. Even my friend who is not a huge fan of eggplant ate a bunch. Cumin lamb was so good. Chicken w asparagus was pleasant and aromatic. The spicy chicken was tasty and not too hot.

We were disappointed by the brunch this year and won't be returning next year. Several of the items listed on the advertised menu were not available (smoked salmon, mashed potatoes), and many of the hot items were cold and/or undercooked. The waffles were cold and dry. The boursin hash browns were undercooked (crunchy potatoes) and cold, even when a fresh pan was brought out. By the time we were going up for a second plate, many things were running out and when we asked they were gone with no plan to replace them. My niece really wanted mac and cheese but it was gone before she could take any. This was at 12:45 pm. As far as I knew the brunch lasted until 2 pm. Also, our $10 mimosas were all orange juice. There was no champagne in them. Additionally, my sister found a plastic whipped cream can cap in her food. Our experience this year was completely different from last year, however. Everything was amazing last year. I understand inflation has affected everyone, but $39 per person for brunch is a lot of money. We spent nearly $400 and left feeling disappointed ($70 of our bill was just orange juice in a champagne glass).

In a large strip mall, so very ample parking lot! The interior is very nice, clean, elevated, and has a good ambiance! I ordered the Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan, for a simple, easy dinner! I especially loved that they used large chunks of chicken breast in their butter chicken! It made for a pleasant and filling meal! The sauce was creamy, and mild on the flavorful spices, so it would be perfect for people beginning their Indian food adventure or like to keep it Minnesota Mild ;) The garlic naan was a perfect vehicle for cleaning my plate and all the insides of the sauce container! Both were delicious, especially my husbands beef and mushrooms. It was like a savory pot roast. We also shared a garlic naan. We'd also ordered spice level 7/medium-hot and it actually was medium-hot for once, so often we've ordered things spicy but it's still pretty mild. So I appreciated the spice level! We had a later lunch and by the time we left, there was still a long line to get in. It has a nice variety of dishes to select from. Let's start with the obvious: it's a buffet. We're getting our own plates, our own refills, doing the whole "DIY dining" thing. Fine. But for that price, you'd expect at least decent food. Instead, it was bland, forgettable, and sitting somewhere between lukewarm and questionable. Now the part that really sealed it: as we were literally getting up to leave, an employee approached us and demanded a tip. Not suggested. Not politely mentioned. Demanded. Then another staff member came over, pointed at the receipt, and told me I needed to tip. I'm actually a generous tipper, happily so, when it's earned. But being confronted like that? That's not service, that's pressure with a side of audacity. I even tried to clarify, thinking maybe gratuity wasn't included and I misunderstood. I was told, "No, service is completely separate." Okay... then maybe make that crystal clear somewhere? A sign, a note, literally anything. I would have gladly run to my car to grab cash and come back if it had been handled respectfully. But after being cornered and told I had to tip? Absolutely not. If your business model relies on tipping, act like it. Don't ambush customers on their way out like they're skipping out on a bill. Between the overpriced, underwhelming food and the aggressive tipping situation, this was easily one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a while.
