This is a very decent place for your tea/coffee/boba cravings in Aiea. The two workers that were here when I visited were nice and helpful. I liked the different style of lounging chairs and tables that are in this little nook as well. My mango iced tea was refreshing! I asked for 25% sweet and was told no problem because the mango puree is added in per order. I couldn't really taste the mango, but it might be because of the lower sweetness level. I've been to many boba places and this is by far the best. Quality ingredients, good pricing, and great customer service.

I decided to try Tea Cafe because 1) It's close to my house (Central Oahu doesn't have any good bubble tea places in my opinion) 2) It had a good rating on Yelp. Drink/Food-- I ordered a large Signature Milk Tea (Tea Cafe most popular milk tea) with 75% sweetness. The cost of the drink was $4.25, which isn't expensive at all and is cheaper most boba places on the island. I don't think the tea was all that great, it wasn't bad but it also wasn't all that great. The boba was definitely not the best boba I ever had. Environment-- One thing I like about Tea Cafe is that there are a good amount of chairs and outlets for the patron to use during their stay. One thing I see a problem with is that there isn't a lot of space between each table and chair. Parking is also plentiful, Tea Cafe is situated at Aiea Town Square and shares a good size parking lot with the other tenants. Service-- I spent more than 5 hours at the shop studying for my classes and the workers didn't kick us out or make any remarks about us staying so late. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who lives in Aiea or Pearl City area who don't want to drive too far out to get milk tea. This a very cute modernized little tea shop! We saw it had boba tea and had to stop by to try some! We had Thai smoothie with bobas, dragon fruit smoothie with boba, peach smoothie with bobas, and strawberry smoothie with boba. The nicest flavored smoothies I've had! The dragon fruit smoothie was my favorite; very sweet and smooth. The prices for 5 drinks came out to be 28$ but it was definitely worth the price. Very good! The lady was super nice, as well. The place is great because it's right down my street. So convenience-wise it automatically earns a star. I've tried the taro-coconut which is a bit sweet for my taste. My go-to is strawberry black tea. It isn't too sweet and it's a good balance between the strawberry and tea flavors. The boba balls could be a little firmer but they're still nice and chewy! Tea Cafe is a cute boba place in Aiea. It has a good variety of selection and a nice seating around for lounging to enjoy your drink. I got the mango smoothie and my gf got the signature milk team. I really enjoyed the mango smoothie because it was smooth and refreshing. They did a good job of not making it too sweet. Some places put way too much syrup. The signature milk tea was good too. Really disappointed in the service today. A younger female worked the counter and took our order for egg puff letting us know it takes 5-10 minutes. Yet my tween daughter had waited for over 20 minutes right in front of her. Not once did the counter girl ask her if she was still waiting for her order or called out our pickup. It wasn't until I asked what the hell was going on with our order did we get a cold egg puff. Then she walks away with no apology. I had to deal with the owner who professionally provided a warm replacement. This is a case of totally ignoring a younger paying customer until an adult speaks up. My friend and I went into Tea Cafe after eating at Pho time next door. We were craving some boba and this place is not bad. I liked how my matcha milk tea came out. I got half of big boba and half small boba with pudding. The pudding was delicious, I wish she added more! The ambience was really nice and chill. It's such a nice hangout cafe shop. We were talking about how we would totally just bring out computers to sit and work here. They also provide free WiFi, which was a plus. They even have the five star points, so we can earn points after every purchase and maybe get something free. The only downside was there was a pretty long line, all the way to the door. There was only one server working. It'd be cool if there were board games to hangout as well. Either way, this place is cute. We'll be coming and hanging out here more. read more

I think this spot is new but I popped in today to treat myself to some Coconut Boba Tea and I thought it was so adorable! It had a hip and trendy vibe and seemed like a good place to hang out with friends and have good conversation like back in the day. Great alternative to Starbucks and something different than the norm. They even offer a small version of Boba balls which I had never had the option of having before. If you really want to have a little boba in every sip definitely do the small boba. My order was done super quick, tasted great, and the server/cashier was friendly. Their pineapple orange smoothie is a good option for a non-caffeinated drink seeker. It's a good blend of tart and sweet, and made with real fruits. For drinks, they have a lot of good choices, but my personal favorite is the Thai tea smoothie. Another great thing about Tea Cafe is that you can buy their signature milk tea by the gallon and a small or large cup of boba, and do a party at home. The drinks are so good and creamy, with the BEST and unique flavors even though they have what most tea places have.
