He came right out and fixed the opener (a new one was installed that was very quiet). Last year, one of my old original springs broke and Mike was unable to make it so I tried some other company (one of those that advertise in the junk flyers). They came out but charged a ton. Now, less than a year later, another broken spring. This time I called Mike's. He made arrangements to come out (even earlier than promised). He assessed the broken spring and replaced both springs for what I paid for just one last year. Thank you.

This time was just a tune-up for weird noises that they were making. Responsiveness: I called on the weekend and got a call back within a few hours to schedule an appointment. They worked around my scheduled to give me a date/time when he would arrive. Timeliness: Mike was on-time and friendly. The Work: Mike gave honest advice on what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. He also gave input on what I could do myself and should be doing to maintain the doors without having to call him. He tightened the doors, greased them, and replaced rollers. When he was done, I could not believe they were the same doors. Unbelievably quiet and smooth. Overall a great job and will most definitely use him again.

Garage door motor died and we used Yelp Projects to get help, worked so well!…read more Matt and Blake were quick to respond and also very genuine in their assessment of our situation. They seemed very capable Of replacing our garage door motor and belt drive. They didn't specialize in our type of motor but offered a replacement option and bid three levels of replacement fully installed. They were friendly and I did not have a negative experience. We ended up using a different complaint but I have to say that this company was the first to respond to the project request before 7am in the morning and they were at our home to assess by 10am. I had a great experience and feel like they could have done the work just as easily.

He went above and beyond, completed a thorough inspection, made reasonable recommendations and replaced and tuned not only the broken spring but all the other parts that made everything work as new. I can't say enough about A-Team Garage Doors. We had gotten a couple of quotes from the 'larger…read morebrand companies' and put the project on hold based on the prices we were quoted. Then we found A-Team when our opener broke, and the person that came out for repair suggested we have them quote the doors. When I got the quote, I was very skeptical. The price for doors of the same visual style was 50% less than the other quotes I had. I then did a side by side comparison of the door quality, and the thickness, backing/build and r value were all better on the A-Team doors. We pulled the trigger and were quoted 6 weeks. 6 weeks later - almost to the day - the doors were delivered to A-Team, and they were ready to install them immediately. They came out that day and installed both doors in a matter of hours. These were not cheap doors - and we were in-part paying for style... faux wood metal doors with window panes and proper insulation ruggedness for 8,200 feet. One of my biggest concerns was whether they would look like wood or would the pattern repeat and be obvious. Not only did they look great to my eye, but I just got the best compliment from my neighbor who asked, are those wood doors? Just what I wanted to hear! A-Team truly are just that. Don't hesitate to reach out to Patrick or John... they're the best!
