Yikes! This is the first bad review that I actually feel bad for having to write. First & foremost, I want to say that both of the women working today were absolutely as sweet as pie. I couldn't have asked for friendlier service. A definite 5 stars for the both of them but, if you're looking for a flawless pedi you'll have to go elsewhere. I must admit, it's been a good 4+ weeks since my last pedi due to a foot injury so, my feet needed a little TLC. There are 2 options for pedis; basic is $25, which includes shaping/buffing, sugar scrub, callous removal (if needed), massage & polish - Spa pedi is $45, which is all of the above plus a paraffin dip & cooling mud/masque massage (vs. a regular lotion massage.) Personally, I find the cooling mud very, very uncomfortable so I opted for the basic pedi. As always, I made sure to let my tech know the shape & length I desired & she nodded in agreement. The massage chairs are positively superb so I laid back & soaked it all in as she did her thing. 15/20 minutes later when it was time to polish I inspected my feet to make sure we were on the same page. I had to point out several discrepancies. She gladly went back & attempted to make it right but not much had changed upon further inspection ... not wanting to be a pain in the butt, I let her polish my toenails hoping that the finished product would at least be better than what I was currently seeing. She haphazardly applied the undercoat & proceeded to apply my chosen color, painting far above my cuticles while missing the sides & tips of several of my toenails entirely. When she finished we exchanged pleasantries & she disappeared to the back of the salon for 10+ minutes. During that time I took it upon myself to fill in the missing polish on the tips of my toenails then went to wait at the checkout desk. Several minutes later she arrived to take my payment. I left her a tip even though I knew I was headed home to basically redo my feet on my own. It's sad to say but, I will not be returning to this salon ever again. Too bad her wonderful personality did not match her attention to detail. Maybe I'm just picky but, if I pay you to do my feet, I expect you to do better than I can at home without all the bells & whistles. read more

New Owners! Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!! They literally marked over the previous prices with a sharpie marker! Old, crusty polish, hardly any color choices! No smiles, they didn't even acknowledge my daughter and I for 40 minutes after arriving early for our "appointment". I was left in like warm water after waiting so long, it turned cold. They didn't even take the time to add soaking salts or turn on the jets! I ended up walking out with cold, wet feet. Two others walked out at the same time. UPDATE: with new ownership now last time I got my nails done they were simply horrible and didn't even last 45 mins after being "done" - No nail dehydrator was used before acrylic powder. - Trimed my cuticle cutting it, which is a HUGE health code violation (plus, I always cut them before I go in). - Used regular polish base coat for shellac nails. - Tried to use a UV light instead of UVA light so my polish didnt actually dry properly like gel nails do. - Also put a rhinestone on that I didn't want. - Then when it was "done" and time to pay I'm told if I dont like it come back. Telling me that is telling me you know my nails looked like shit but because other appointments showed up, you want to rush me and get me out. Well I haven't been back I just went back to doing my own nails properly. I won't waste money on a salon that can't do better then what I do at home. OLD REVIEW FOR OLD OWNERS: Beyond the best place to get you're nails done! They will do any nail art, style, colors you want. They are beyond amazing in customer service making sure my nails are just how I want them to be. Everything is clean to the tools and brushes it's so nice. Was very disappointed in my nails. After reading so many positive reviews and even knowing a couple people who had been here, I was strongly disappointed. My nails were crooked and not even lengths, and when I mentioned that my concerns I was pretty much told they were fine. By that point I had such a painful and frustrating experience I just left without letting them attempt to "fix"'them any further. They also didn't not last as long as they have usually in the past. New owner's again. I have always been very happy here, but now not so much. They have only 2 pedicures to choose from. They used to have quite a few to choose from that were great. They also got rid of their punchcard. I only had 2 more pedis to go before a free one and now it was all for naught. I had a terrible paint job today and told her as much. She did re-do it. New owners, took over a year ago. A nice family owned place. I recommend calling to reserve a time for full set or gel nails as there is only one lady that knows how to do it. The owner. But she's in the process of training her daughter in law. I'm a picky person when it comes to details, they did a wonderful job for my pedicure and eyebrow wax (waxing also done only by the owner). I've gotten 2 pedicures here with a friend. The massage chairs are awesome and the employees are so nice. My friend wanted to change her nail color after she had chosen and had wet feet and they went over and tried to find her color. The regular pedicure is $30 plus tip. They have nice colors to choose from too! Both times I've gone there has been 2-3 toenails that are missing a bit of polish but they still do a nice job. read more

I bought a house very close to this salon and when I started going there I was more than happy, not only with a amazing shellac manicures, but also the pedicures are amazing! Even a BIGGER bonus, THE BEST EYEBROW wax EVER. I literally will never go anywhere else. (You'll want the "elderly" not really though, to do it.) They're friendly and accommodating and the best thing is they don't stack people in pedicure chairs where they'll wait for an hour before someone gets to them - like a lot of other shops do. I was very pleased with my experience here. When you go in for a mani or pedi they give you a laminated sheet of options from standard to gold w/ pricing and you choose what you want. I chose the Silver ($40) pedicure which included foot soak, sugar scrub, cooling mask, parafin dip and the standard nail trim, shape and polish. For $5 more I got flowers on my big toes which were unique and cute, unlike some places where I leave wondering why I didn't just do the nail art myself. I also got a manicure which included a parafin dip ($17). The atmosphere is very stylish and comfortable. The pedicure chairs have massage features and the water basin has color changing LEDs with bubbles. There are beautiful flowers and accent lights all over the place. My manicurist was very efficient, balancing the two services well so that she finished both in good time - but not too quickly. Two hours of relaxation and I will def be back! Last thing, they offer punch cards. Every mani or pedi gets a punch and after ten you get a free service. Although I purchased two services, I was only given one punch. But still! I highly recommend this place and could tell they are very eager to please customers. read more

Lady did a good job, but the polish was sucky. They didn't do a gel top coat and only used a regular clear top coat. I sat under the dryer for 10 minutes, went to pay and my nails messed up. Lady did a half fast job at fixing the nails. Sat under the dryer for another 10 minutes only for my nails to mess up once I got home. I cannot say enough about this nail salon. I have been to a lot of salons. I cannot believe how wonderful my nails look. My nail tech had so much care and pride in the work she was doing. She asked me many times along the way if I liked the shape, the thickness, the color, the design added. She wanted me to be happy. My acrylic nails nearly feel like my real nails. She went all the way down to my cuticle and did not leave a gap so I have to come back sooner. I did not feel rushed. They are super friendly and easy to talk to. I have been coming here every few weeks since last August. I really like that they remember who I am and they remember that my sister comes with me most times so they ask how she is when she doesn't get to come in. The place has always been clean and they do great work. They don't seem to mind walk ins (and if they do they haven't let it show) and I feel like the amount of time they spend with me is appropriate. Even when they have been busy, I have never walked out disappointed. My only issue is that the office I work in is pretty strict about what colors are acceptable and I have made my way through their nudes and light colors. Last time I went in, I purchased my own gel polish and they had no problem using that so I could try a new color. They have a whole display of Seahawks themed nails if you are into that sort of thing and my sister has gotten some nice nail art done there. I get the gel manicure and it lasts without a problem for two weeks. I have stretched it to a little more than three weeks without a problem other than not being able to take my contacts out at night because my nails were too long for my liking XD My sister really likes the job they do when they do French tip and I have seen her wear them for a month without breaking. Another sister really enjoyed the hot stone massage when she got a pedicure and my niece got her eyebrows done when she was visiting. I always tell my coworkers, family and friends to stop in because I know they will be taken care of. They really want you to be happy and they really want you to come back! read more

I've had a manicure and silver and gold pedicures here and it's always been solid. I love the paraffin treatment and the hot stones, and while it's not designer nail polish or anything they do a great job painting my nails. I have been a very satisfied customer of Jenny and Tran for almost 20 years. Now in combination with their son and daughter in law, getting my nails done has become part of my social life. Their salon is out of my neighborhood, but well worth the drive. My nails always look great. They mix colors like artists and they are experts in massage. I see them every 3 weeks for pedicure, fill and shellac. I would advise calling for an appointment or have a standing appointment as I do. read more

So disappointed. Got a pedi here and loved it so when I decided to get acrylic nails I figured I'd come here. All the girls I work with come here and love their nails so I'm guessing it was just the girl who did my nails. I got them done on a Thursday and by Sunday they looked awful. The edges were coming up already. I came in to get them fixed and she drilled off all the white on one nail and didn't fix it and they still look like garbage. Then she continued to ignore me when I was showing her how bad they looked. Even though I like their pedis I will never return here again because of their lack of customer care. Longest wait times of any salon I've been to. I keep trying this place over and over again because of the convenience of its location. Unfortunately, it's failed every time. Today I come in and ask how long. The response is 5 min. No problem, I end up waiting 10 min to be placed in a chair. I then sit in the chair for another 45min. 55 total minutes before someone even started my nails!! What was even more irritating was watching 2 employees finish with other customers and take a break. One sat there and ate chicken wings in front of me and the other sat and made a personal call to his girlfriend. WTF?!? Even more concerning is the owner said, "don't worry he will help you in one minute he's taking appointments over the phone." The tech didn't wash their hands after doing a pedicure and immediately started working on my nails. I question the cleanliness of this place now, which is a big concern in this kind of business.
