I always have an amazing experience at Pamper Nails & Spa. This is my go-to place for manicures and pedicures, and they never disappoint. From the moment I walk in, I'm welcomed with friendly service and a warm atmosphere. I went back to get my nails removed and the lady who removed them was not who did my set. It's very obvious the pretty designs are due solely to one woman. The woman who removed my set didn't even soak them. She only asked me if I wanted to trim my nails and I said yes. She would grab foil acetone and cotton to put on one hand. Once she was completed with both hands she immediately removed the first one she did. It hadn't even been 5 minutes which is not enough time for such a thick amount of gel. She repeated this process many times! There was a lot of scraping and filing and she even filed my actual finger on accident and laughed when I hissed. She did an absolutely terrible job and had no patience. If you come here only be seen by the experienced nail technician and nobody else. read more

I'm giving 3.5 stars. I made an appointment the day prior as my regular place couldn't get me in due to a scheduling conflict. My thumb nail had broken and a couple of my others had the polish lifting. I have very long natural nails and I get gel, for reference. My appt was at 10am which is when they open on Sunday. They were still doing opening tasks when I arrived like sweeping and getting items gathered. I didn't mind. I will say some things look a bit run down inside or stained. They sat me down right away and brought the basket of colors over to me to choose. The selection was pretty good, I'd say. Most importantly, my girl did a good job but it honestly could've been more detailed. My polish is a bit bumpy, I had to file all the edges myself after I left as there were lots of rough spots. And the almond shape is not consistent imo. It was only $41 before tip which is significantly less than I pay at my regular place. However, I believe it's worth it for the high standards. But I would go here again in a pinch. read more

I got a full gelX done. I am very particular about the thickness and the shape of my nails. This was my first time getting a full set of gelX done here and I am happy to say that I found a salon that I love finally. I used to drive to Bellevue to get my nails done and the commute was just too inconvenient. I have gotten pedicure done here regularly and I've always had a good experience. Glad that I don't have to go to a different place for my nails. I appreciate the care that they took with my preference and listening to my feedback. Also, I brought my son, and they were so kind and welcoming of him. It did not feel like he was a burden being there. Thank you Pamper nails for consistently great service. read more

First time here and unfortunately had a bad experience. I went in for a shellac pedicure and a basic dip manicure. The shellac pedicure was fine, I have no complaints other than they were not particularly gentle. The dip manicure was the worst I have ever received, and I get manicures monthly. The technician wouldn't let the polish remover sit and instead chose to use the nail drill to remove the polish, which flew everywhere and burned one of my fingers. The dip powder wasn't setting so she dabbed it with her fingers. The layers of powder were so thick they were caked into my nail beds. I told her it didn't look right and she insisted it was fine, she just wasn't done filing yet. I maintained that it did not look right and finally another tech confirmed that she had used the wrong solution. At this point I my hands were a mess and the entire manicure had to be redone. The second tech fixed the mistake but rushed through it. The edges of my nails are ragged and catching on things but I wanted to get out of there since I had already been there for 2 hours. The staff was certainly friendly and did apologize but it did not make up for the lack of skill and stressful environment. I would not go again. read more

What a hidden gem! The service is top notch, the ladies are so friendly and attentive. Twice I've accidentally given them the wrong number for the color I want, and both times they laughed it off and went about correcting it in the best possible way. Now they show me the color before starting! The prices are very fair, and I love the ability to book and request appointments online; they're very attentive. I absolutely love this salon and have been coming here since they opened, about 5 years. I get the deluxe volcano pedicure, and Kelly and Michelle always do such nice gentle Work with my ingrown toenails, with a caring touch. And she knows what I like. I get a powder dip manicure, pretty basic, my nails aren't usually long. Kelly also does the Brazilian wax for Me and is just fantastic, as far as that can go :)) I highly recommend this team of nail specialists. read more

After moving up north, I came across Pamper Nails & Spa in my search for a nearby nail salon. I've been going since then and have had great experiences thus far. First off, I appreciate their attention to sanitation with the use of covers on the pedicure chair tubs - it just gives me an extra sense of cleanliness. I primarily get gel manicures, which have lasted at least two weeks or longer depending on what I'm doing for the week. I like how versatile the staff is, from doing clean, classic looks to more detailed designs. Lastly, I like how I can conveniently make an appointment over Facebook. read more

The pedicure went great and as expected. The manicure with shellac polish was very disappointing, cracking & peeling by day 3 which is not something I experience ever. It seems like they thin out some of their polishes, there was not full coverage and was very watery when I've used this color exact brand and color in other salons and it was vibrate and bold. Very disappointing and waste of money. read more

I saw some negative reviews on here and wanted to remind - If your manicure is applied correctly (which is easy to tell while you're still in the salon) and it comes off in a week: your lifestyle needs a different type of manicure. Talk to them about what your needs are! Im an RN and they got me into AntiMicrobial non-porous dip - meets all work requirements. I'm one week deep on these - no complaints whatsoever I will say that the manager is one of my favorite people. She has the gift of remembering everyone's name and makes a point to catch up with the clients. Extra waters handed is a bonus. Love you Pamper! read more

I was really excited to get my nails done here after seeing all the great reviews, so I went in on 11/24 (the day before thanksgiving) for a gel manicure and a normal pedicure. Everything went great and the customer service was good, very sweet ladies in the salon. Except today is now 12/5, only 11 days later and my gel manicure has already chipped and is peeling off. Usually my gel manicures last 2-3 weeks with no issues other than typical nail growth, so I am truly disappointed and frankly upset at the quality of this manicure. I had hoped for it to last thru thanksgiving, holidays parties I had this weekend, and another party I have on the 11th, but sadly I think I'm going to have to get them redone before next weekend. This is not the quality I expect for a gel manicure at all. The chipping on my left index finger actually happened 2-3 days ago after just about a week. And the peeling on my right index finger looks awful, my hair keeps getting caught in it. I would have given 1 star, but gave the extra one for the customer service and the pedicure, which thankfully is lasting. This is truly the worst gel manicure I've had in a long time. I will not be returning, even if it means I have to drive a bit further from home for better quality. read more

Just leaving the salon now after a really unpleasant experience. When removing my old shellac the technician was very careless with the tool and finally got the cuticle on my right big toe so badly it started to bleed. I asked her several times to please be more gentle but she just continued to be rough when exfoliating to the point I almost got up and left. The "massage" amounted to less than 30 seconds on each foot to rub in the lotion. The polish on all 10 toes is sloppy and all over the cuticles. When my cuticle has healed in a few days I'll be going somewhere else to fix the mess before leaving on vacation Thursday. This is the first time I have EVER not left a tip for service but this person should NOT be touching people. read more

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I've been here a few times and decided that I would treat myself to the Volcano Luxury Pamper Pedicure for $60. Here is the description: Pamper and enjoy yourself with our exclusive bubbling volcano Pedi, a fun bubbling and fizzing explosion on the feet. In bold letters it reads including Callus Treatment and with Extra 15 minutes Massage with Hot Stone and lotion. This is the main reason I picked this treatment. What I received was a 10 minute massage with maybe 2 minutes of Hot Stone massage. When I asked about the extra 15 mins with hot stone I was told no. You only get 15 minutes of lotion massage and a couple mins with the hot stones. This is not what was in the description. I'm not sure where the Extra 15 mins are. The lady then started rubbing my legs with the callus lotion that started to burn my legs. I told them just to take it off. The other lady called the owner and handed me her phone. I told her that I did not receive the treatment as described. After several minutes of arguing my legs were on fire and I said please just remove this from my legs. She took her time putting her gloves back on while my legs are clearly red and bumps started to appear. I said just take it off and I'm not paying for services that I did receive. Im not coming here again. I want you all to know that they are FALSE advertising and overcharging their customers and then seem to do a torcher treatment for speaking up. Nikki was the person who gave me a gel pedicure and her service was outstanding. Best pedicure I have had in a long long time. She gave me a long massage with the sugar scrub and again afterwards with oil and lotion. She took lots of care with grooming my toes and the paint job was also really great. Ok, to start with, have really challenging feet. Everyone is gonna say that. But I have this skin condition that really makes them build up a thick callus across like a third of the foot. I always feel TERRIBLE for any technician I bring them to cause it ain't easy. I am SO glad I brought them to Pamper. They are professionals who treated me like any other client and yet did exceptional work specific to my needs. As much as getting a pedi is a health issue for though. 85: the colors that make me a happy little kid inside. They have SO many choices and paint a strong base coat before adding the sparkly color I will inevitably choose. Kelly, the owner, made sure to introduce herself and they have a loyalty card and, even better, a great gift card bonus of $20 extra for $100 purchased. I have been going to Pamper nails & Spa for almost 3 years now. My regular nail tech has always been Nicki, and she is consistently amazing. She recently went on maternity leave though, but I have STILL received amazing results from every other person here. They are always clean, kind, and provide a quality service. I could not recommend them more! Not to mention, the manager and everyone who has been there since I've started coming always says hi, remembers me and checks in with me. By far, the best nail salon in the area. I have been to 2 other salons at Thrashers Corner and one at Canyon Park. Pamper Nails & Spa includes lengthy relaxing leg and foot scrub with the pedicure. It is best to call and make a reservation, as I watched 2 sets of customers leave as all of the nail specialists were with a customer. When I walked in for my appointment time, they greeted me by name and already had the color I desired. You can get a Customer Reward card. After 5 visit stamps, you'll receive $10.00 off your next visit. So if you want to be pampered, I highly recommend Pamper Nails & Spa. I do not live in San Francisco, CA. I want to be fair and clarify that I was happy with the nail technician and with the final appearance of my nails. Unfortunately, the overall experience was made very uncomfortable by the attitude and behavior of the salon owner. When I arrived, I was confused about where to park, so I politely asked the owner whether I had parked in the correct place. Instead of asking where I had parked or offering any helpful guidance, she simply said yes. From the beginning, I did not feel welcomed. Her manner was cold and dismissive, and throughout my visit I felt as though she was treating me with irritation. The service description included a **hand and arm massage**. However, the hand massage lasted only approximately 2-3 minutes, and I did not receive an arm massage at all. Although I was happy with the nail technician and the final appearance of my nails, the full service described was not provided. I had also paid extra for a French manicure. While choosing the color, I asked whether I could use a different base color for the French manicure. The owner gave me what felt like a very unpleasant look and responded rudely and sharply, **"THAT IS EXTRA $5."** I had no issue paying an additional $5 if that was the salon's policy. My concern was the disrespectful and condescending way she communicated it. At checkout, I misunderstood the credit card policy. Because I had entered my card information when booking the appointment, I thought my card had already been charged. As I was leaving, the owner called out, **"Ma'am, you have to pay,"** which made me feel embarrassed. Once she explained that the card was only used to hold the appointment, I understood and paid for the service. After I paid, she questioned me about leaving no tip. I found this extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate, especially because I had already felt unwelcome and upset by the way I had been treated during the visit. Tipping should be the customer's choice, and I did not appreciate being confronted about it. I explained that I had paid for my service and that I was unhappy with the way she had spoken to me. She eventually apologized, but by that point I was already very upset and embarrassed. I want to emphasize that my criticism is not directed at the nail technician. Although she did not do a good job with the hand massage and did not provide the arm massage included in the service, her overall manicure work was good, and I was satisfied with my nails. Unfortunately, the owner's attitude and the failure to provide the full service described overshadowed the quality of the actual manicure. I left feeling uncomfortable, humiliated, and unwelcome. A salon visit should be relaxing and pleasant, but this experience was the opposite. Despite being satisfied with the technician's work, I would not return because of the way I was treated by the owner.

Still one of the best nail salons in Bothell! They cater to your every little desire when it comes to your nails. I show them pictures of the style that I like for my nails and they get pretty close, if not exactly, as how it is shown in the picture. One thing about nail shops that I pay close attention to is when the nail techs speak in their language AND laugh after a customer says something (which is a huge pet peeve of mine because I feel like they are making fun of someone) Pamper does not do that at all. They make you feel welcomed at all times and treat you like they are your friends. They make your experience worthwhile. Please come here if you need a great foot and shoulder massage too. This place never disappointed me. They always know what they doing. Their work quality always on point, my nails and my toes always lasted over 3 weeks ( I got acrylic and gel/shellac pedicure). Their pedicure massage is always awesome and relaxing. They took their time and got the best results. LOVE IT!! Very poor experience. I got a gel manicure done and it's all coming out just in a week. I have gotten gel manicure done at so many places and they all stay for atleast 2 weeks. This afternoon as I let the salon I sat in my car and shed a few tears because of Anna's kindness. I had recently broken my toenail pretty severely below the quick and was told that I would more than likely lose my toenail and have to wait for it to grow back (I will spare you photos) Anna had casually asked while starting my fill, if I would like to have a pedicure. I had told her that I probably shouldn't for the safely of all involved (plus, who really wants to deal with a toe that could start bleeding again?) She took one look any my toe, took the remaining polish off and went to work to make the unsightly mess look presentable again. She was able to seal the cracked portion and covered it with a thin layer of gel, and then painted over it to make it look like nothing happened. Anna and Thu always do a great job on my nails; they are constantly the same shape and length and just thick enough that they don't crack. Prices are very reasonable, and if you follow any of the health department findings, Lovely Nails is never mentioned for cleanliness issues.
