I was in the area and had time to kill so I thought I would give Idol Nails a try. There were three pedicures going on when I walked in but they said I could come in for a manicure/pedicure. So he woman who did my pedicure did a nice job. The polish looks great and she cut my toenails nicely. My manicure turned out great but I noticed she put all the powder on and then cut and filed the nails. I thought it was odd, but the end result was great so I can't complain. Customers kept filtering in and out and most seemed to be regulars. Staff knew people by name and seemed to have a great rapport with the women who came in. This is a small, no frills place located in a strip mall. There is nothing fancy here, and no elegant decor. If anything the place is a little dusty. However, the prices are good, the staff is friendly and the end result was great. read more

Took my 7-year-old here yesterday to get her nails done for her birthday, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! They were able to squeeze her in last minute right before closing, and were so kind and patient with her the entire time. They even hand-painted the cutest little flower on both of her ring fingers -- all for only $20! She left feeling so confident, special, and absolutely beautiful. I called the day before to make an appointment for two pedicures at noon for my mother and I. They were full when we got in at noon, with someone waiting and another customer coming in right after us stating she also had an appointment at noon. My mother got sat first and maybe waited 5 minutes totally normal. I got sat around 12:10 and didn't get started on till 12:20. Still not a huge big deal, I can be patient. What I was not happy with is my mother's technician stopped in the middle of her pedicure to start mine?! The technician starts and finishes my pedicure while my mother waits for her second half of the pedicure. For spending $42 on a pedicure it would be nice to have a technician working on her pedicure the whole way through. The pedicure was okay, not bad not great. overall based on this experience and the price I would not come back or suggest this mail salon. *** I wrote this review while they were finishing my mothers pedicure when I asked how much the technician working on us said $79, which is higher than their listing, I got basic spa pedicure $32 and my mother got deluxe pedicure $42 total would be $74 then possibly the manager came over and told me no no no $69. This made me feel as though the technician felt that we were unhappy and tried to include tip in our price. Maybe I'm wrong but either way it seemed shady. read more

I decided to treat myself on Saturday and heard of this nail salon from a friend so I decided to go and try it out. As soon as I walked in, all the ladies greeted me and asked what I would like and to pick my color. Within 5-10 mins I got seated with Bebe. I got a full set of acrylics with shellac polish. She was very sweet and friendly during the whole appointment. I've gone to a handful of salons and every single one of them have rushed the process and also cut my cuticles with the drill. BUT she did not! She was very very precise and focused and took her time cutting my cuticles and checking if I was happy with how the nail was shaped and how the polished looked. It's good to have a nail tech that actually cares your satisfied with your nails! And I love my nails! It's perfect for spring time! I'd definitely come back and have her do my nails again. They had the color I picked for my toes in shellac so my finger nails wild match my toe nails. The ladies were funny and Amy was amazing. This place was a pleasant surprise! No frills, but a great experience. I needed a quick pedicure before the weekend and this place was wonderful. The gal I got gave a great, long massage and a paraffin wax/hot stone massage are included in a basic pedicure package which is nice for under $30! This place is decent but not as nice as my go to salon. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. Paraffin and stone massage are included in a basic pedicure ($29). The chairs seemed cheap and they barely massaged. I also didn't like how the seats were staggered so when I tried to talk to my friend she was essentially behind me and I had to turn my neck a lot. I really had a good experience at this place! The employees were very friendly and kept checking on me to see if I needed anything. I've never been a nail salon where they give you complimentary beverages, which I find is just another plus! It felt like they spent an extremely long time massaging, but who doesn't like massages! The salon is very clean and bright, making is a very inviting and friendly atmosphere! Now, my only critic is after they were done I don't think they did enough scrubbing on the heal area. Went in for a pink/white fill and pedi. Waited 15 minutes - not a big deal. However I explained that I liked the white portion quite thin - and showed them what I meant by looking at my current nails. Also said I liked a round/square look. Wholly Hannah! An hour plus later, my nails are crooked, super square and the white is nearly the same width as the pink. Learned lesson - don't go in to a new place the day of an event! Tomorrow I will be heading back to my regular place (30 min drive vs 7 to this nearby shop so I was hoping for good results) begging for forgiveness - and a clean up of the nails AND a pedicure that I didn't get because the nails took so long!
