This is my second phenomenal experience at Pamper Spa (I forgot to post a review the first time). The most notable part of my experience was how the ladies took their time to make sure their work was correct. At previous nail shops, I have felt like people rush through my service if they have people waiting and do not do a good job because of it. Although they were busy when I came, I left feeling like I got the full service I paid for. I normally book appointments through yelp and get replies within 10-20 minutes. The customer service The service is a great rate for the quality of work that is done, and they offer a free stamp card to get a discount on a service. The owner takes great pride in her shop which is great to see from a small business. It is truly a hidden gem and my best nail experience since arriving to bothell. read more

I went here for my bridal nails and pedicure and ordered the deluxe pampering! It was so enjoyable and the Pamper team made me feel SO relaxed just 2 days before the BIG day! I got SUPER cute dip nails in a peachy orange ombre and they did an amazing job. I even received cute flowers on my big toes. The paraffin wax, hot stones, and massage was ahhhhh-mazing! Such nice ladies , so it's too bad I had to rate low. I loved the way she shapped my nails as well. But like many of the reviews I'm just now reading my gel polish starting coming off by day 4. Also one of my fingers that she had kept dremmeling the cuticle for some reason got swollen and infected, Im literally still squeezing puss out of it so I may have to go to the doctor for antibiotics. I won't be back obviously. Thank you for being nice people at least - a couple stars for good customer service ! But maybe not the best quality or cleanliness if the dremmel so easily got my finger infected. My normal nail gal uses new everything on each client, anything reusable gets sterilized. read more

Awesome nails salon in Bothell area. I was there with my 2 friends and for Pedicure and Manicure and we definitely got the best service. All the ladies at the nail salon were friendly and nice ( best customer service ). It was busy by time we were there at the salon but they took their time for us and have done the best job on our deluxe gel pedicure and deluxe gel manicure and that was so relaxing very nice massage too. I asked her if she was going to put lotion on my feet and she said she did. Funny thing to argue with the customer. The manicure was ok. Kimmie(new manager) is an amazing woman. She is so understanding of what you want for your nails. Makes the shape exactly what you want. Great personality. I will happily drive from bellevue to see Kimmie. Love the nail discount during the week days(came back for a pedicure). Service is hit and miss who you get for your nails. I usually do classic pedicure and some ltomes manicure and waxing. Owner know la what she is doing but rest of the ladies only few know this service. In pic my nails chipped from Sat to Wed, went back and aksed me to wait nobody was in there... I liked this place because it's a smaller business and the staff is very friendly. The prices are also reasonable. I have been twice now, and both times the pedicure was great! I had the same person both times and she really took her time and paid attention to detail. Unfortunately though, the shellac manicure hasn't been good either time I was there. I was hoping it was a fluke the first time, but I think the polish is old or inexpensive. The girl even commented this time that the polish was running, and she had to do many layers and put each nail individually under the light. It started to chip away after 48 hours both this time and last. I'm bummed because I want to support them. It is especially disappointing because I have a baby and it's difficult for me to get away and treat myself, and I feel like I've been let down. I hope they can splurge for some product to improve the longevity of their manicures. read more
