Customer service was ok but the nails I left with were terrible! I asked for black tips and wanted a pinker base but the lady told me it would too hard bc I was asking for a pinker base. It felt lazy like she just didn't want to do them.. I settled for all black nails and this what I left with. This isn't even ask bad as when I left. I've since done some filing and cleaning up myself. The price menu said $30+ for fill but she charged me $55.. Supposedly they don't use the price list I showed her even though it's the same I was given when choosing a pedicure. Another reason for the poor score is I also took my 3 year old to get her first mani/pedi. I checked reviews and saw they definitely do children her age. They told me she was too little even though I've seen reviews from customers the same age as my child. They told me polish only would be the only thing they could offer her. What a wonderful mother's day experience! I made an appt through IG which was GREAT & easy. I walked in 10 mins early and they took us immediately. My 3.5 yr old daughter & I both got pedicures. Normally when I take her for pedicures it's immediately just said "just nail polish right?" But today I was asked if she wanted a regular pedicure and I knew she'd love the process. The woman doing our nails was WONDERFUL and patient. She took her time on my daughter's nails just like she did mine. She put her in her own seat at one point and made her so comfortable. It was really sweet to watch how excited she was! I also got a mimosa so that was awesome! :) we will 100% be back! If you have little ones.... this salon is wonderful with them! read more

Very unhappy with this place. Read reviews that said Brian was amazing so I decided to go ahead and book with him. I had high expectations based off what I had read. He was very nice and attentive but didn't fill the acrylic to my cuticle and didn't polish my sides fully. I went back the next day to speak with the manager, Lana (?) and was told she wasn't there. Lilly at the front desk was very rude, but said she would leave a note for Lana to call me. I didn't want my nails fixed, I wanted a refund and for the manager to be aware. Stopped in today with my mom for manicures. We were greeted by a very friendly gal who said they were running about 5-10 mins late. No problem. We waited about 15 mins. I did notice that they were about half full and there were several employees visiting with each other. Maybe they had just finished a rush and were taking a break? Not sure, but eventually our manicures started, and my nail tech did apologize for the delay. All good. My nail tech was pretty aggressive with my cuticles, and ended up cutting my finger and thumb to the point that my thumb bled for the rest of the appointment. I'd have to say worst manicure experience ever. Giving them two stars because my mom's manicure seemed to go well, as she didn't leave bleeding. Won't be returning. read more

The art work is terrible, the tech smeared his work off more than once because he kept messing up. There is glue all over my fingers & glue is also connecting my cuticles to my nails!! VERY RUDE!!! I went in and had to bring my baby and they had me sit and took 20 min to even get to me, the nail tech kept fixing her hair in the mirror. Then once she finally started my nails, my baby started crying and she told me to come back later. I had to leave with wet, sticky nails. They were also being rude to another customer who said she didn't like her nails. One tech said "if you're not happy why are you here". I do not recommend! read more

First time coming to TD nail studio. I asked to have a pedicure done and they asked me to come back in 45 minute because it was busy, so I did. The environment of the salon was very quiet and the staff member that did my pedicure was silent most of the time only spoke when he had a question about my pedicure. I asked for a natural pedicure(no gel) and callus removal and wasn't too happy with the way my nails turned out. The nail polish doesn't look smooth it looks clumpy. Total price was $45 which I feel is on the pricy side for an average pedicure. Probably wouldn't come back again. read more

I had been a longtime client of Polish, but after it was dismantled, I followed my favorite girls to Urban Nails & Spa in Camarillo . For Christmas, my son surprised me with a gift card to TD Nails, so I booked an appt at 330 pm for a pedicure, treated myself to the collagen pedicure for $60. At 350 pm, Rosie finally came over to start. It was not her fault she was running behind. The water ran so long it almost overflowed. By the time the collagen bath bomb was dropped in the water, it wasn't very warm, and she had already started working, so little time to soak in it was left. The rest of the pedicure was fine, Rosie did good work!! The salon vibe was so blah. It was so silent in there, not very welcoming. The technicians were NOT speaking to each other and rarely spoke to clients. It was not busy at all, only 5 technicians and 7 clients total while I dried, and drop-in clients were detered to come back much later on a Sunday afternoon. If it wasn't for music and the hustle and bustle of the shoppers at the Collection, it would've felt like a library. Pricing is a tad higher than I prefer. I'll stick to my regular spot at Urban Nails & Spa in Camarillo. read more

I walked in with an appointment and sat down right on time. Everyone was so friendly and my kind lady made sure that I was happy with the color and really took care of me during my pedicure. I felt so pampered and will be going back often. I'm not sure why this place has any bad reviews about cleanliness.
