A friend and I stopped by and we were welcomed in right away even though we didn't have an appointment on a Sunday. The staff were friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and helped us pick out our colors for manicures. My friend got a gel manicure and I got a regular manicure. The service is great. The different girls I've seen at the front desk have been so nice and helpful. Brian is amazing! I didn't give him any inspo pictures, I just said "sheer and milky" and he did exactly that. Yen did my toes and she was great. They looks so neat and clean!! I've came here in the past to fix my nails I got done somewhere else, and a different guy helped me but they did soo great! I've heard of a few other people who have also came here to fix their nails after they were unsatisfied somewhere else! It's like every worker here is great at what they do. VERY RUDE!!! I went in and had to bring my baby and they had me sit and took 20 min to even get to me, the nail tech kept fixing her hair in the mirror. Then once she finally started my nails, my baby started crying and she told me to come back later. I had to leave with wet, sticky nails. They were also being rude to another customer who said she didn't like her nails. One tech said "if you're not happy why are you here". I do not recommend! read more

I should be able to walk into this nail salon, be assigned any nail tech & come out with a decent job! That is not the case here!! I'm so so so so upset with how these came out!! The art work is terrible, the tech smeared his work off more than once because he kept messing up. There is glue all over my fingers & glue is also connecting my cuticles to my nails!! To top it off, they charged me $75!!!!!! I was so excited to have Christmas nails & these just ruined it. Never coming back here. read more

First time coming to TD nail studio. I asked to have a pedicure done and they asked me to come back in 45 minute because it was busy, so I did. The environment of the salon was very quiet and the staff member that did my pedicure was silent most of the time only spoke when he had a question about my pedicure. I asked for a natural pedicure(no gel) and callus removal and wasn't too happy with the way my nails turned out. The nail polish doesn't look smooth it looks clumpy. Total price was $45 which I feel is on the pricy side for an average pedicure. Probably wouldn't come back again. read more

From the minute I walk in, until my services were completed I was very impressed! This nail studio is so clean and the employees are so professional and sweet. I was greeted by the receptionist who checked me in and explained all my services.... You should see how organized their mail polish wall is.... I had been a longtime client of Polish, but after it was dismantled, I followed my favorite girls to Urban Nails & Spa in Camarillo . For Christmas, my son surprised me with a gift card to TD Nails, so I booked an appt at 330 pm for a pedicure, treated myself to the collagen pedicure for $60. At 350 pm, Rosie finally came over to start. It was not her fault she was running behind. The water ran so long it almost overflowed. By the time the collagen bath bomb was dropped in the water, it wasn't very warm, and she had already started working, so little time to soak in it was left. The rest of the pedicure was fine, Rosie did good work!! The salon vibe was so blah. It was so silent in there, not very welcoming. The technicians were NOT speaking to each other and rarely spoke to clients. It was not busy at all, only 5 technicians and 7 clients total while I dried, and drop-in clients were detered to come back much later on a Sunday afternoon. If it wasn't for music and the hustle and bustle of the shoppers at the Collection, it would've felt like a library. Pricing is a tad higher than I prefer. I'll stick to my regular spot at Urban Nails & Spa in Camarillo. read more

I had read the reviews before going and was a little worried but this salon IS THE best! The people are all so kind, no one rushed me out, everyone took their time despite being busy! I walked in with an appointment and sat down right on time. Everyone was so friendly and my kind lady made sure that I was happy with the color and really took care of me during my pedicure. I felt so pampered and will be going back often. I'm not sure why this place has any bad reviews about cleanliness. Everything was SO clean, all tools came out sanitized and in plastic bags, and there were 2-3 people constantly cleaning the chairs and spraying everything. Loved loved loved it! I scheduled an appointment for a pedicure at 6:30pm. When I arrived there were 2 people waiting on the benches and one sitting on a pedicure station with socks on. I waited 20 minutes with them not saying much besides asking me to sit since they didn't like me standing by the nail colors. I left without service because they took too many walk in's and wouldn't be getting to me anytime soon. read more

So happy this location opened back up! A few of my favorite nail technicians stayed put so I'm especially thankful. The space is fresh, clean, and bright. Sooooo many color choices no matter what type of mani/pedi you're going for. I always call ahead, usually the day before or day of, and can always get it. They're getting busier though so I should start calling earlier. I'm always greeted with a hello and by name and tended to quickly. Everyone is lovely so I tend not to request anyone in particular. Hit up brunch or Happy Hour before your appointment since the Food Network is always on their TV and will make your stomach growl otherwise. read more

I asked for chrome French tips and showed a reference picture and nail tech did not tell me she would not be able to deliver. It came time for color and she brought out a glitter nail polish. At this point I was ready to agree since I could tell chrome was not going to be an option. However all I wanted was french tips and the nail tech could not deliver. It was a standard French tip I think I should be able to get at any nail salon. Another tech tried to do my nails and could not do the tips either. I was then told they wouldn't be able to do a "design" and pick a solid color. I walked out disappointed as I was a regular customer. read more
