Best full set I've ever had! Came as a walk in and saw Mr Joey, he fixed the shape and thickness of the set I had on previously. Absolutely beautiful work, polish is perfect and the shape of the nails made my whole hand look much nicer and more natural. I went in for a normal pedicure with regular nail polish. Unfortunately, the man who scrubbed my feet did it for 5sec and moved on to the next thing. I also requested for my toe nails to be cut shorter, he didn't answer me. His coworker assured me that it "got it!" No he didn't. I wouldn't be going back to pay $40 for a pedicure where they don't cut your toe nails HOW THE Customers want it, no need for scrubbing, cuticles weren't done well, and the nail polish was uneven. I wanted my nails done as I had not had them done in forever. I walked in but they were busy and they asked me to come back at 3pm. I agreed to come back as I was excited to check them out. This used to be Polish. They didn't seem too busy. The owner was nice but the receptionist not so much. I think she was shy not sure but she didn't really want to engage much. I do like the nails Lily did for me. I just didn't like that the tools didn't come from sanitized packs. Now, I haven't done my nails in years but I do remember that. My hands weren't soaked, no hand massage and the cuticle was removed with the drill. I do remember hating the cuticle cutting though because i would always get hurt. A new file or buffer weren't used. They used ones previously used sitting on manicurist's tray. It did kind of gross me out. Now I'm a germaphobe and I let this pass because Lily was sweet. She was so gentle while doing my nails. I do however think- tools should be sanitized, new buffer / file should be used each time and just overall needs improvement. They were sweet and offered me a drink. I didn't want to complain because they were lovely. I write this review in hopes they up their cleanliness game. It also appears there is no hot water. They must boil water first in a water kettle and pour it into the pedicure stations. I want to support this business as it is a mom and pop but it just needs to be more mindful of sanitizing all tools/ not reusing others. Fungus and other eeeekkks are no joke. Made an appointment for a pedicure. Got there 5 minutes early. Was told to pick my color. I sat and waited. Another customer came in without an appointment for a full set. She was taken before me. I waited another 10 minutes then asked how much longer. Was told 10 minutes. They sat me in a chair. The 2 people already getting pedicures weren't even being painted yet! I had waited 30 minutes when I had an appointment so I got up and left. Why even take appointments at all?! And to take a person. The location is super convenient, and I actually had a okay pedicure (despite sloppy polish application). However, my manicure was the absolute worst experience EVER. I went in for a pedicure and gel x manicure. The pedicure was okay, with a very friendly nail tech who was very thorough except for the paint job. The manicure was done simultaneously, and was absolutely horrendous. She sloppily applied my gel x nail extensions, got glue all over my fingers (even on my finger tips and below my knuckle), then proceeded to use a random color of her choice that she insisted would match my toes once dry, and finally took out a nail drill and started drilling my SKIN to remove the out of pglue and polish. She lacked the skill or precision to be able to do this Russian manicure style, and instead, she cut 7 out of 10 fingers, complained that my skin is too thin (??? W T actual F). Once she decided she was done, she slathered cuticle oil all over my fingers in an effort to hide the glue, and then simply got up and walked away without a word. I still had glue all over my hands, gel polish on my skin, and an overall manicure that was unsanitary, extremely painful, and ugly. They should absolutely fire this nail tech, because the work was so sloppy and unprofessional. Of course I took pics... take a look for yourself at the absolute dumpster fire of a manicure you'll get at this place. STAY AWAY! Edit: it took 2 days for this crappy nail job to start to fall apart. This nail tech did not even fully cure the nails. Seriously. Is she licensed? The lines aren't straight. They barely even cover the nail there's prints in them And they definitely hurt. It seems like the lady who had done my nails was annoyed that I was pointing out that it didn't look right. I did say something to them. The lady who was doing my nails looked really annoyed. I'm not sure if I would give this place a second chance. They did not end up charging me for the French tips.. I'm just really disappointed in my nails hurt. The atmosphere was nice. It wasn't awkward until I said something. I give them three stars because they were nice and the atmosphere wasn't bad. It's only when you say something that I feel like it gets really awkward. I never leave reviews but the experience was too awful not to disclose. Asked for a mani + pedi and only got a pedi but it was probably for the best. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I asked for the classic plus pedicure and it felt like a rip off. When I questioned it, the nail tech got upset and made more of a fuss than I did. It took an hour for her to do the pedicure and half the time she was more focused on gossiping with the staff. She literally stopped in the middle of painting a toe nail to gossip with one of the staff (I think it was a manager). Seems like that's the culture there. At one point she got up in the middle of the pedicure to count her tips. It was a sad effort made on the foot scrub and the cuticles were barely cleaned. In addition, there was still sticky residue left on my legs from whatever product was used. Needless to say, I won't be going back. read more

I walked in and asked the front desk girl how much they would charge to just clean up my cuticles. She looked at the prices and said $5. The lady who assisted me did just an okay job with my cuticles, I could have actually done a better job myself. she filed my nails in a semi almond shape, and ended up breaking one of my nails.She provided a quick massage on my hands and then hands me a ticket for $23 to pay at the front . That's not what I was quoted. I left upset and baffled at the price difference from the $5 I was quoted initially .I will never visit this salon and I recommend that you don't spend so much money this nail salon and learn to take care of your own nails. read more

I loved the space of this nail salon and was happy with the soft pink color I chose but now I'm feeling indifferent since my nails after a week are changing colors. They have random brown ish spots on my nails and reading online says it could be due to either being underexposed or overexposed to the UV light if not timed properly which it was a bit odd the UV light would take forever to dry the gel polish and the lady would just tell me to give her my hand when it hadn't beeped. And she would have to turn it off and on manually. She was nice though no issues with her. I'm just very disappointed with my nails. This has only been a week too and now I want to remove them because they look awful and "dirty." This has never happened to me before. Also one of my nails is starting to peel off.
