I never leave reviews but the experience was too awful not to disclose. Asked for a mani + pedi and only got a pedi but it was probably for the best. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I asked for the classic plus pedicure and it felt like a rip off. When I questioned it, the nail tech got upset and made more of a fuss than I did. It took an hour for her to do the pedicure and half the time she was more focused on gossiping with the staff. She literally stopped in the middle of painting a toe nail to gossip with one of the staff (I think it was a manager). Seems like that's the culture there. At one point she got up in the middle of the pedicure to count her tips. It was a sad effort made on the foot scrub and the cuticles were barely cleaned. In addition, there was still sticky residue left on my legs from whatever product was used. Needless to say, I won't be going back. read more

I usually don't frequent nail salons and opt-in to do my own nails and cuticles. I visited this place because I was walking by last night around 630pm. I walked in and asked the front desk girl how much they would charge to just clean up my cuticles. She looked at the prices and said $5. The lady who assisted me did just an okay job with my cuticles, I could have actually done a better job myself. she filed my nails in a semi almond shape, and ended up breaking one of my nails.She provided a quick massage on my hands and then hands me a ticket for $23 to pay at the front . That's not what I was quoted. I left upset and baffled at the price difference from the $5 I was quoted initially .I will never visit this salon and I recommend that you don't spend so much money this nail salon and learn to take care of your own nails. read more

Although it is clean; I feel the service could be better. They don't always OFFER their Complimentary drinks as the website says but also with the foot massage it's short and light. For some reason, my acrylic manicure set doesn't last as long as my other 2 favorite salons and they don't really clean up the cuticles as I'll do after once I go home, unfortunately. Customer service was ok but the nails I left with were terrible! I asked for black tips and wanted a pinker base but the lady told me it would too hard bc I was asking for a pinker base. It felt lazy like she just didn't want to do them.. I settled for all black nails and this what I left with. This isn't even ask bad as when I left. I've since done some filing and cleaning up myself. The price menu said $30+ for fill but she charged me $55.. Supposedly they don't use the price list I showed her even though it's the same I was given when choosing a pedicure. Another reason for the poor score is I also took my 3 year old to get her first mani/pedi. I checked reviews and saw they definitely do children her age. They told me she was too little even though I've seen reviews from customers the same age as my child. They told me polish only would be the only thing they could offer her. I loved the space of this nail salon and was happy with the soft pink color I chose but now I'm feeling indifferent since my nails after a week are changing colors. They have random brown ish spots on my nails and reading online says it could be due to either being underexposed or overexposed to the UV light if not timed properly which it was a bit odd the UV light would take forever to dry the gel polish and the lady would just tell me to give her my hand when it hadn't beeped. And she would have to turn it off and on manually. She was nice though no issues with her. I'm just very disappointed with my nails. This has only been a week too and now I want to remove them because they look awful and "dirty." This has never happened to me before. Also one of my nails is starting to peel off. What a wonderful mother's day experience! I made an appt through IG which was GREAT & easy. I walked in 10 mins early and they took us immediately. My 3.5 yr old daughter & I both got pedicures. Normally when I take her for pedicures it's immediately just said "just nail polish right?" But today I was asked if she wanted a regular pedicure and I knew she'd love the process. The woman doing our nails was WONDERFUL and patient. She took her time on my daughter's nails just like she did mine. She put her in her own seat at one point and made her so comfortable.
